About the role:
We're looking for an Individual Giving Manager who will lead the charity’s individual giving programme during an exciting period of growth. You will deliver key activities aimed at building our profile, donor base and unrestricted income in line with our strategic objectives. This will be achieved through the delivery and strategic development of warm and cold cash acquisition, a face-to-face regular giving programme, effective retention strategies and initiatives that will build our contactable base of supporters. This role will also be responsible for the development of our gifts in wills programme, including creating marketing campaigns and materials to grow gifts in wills income. The role is involved in both strategic planning and implementation.

- Direct line management of regionally based Legacy Giving Officers (LGOs) and Legacy Partnership Officers (LPOs) and leading them in co-ordinating the delivery of legacy events and stewardship activities, alongside developing our Will offers and engagement with legal firms.
- Meeting agreed annual targets for both legacy gifts and Will offer metrics across five regions.
- Developing and delivering the stewardship plan ensuring ongoing engagement with supporters who are interested in leaving a charitable gift in their will by upgrading and converting through the legacy cycle: enquirer, considerer, intender, pledger.
- Providing statistical and narrative reports on Team South’s legacy activity each month and as otherwise required.
- Delivering appropriate legacy fundraising awareness training to staff where this upskilling will lead to supporter referrals for the legacy pipeline.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you'll manage a portfolio of 6 and 7-figure corporate partners, ensuring long-term value and mutual impact. You'll lead on renewals, develop tailored stewardship plans, and collaborate across teams to deliver partnership benefits and KPIs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing strategic and relational partnerships, with a personal income target of approx. £1M
- Leading renewal and re-contracting processes, working closely with finance, legal, and fundraising operations

Are you an experienced fundraiser, skilled in crafting persuasive narratives and telling moving stories of impact and change? We have a fabulous opportunity for you to use your creative and organisational skills to make a difference to young lives in Doncaster.
We are currently finalising our next Forward Plan, with an ambition to create an inclusive, vibrant community, committed to everyone having a fair chance to discover who they are and what they can become. We currently work with children and young people aged 5 to 30.
Our priority programmes include support coaching for young people, community activity sessions, sustaining our accommodation provision for vulnerable young adults and establishing how we can best support more young people on the homelessness pathway. We have some great spaces that are in need of development, and we expect that both capital and revenue funding will be included in your workload. We also look for smaller grants during the course of the year, including for food for our residents and supplies for our art groups, and we hope to recruit volunteers to assist with some elements of this work.
The core of your role will be in generating funds from trusts and individual giving, with other fundraising and communications tasks included as time permits.

- To create and update cases for support for YMCA Doncaster’s fundable projects and general running costs.
- To be responsible for an assigned portfolio of trusts, foundations and similar, developing knowledge of, and relationships with, those funders.
- To make strong applications to funders within the assigned portfolio, matching YMCA Doncaster’s agreed cases for support with funders’ interests and requirements.
- To create, publicise and monitor outcomes of giving campaigns and / or fundraising events.
- To nurture key external stakeholders including potential supporters from the local business community, the media and others as appropriate.
- To prepare and give presentations, maintain ongoing contact and host trustee or representative visits where required as part of fundraising work.
- To devise and oversee efficient evaluation and monitoring systems which meet funder requirements.
- To keep comprehensive records, in an established format, from initial contact with a potential funder through to either the rejection correspondence or the funding agreement and subsequent monitoring and evaluation.
- To ensure that staff and volunteers joining YMCA Doncaster are encouraged to contribute to positive communications and fundraising efforts.
- To supervise / oversee volunteers and less experienced staff engaged in fundraising work.

Sitopia Farm is a modern, urban farm located in Greenwich, SE London, dedicated to reconnecting people with the origins of their food and promoting a healthier, more equitable and sustainable food system. Role Overview:
Sitopia Farm is seeking a part-time freelance Fundraising Consultant to lead all aspects of fundraising, with a specific focus on securing the £650,000 needed for our eco-barn project. This is a critical role that offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping us bring this vision to life. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in fundraising strategy, grant writing, major donor engagement, and ideally an understanding of capital campaigns. We have had a strong track record in securing smaller amounts of funding to date and have a strong network and potential opportunities that this role could capitalise on.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy principally to secure c. £650,000 for the eco-barn project and support and develop fundraising for other farm activities as required.
- Identify and pursue diverse funding streams, including grants, corporate sponsorships, major donors, as well as crowdfunding and events.
2. Grant Writing and Proposal Development
- Research and apply for grants from trusts, foundations, and public funding bodies.
- Write compelling funding proposals tailored to funders’ priorities and ensure timely submission.
3. Major Donor and Corporate Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop tailored donor engagement plans, including pitches and impact reports.
4. Campaigns and Events
- Plan and execute an innovative fundraising campaign to raise awareness and funds for the eco-barn project.
- Work in partnership with external event advisers and in collaboration with the wider Sitopia Farm team to create successful fundraising events.
- Collaborate with the Sitopia Farm team to create engaging content and materials.
5. Project Management and Reporting
- Track and monitor fundraising progress against targets, providing regular updates to the team.
- Ensure compliance with funders’ requirements and support the Sitopia Farm team to deliver impact reports as needed.
Essential:
- Proven track record of leading successful fundraising initiatives, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Excellent skills in a range of fundraising techniques, in particular major donors, trusts and foundations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in building relationships with donors, businesses, and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the UK fundraising landscape, fundraising regulation and code of practice.
- Strong organisational skills- capable of managing multiple income streams with strong attention to detail and great record-keeping and project management.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a part-time, freelance capacity.
Desirable:
- Passion for sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and community-building projects.
- Experience of fundraising for a capital project.
- Experience of event and campaign management/ ability to work with others to deliver those aspects of the strategy.
- Knowledge of AI tools to enhance efficiency of fundraising.

PURPOSE
The Fundraising Database Manager will support the Development team by overseeing and managing fundraising data analytics and reporting management, data systems, and related processes, to ensure alignment with the WHO Foundation’s strategic goals and data driven decision making. Our data analytics and reporting framework is at a foundational stage and requires development from the ground up, including the implementation of meaningful reporting and insights—making this role critical to its success.
REPORTS TO
The Fundraising Database Manager will report to the Head of Development Operations at the WHO Foundation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Management:

Administer and maintain the integrity of the data inputted into WHO Foundation’s CRM (Salesforce) and ensure fundraising data records are accurate and up-to-date.

Work closely with the Operations PMO office and the IT manager, which oversees the overall consistency of the information systems architecture to ensure that Salesforce functionality meet the Foundation’s fundraising needs,
-
Ensure that Salesforce is utilised effectively to fully meet the Foundation’s needs, as well as identifying areas for further process development.

Demonstrate the ability to clean, format, and import data into Salesforce, using input obtained from team members across the Foundation in a timely and efficient manner.

Liaise with the Operations PMO lead and external consultants and suppliers to support integrations with other fundraising platforms or other services when required.

Regularly review and update existing data management processes and procedures.

Provide ongoing training and develop training materials for Foundation newcomers and team members on the effective use of Salesforce and other relevant data procedures, ensuring adoption of best practices.

Work closely with the Prospect Research team to implement a successful Prospect Management System within the CRM

Manages, troubleshoots, and works to resolve data analysis, reporting and systems issues and complexities as it relates to the Development team or data

Facilitate discussions between leadership, fundraisers, WHO leadership and other stakeholders to identify needs and develop data structures and a salesforce environment that will support solutions and more effective fundraising.
Reporting and Insights:

Design and maintain a suite of Salesforce dashboards that provide real-time visibility into fundraising performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs.

Deliver accurate and timely reporting - both regular and ad-hoc - for senior leadership, fundraisers, and operations teams.

Develop and refine reporting mechanisms that inform the strategic planning of the EMT, Board, WHO colleagues, Development and Operations team.

Create complex queries and supporter data selections to meet the needs of fundraising, stewardship, and communications functions.

Implement and manage data hygiene reporting, regularly monitoring database integrity, sharing insights with colleagues, and partnering with them to strengthen data quality across the Foundation.
Gift Processing:

Ensure that the rules defined for cultivation processes are applied consistently by all fundraisers and partner with the Finance team to ensure reconciliation with our financial accounts.

Work closely with the Legal function to ensure accurate donor research records and due diligence are properly conducted and recorded.

Conduct quality checks to ensure the Foundation maintains accurate electronic records within the CRM of all gifts made to the Foundation, including the storage of important documents such as gift agreements and due diligence reports (liaising with the Legal team), which pertain to the Foundation’s relationship with our supporters and stakeholders.

Work with the Ops teams to manage an effective system for tracking overdue/outstanding pledge instalments and payments for the Foundation to be followed up.
PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in any academic field.

Minimum of 7+ years of relevant professional experience in a Database Management role within a fundraising organization.

Agile and IT-savvy approach with a demonstrable record of success in working with CRMs. Candidates with significant experience in Salesforce preferred.

Experience of relationship building and management with various stakeholders internally and externally.

Demonstrated success in building data analytics and reporting frameworks to support fundraising pipelines and reporting.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills; able to translate diverse needs into effective technical solutions.

Experience training colleagues, developing process documentation, and managing projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French or other UN languages is an asset.

The organisation is the national charity working to end domestic abuse against women and children. They have been at the forefront of shaping and coordinating responses to domestic violence and abuse through practice for almost 50 years. This is a full-time, permanent role, with flexible working arrangements with a salary of £29,450 per year (plus Inner London Weighting of £3,483.94, if eligible). This is a hybrid role and the postholder will be expected to work from their offices in either Bristol or London 1-2 days a week.
The Community Fundraising Officer will be responsible for their rolling calendar of supporter -led events and activities. You will be providing fundraisers with tailored stewardship, resources, ideas and recognition for their event to maximise income and cultivate them to become a long-term supporter of Women’s Aid. You will provide tailored support for all community group fundraisers including but not restricted to schools, universities and religious organisations.
They are looking for someone with proven experience of developing and implementing a recruitment or stewardship programme for fundraisers. You will ideally have experience of creating successful fundraising materials.
