About the role
We are recruiting for a Student Records Manager to lead and manage the NIoT’s operational delivery of student records within Registry. The postholder will ensure that all aspects of student records and student funding at the NIoT are compliant with rules and regulations and that processes are efficient. The postholder will be the main point of contact for Faculties and NIoT staff in relation to student records and student finance. The postholder will be expected to work closely with colleagues across the NIoT to ensure that processes and procedures support the delivery of an exceptional student experience.

Join us at Single Homeless Project (SHP) as part of our Lewisham Vulnerable Adults Accommodation Service (LVAAS), delivering accommodation-based support across our properties in Brockley and New Cross. About the role
As CRM Lead (Product Owner), you will own the vision, strategy and delivery roadmap for Save the Children's Salesforce CRM ecosystem, ensuring it continually evolves to meet the needs of our fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement teams. Leading a team of three CRM professionals, you will act as the voice of the business within agile delivery teams, balancing operational, technical and strategic priorities to maximise value from our CRM investment.

You'll spend much of your time working with internal teams, external suppliers and delivery partners to prioritise demand, manage backlogs, facilitate agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement and ensure successful delivery of CRM enhancements. In this role, you will:
- Own and develop the Salesforce CRM vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and supporter needs.
- Lead, coach and support a team of three CRM professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Manage and prioritise the CRM backlog, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement and other agile ceremonies to ensure effective delivery.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across fundraising, marketing, finance, digital and technology teams, translating business requirements into well-defined user stories and solutions.
- Partner with developers, CRM specialists and external suppliers to deliver high-quality Salesforce enhancements, integrations and releases.

About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Significant experience leading Salesforce CRM delivery, optimisation and support, either as a CRM Lead, Product Owner or similar role, with deep knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, and/or Nonprofit Success Pack) essential.
- Experience managing CRM roadmaps, backlogs, and agile delivery.
- Understanding of CRM data models, data governance, and reporting.
- Strong experience with integrations (e.g., finance systems like Agresso, marketing tools, payment processors).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and product management practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading teams and creating high-performing environments, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop colleagues.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of managing a high-volume workload and balancing multiple competing demands.
- Experience within the non-profit, charity or fundraising sector would be highly desirable.
Ideally, you'll also bring some or all of the following:

- Experience with FinDock or similar payment platforms.

About you
Do you want to use your skills to make it possible for people with myeloma to live longer and better lives? We are looking for a Support Group Co-ordinator who will deliver the Myeloma UK Support Group Partnership programme in line with the organisation’s overall strategy.
You will have experience of working with support groups and/or volunteer networks as well as recruiting, training, managing and supervising a diverse range of staff or volunteers. The post holder will need to show clear evidence of relationship building and working with underrepresented groups. A key part of the role is understanding the needs of cancer patients and their families and of health inequalities.
You’ll have excellent relationship building skills and an understanding of the barriers that exist in accessing support. You will need the ability to set priorities, work under pressure with great attention to detail and understand and meet the training and development needs of volunteers. Experience of working with haematology or oncology patients and working with a database would be an advantage but not essential.
About the role
The Support Group Co-ordinator will be the first point of contact within the organisation for all Support Group enquiries. You will coordinate the Support Groups Partnership Programme activity, including developing and promotion of the existing Myeloma Support Groups and coordinate the recruitment, induction and ongoing support of new local groups to the Support Groups Partnership Programme
You will be responsible for working with local groups and other local network partners to increase the reach and impact of Myeloma UK, ensuring that partnered support groups operate in line with Myeloma UK guidelines and ensure that they receive consistent information, training and advice.
The post holder will maintain an awareness and understanding of all legislation that may be relevant to the role and develop, maintain and evaluate a training programme for Support Group Leaders as well as moderate and update the Support Group Leaders’ online hub on a regular basis. You will lead the Support Groups’ responsibility for designing and delivering activities in line with our Partnership Agreement so that they are safe, effective and impactful as well as moderate.

The Nook, Greenwich is a peer support project aiming to provide a safe and welcoming space for young people living in the Royal Borough of Greenwich (or those who have a GP within the borough) to connect with other young adults who have experienced mental health challenges.
We are recruiting a sessional Young Person's Peer Support Worker to co-lead the development and delivery of The Nook alongside our Peer Support Coordinator and a team of volunteers.
You will work with Peer Support Volunteers to plan and co-facilitate the groups in line with service user needs. You will have experience of group development, psychoeducation, collaborative working across service teams and an excellent understanding of service user engagement particularly with young people. You will be highly organised and be proficient with case management tasks and project management administration and take an active role in creating partnerships.
Groups will be held at the University of Greenwich premises and will run every week until March 2027, with hope of an extension of contract. We particularly want to increase engagement of under-served communities in Greenwich.

In addition to the around 40 young people we see every day out our centre, New Horizon provides the only youth-specific street outreach service to young people facing homelessness in London. We use our extensive housing expertise to place young people who are currently or at risk of rough sleeping into accommodation that is appropriate and safe, whilst encouraging them to access the day centre to benefit from the wide range of services we offer. This role will involve regular street outreach shifts (early mornings and late evenings) across London, aswell as supporting young people at the day centre. The role works as part of our wider Rough Sleeping team, developing a best practice approach to supporting young rough sleepers and those who are hidden homeless.

Young people services
Providing comprehensive support through 1-1 and small group work with young people sleeping rough. This will include:

Carrying out at least two street-based outreach shifts each week (early morning and late evening required).

Carrying out housing assessments with young people and referring them into appropriate accommodation.

Managing a transitional case load of young people and helping them move forward and access appropriate services.

Working in partnership with the Outreach Team and other external teams, such as commissioned street outreach services, mental health, and substance misuse services.

Providing expert coaching and guidance to young people and monitoring and evaluating their progress.

Continued use of feedback and showing a commitment to a service that is sensitive and responsive to young people’s needs, including:
· Completing registrations, outcomes assessments, risk assessments and action plans with young people.
· Ensuring that all relevant work is recorded on the New Horizon database system and Chain database.
· Ensuring risk management and assessment procedures are followed.
Delivering advocacy and referrals to appropriate services, including making internal referrals

Networking and Liasion
To proactively liaise, communicate and negotiate with internal specialists and external agencies. This will include:

Seeking out and responding to opportunities with external partners who might offer resources, funding, or individual services relevant to young people’s needs e.g, Local Authorities, Social Services, Community Psychiatric Services, DWP, drugs and alcohol support, and other voluntary agencies.

Promoting and representing New Horizon Youth Centre at relevant forums and meetings.
Information management
To produce and maintain accurate and useful information in a range of formats in order to promote effective service delivery and evaluation. This will include:

Producing written reports in a variety of formats to meet the requirements of New Horizon, external service providers and funders, e.g., project reviews and assessment reports.

Inputting and extracting information from client monitoring systems other accounting and database systems. Utilising other relevant software for the production of correspondence and reports.

Being self-servicing in day-to-day administration and following team and NHYC’s administrative procedures.
Reviewing personal and professional development needs
To be proactive in reviewing and evaluating own performance and identifying and acting upon areas for improvement. This will include:

Taking a proactive approach to supervision and attending clinical supervision, weekly team meetings as well as line management supervision every 4-6 weeks.
