The service is staffed 24/7 and this post-holder will be required to cover an average of at least one sleep-in per week (pro rata).
Rota pattern, covering early and late shifts, 7 days per week. Also sleep-in duties.
What you'll do:
- If a need arises, deliver all aspects of support to enable a customer to develop independent living skills as appropriate to the individual needs of the customer. This includes delivering personal and physical care as appropriate;
- Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation;
- Participate in support planning and risk management, of named customers, as directed by the service management;
- Ensure the safety and security of the customers and the premises whilst on shift;
- Enable customers to make full use of community facilities by providing support that enables maximum external engagement;

Job Purpose
The Project and Engagement Coordinator will play a central role in the implementation, coordination and day-to-day delivery of the Partners for Change project. Hosted by Stay and working across the wider partnership, the postholder will help ensure that the project delivers a high-quality, joined-up, trauma-informed and person-centred response to homelessness, rough sleeping, housing insecurity, multiple disadvantage and crisis across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
This is both an operational and strategic role. The postholder will coordinate activity across partners, support delivery against agreed outputs and outcomes, manage data and reporting requirements, and help maintain strong communication, consistency and shared practice across the project.
A key part of the role will be the direct line management and operational oversight of the Intensive Support Workers. We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Funding Management Administrator to join our team. This is a vital role at the heart of our operations—supporting the smooth and accurate management of funding so we can continue delivering life-changing opportunities for young people.
You’ll play a key role in preparing funder claims, working with financial and payroll data, and maintaining accurate records across our systems. From auditing timesheets and raising invoices to coordinating meetings and managing documents, you’ll bring structure, accuracy and consistency to a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to provide proactive advocacy and support services to people who have experienced sexual violence/ abuse. The Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) ISVA provides practical and emotional support to predominantly Black and Minority Ethnic service users who have experienced sexual violence or abuse. The role focuses on increasing access through targeted outreach and awareness-raising, while delivering culturally competent, trauma-informed support that recognises intersectional needs and barriers. You will support service users to navigate systems, including the criminal justice process, advocate on their behalf, and develop effective referral pathways. You will also promote the ISVA service across statutory and voluntary sectors.
We are looking for individuals who have experience of working within an advocacy role, preferably within domestic or sexual abuse or related fields such as mental health/social care/justice roles. You will have a sound understanding of risk assessment alongside experience of managing diverse caseloads and working pro-actively within multi-agency partnerships to support victim-focused outcomes. The successful applicants will have effective communication and advocacy skills and knowledge of the impact of sexual violence/abuse.

Who we are
We are a medium sized charity supporting children and young people in Surrey and surrounding areas who have been bereaved or who are facing the bereavement of a close family member. We are the only charity in our local community providing a range of services that give the opportunity for children and families to come together in person. We know we make a difference to children and young people at a really difficult time and support them to move forward with their lives.
About the role
Our current director has had to leave for health reasons. We are seeking an exceptional and inspirational leader to focus on income generation and sustainability who shares our values of compassion, integrity and collaboration. We are aiming to reach all children and young people in our local communities who need our support through their bereavement journey . This is a broad role in an ambitious organisation with limited resources, it involves a mix of operational, strategic and external facing activities.
Main purpose of the role
Provide strategic direction by leading the senior managers across the organisation.
- To ensure income supports financial stability and growth of our services.
- To increase our service’s visibility & impact and widen our reputation as an expert organisation.
- To ensure the charity fulfils its legal, statutory and regulatory responsibilities.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Work on behalf, and with the Board of Trustees to develop a Strategic plan to ensure the ongoing sustainability, growth and success of Jigsaw South East
- Act as a strong figurehead for the charity; a positive ambassador with our current and potential funders.
- Lead the Senior Management team.
- Lead on all aspects of income generation, with direct work on grant applications and driving diversifying income generation opportunities.
- To be a positive leader and role model for employees and volunteers.
- Promote the work of the charity to supporters, businesses and the community, representing the charity externally in raising awareness of the charity’s work and develop income generation
- With the Trustees, manage the charity effectively, ensuring that its financial security is maintained and enhanced.
- To develop and manage relationships with patrons, trustees and ambassadors and to take the lead for the AGM.
- Work with Finance and Resources Manager to deliver against budget.
This is a hands-on role to really get involved in income generation and with direct line management responsibilities.

They will have skills in income generation, fundraising, relationship building, managing a small team of dedicated staff and managing limited resources to provide the largest impact for our children and families.
