We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Product Marketing and Engagement Manager to strengthen how schools and staff connect with our products, particularly the Boxall Profile® Online and our wider nurture-based professional learning and recognition product offerings.
You’ll lead campaigns and engagement strategies that grow adoption and retention across our user base, working closely with product managers, the communications team, and partners. Reporting to the Director of Products and Services, you’ll take ownership of developing and delivering marketing and engagement strategies that strengthen our product portfolio and deepen relationships with our customers.

We are looking for a warm, highly organised, efficient and compassionate administrator to support our service team. This is a pivotal role, helping us implement and embed a new CRM system, keeping data accurate and usable, ensuring our admin systems and workflows run smoothly, effectively and safely.
The role involves some direct contact with women we support (mainly by email and phone), so you must be able to communicate sensitively, calmly and professionally with women who may have experienced trauma.

Role Description
Given the part-time nature of the role, priorities wi l be agreed weekly with the Service Manager. Core tasks revolve around CRM/data quality and referral administration. Other duties wi l be delivered by agreement and as capacity alows, so the role remains sustainable and the “must-do” work is completed reliably.
Key Responsibilities
CRM implementation, data quality, workflows and reporting
- Phase focus (first 6 months): Prioritise supporting the implementation and embedding of Cimplify CRM system, including data clean-up and migration, establishing clear ways of working, templates and workflows, as well as supporting the team to use the system consistently and confidently.
- Act as a day-to-day CRM and data champion, supporting staff with basic questions and liaising with the CRM supplier as needed.
- Support data migration and clean-up from spreadsheets and other systems into the CRM, checking accuracy, removing duplication and improving consistency.
- Maintain strong ongoing data quality and housekeeping (e.g. naming conventions, minimum data standards, duplicates, retention/archiving, configuration items, managing users).
- Help design and maintain efficient workflows and light-touch automations (e.g. referral tracking steps, reminders, task prompts, fo low-ups), reducing manual admin and improving consistency.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting views for different audiences (service team, CEO, trustees, funders) ensuring data is kept up to date and usable.
- Support the regular flow of insight into team meetings and contribute data/metrics for funder and annual reports in colaboration with the Service Manager, fundraisers and the CEO.
Referrals and service administration (trauma-informed)
- Provide practical programme admin support to the service team, as and when possible.
- Monitor shared inboxes, triaging messages, forwarding appropriately and supporting timely, sensitive responses and follow-up.
- Track referrals and service workflows: scheduling calls/meetings, sending emails, using templates and maintaining accurate records.
- Keep mailing lists up to date (including referrer communications where relevant) and send programme updates as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care, following data protection and safeguarding procedures
Systems, documents and office administration
- Maintain clear filing and information systems (digital and paper), ensuring documents are easy to find and consistently stored.
- Support upkeep of key internal documents and templates (e.g. guidance notes, handbooks, simple policy documents), keeping versions tidy and up to date in colaboration with the Service Manager.
- Arrange meetings and room bookings; take minutes and maintain simple action trackers.
- Order and maintain office and programme supplies, keeping relevant inventories.
- Liaise with IT support regarding wi-fi, hardware or printer issues.
- Support the planning and administration of events (e.g. referrer events/open events/fundraising activities) as and when possible.
Personal Specification
Essential experience and skills
- Experience in an administrative role, carrying out a variety of administrative and general office duties.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills; able to maintain reliable records and systems with a focus on efficiency, quality and accuracy.
- Confident using digital tools (e.g. email, online documents), databases/CRMs/case management systems and AI tools (or confident in learning quickly).
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, data protection and handling sensitive information professionally (both in general and when using AI).
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively (verbally and in writing) with a range of stakeholders.
- Confident working with processes and workflows; able to spot opportunities to streamline, standardise and reduce manual admin.
- Basic analytical confidence: able to pull key data and insights for reporting and decision-making.
- Ability to take initiative and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrates an empathetic approach and commitment to trauma-informed, personcentred ways of working with women who may have experienced trauma.
Desirable experience and skills
- Experience supporting CRM implementation, data migration, and/or setting up dashboards and reporting views.
- Experience improving workflows and building simple automations/templates to reduce admin burden.
- Experience supporting monitoring, evaluation and learning data capture and reporting.
- Experience working in a charity, community, or frontline service setting, particularly with women impacted by trauma, exploitation, abuse or displacement.

About the role
The Head of Income Generation will play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial sustainability and social impact of our organisation. The gym embodies our commitment to preventative health and creates an inclusive community where women of all ages and backgrounds can focus on their strength, resilience, and self-care. As a cornerstone of our trading model, it sustains our mission while directly advancing it.
The gym has seen significant growth in both membership and the breadth of its offer, establishing itself as a trusted and empowering space for women’s health and wellbeing. With excellent member retention rates and a strong reputation for inclusivity, safety, and quality, the gym is now well positioned for its next stage of development. The Café – Nourishing Food, Nurturing Community
Our café is the social heart of The Bridge — a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive space where everyone can connect, share, and feel at home. Serving seasonal, plant-based meals prepared in-house, the café champions women-led enterprises and affordable, healthy food. It hosts many of our wellbeing and creative programmes, and through initiatives like the Pay-What-You-Can Supper Club, supports emerging women chefs and builds everyday acts of care and solidarity. The café has the opportunity to not only advances our mission of improving women’s health and wellbeing but also generates vital trading income and partnership opportunities.
While it currently operates at a deficit, it plays a vital role in advancing our wellbeing and community objectives. We are now focused on realising its full commercial potential. A feasibility study is underway to explore a range of operational and business models that will transition the café into a sustainable, profit-making enterprise. Plans include expanding income-generating opportunities through hosting more events, developing an external catering offer, and maximising use of the space for private hire and functions during weekends. This work will ensure the café continues to embody our values while contributing significantly to the financial sustainability of The Bridge
Room Hire – Spaces that Enable Collaboration and Impact
Our professional meeting and event spaces are used by charities, community groups, and corporate partners for workshops, training, and strategic planning. With over 500 bookings a year and a 89% return rate, these rooms are known for their quality, warmth, and service. The income they generate supports our wider mission, while also acting as a catalyst for new partnerships and collaborations.
We now aim to build on this success by increasing utilisation on our most popular days (Tuesday to Thursday) and attracting new clients to fill capacity on Mondays, Fridays, evenings, and weekends. Plans include developing loyalty packages for regular clients and introducing new offers such as team wellbeing days that align with our health and wellbeing ethos. This approach will not only maximise income potential but also strengthen The Bridge’s role as a space where organisations connect, collaborate, and thrive.
Key responsibilities:
1. Income Generation Strategy
· Develop and implement a comprehensive income generation strategy for our social businesses (women’s-only gym and studio, café, and meeting room hire).
· Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities while aligning with the organisation’s mission and values.
· Monitor financial performance and make recommendations to meet growth and sustainability targets.
· Monitor return on investment of additional marketing spend
· Budget setting and management of cafe, gym and marketing budgets
· Support the development of medium-term (3-5 year) income generation roadmap to support sustainability, recommending organisational changes and scalable models beyond the 12 months.
2. Business Development and Partnerships

· Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for 1 or 2 managers

· Set measurable targets for income generation and and track progress regularly.
· Implement a CRM and/or data-dashboard system to track customer/member acquisition, retention, income per stream, marketing campaign performance, and present monthly/quarterly reports to CEO and Board.

Person Specification
Qualifications
· Relevant degree or professional qualification in business, social enterprise, or a related field.
· Professional development in leadership or business management is desirable.
Experience
· Proven experience of running or scaling a trading/social enterprise business (profit and loss accountability, membership acquisition/retention, pricing strategy, customer marketing). Ideally, specifically in at least one of the key areas of the business.
· Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple business streams or revenue-generating projects.

Are you an accomplished HR leader with extensive international experience? The ITF is looking for a Director of People & Culture to head the department from our London headquarters, overseeing people operations and strategic workforce planning across 12 regional offices globally.
About the Role
As Director of People & Culture, you will lead the full breadth of the People & Culture portfolio, including workforce planning, global employee relations and compliance, payroll, pensions, benefits, recruitment, learning and development, policy development, and diversity, equity & inclusion.
You will set the strategic direction for the P&C team, oversee governance and compliance and financial planning across multiple jurisdictions, and partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the department supports organisational goals.
This role requires a balance of strategic insight, operational oversight, and the ability to lead effectively in a complex, unionised, international environment. You will also act as a trusted adviser on employment law, organisational change, and policy development across our global offices.
Key responsibilities include:
Global Workforce Planning:
Lead workforce modelling, resourcing strategies, and financial planning for all established roles, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with organisational priorities.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Oversee payroll, pensions, benefits, and employee-related financial processes. Ensure compliance with employment legislation across the UK and all regional hubs, maintaining robust HR governance and data integrity.
Employee Relations:
Provide senior oversight on complex global employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution matters. Liaise with unions, staff committees, and external legal advisers.
Policy Leadership:

Recruitment & Talent:

We're creating a new specialist role to strengthen oversight of our third-party managed portfolio, with laser focus on managing agent performance, data compliance and service quality across a geographically dispersed estate.
This role will suit a commercially minded property professional who enjoys operating as the intelligent client — setting expectations, challenging delivery and holding partners to account.
Why this role is different
This isn't a business-as-usual housing management role. As our Senior Property Manager (known internally as Third Party Agency Manager), you'll:
- Have strategic oversight, from property handover to strategic disposals, of a growing portfolio of circa 2,000–2,500 residential and commercial properties dispersed over the East and West Midlands.
- Lead relationships with around 100 external managing agents, managing, assuring and constructively challenging third-party performance against contracts and driving continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a newly formed specialist team.
- Ensure Tenants remain at the heart of service delivery, ensuring compliance, value for money and driving improvements in Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
Our ideal candidate? We're seeking a property management professional who can balance strong commercial oversight with a tenant-first mindset. Your application will demonstrate:
- ATPI (Associate of The Property Institute) Qualified or demonstrable experience of private property management.
- Proven experience of all matters relating to private residential and/or commercial leasehold management including its legislative context and policy framework.
- Experience of leading, managing and developing a geographically dispersed operational team.
- Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering value for money.
- A track record of improving services and customer satisfaction.

As a Smart Working organisation, you can expect to work from a Midland Heart site 3 days a week, with 2 days working remotely from home. To successfully deliver this role, you must be willing and able to travel across a dispersed portfolio to meet with your team, Contractors, Managing Agents and to attend AGMs.
