Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid have for over 45 years supported women and children with services around domestic violence and abuse. Could you be a part of our team as we continue our mission to end domestic violence and abuse?
The region’s leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, BSWA offers a helpline, webchat, drop in and and community support as well as emergency accommodation in six refuges across the area.
Projects supports women in the criminal justice system, in healthcare settings, and throughout the community, offering support to women and children experiencing domestic violence. Alongside this, we also have staff offering training and consultancy to businesses and health and social care professionals alike, raising awareness on gender based violence issues.

Key Responsibilities -
To support and engage young women (and their children) in refuge and in the
community, who have experienced abuse, through group and individual activities,

About You
As Head of Project Management Office (PMO), you will help our fast-growing organisation bridge the gap between strategy and execution. This is a greenfield opportunity, and you will be responsible for designing, scaling, and executing a right-sized, organisation-wide project delivery function. You will oversee an interesting investment and grant-funded portfolio, coordinate complex strategic programmes, and directly manage a core team of project managers.
Working closely with the Executive Office and Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure that strategic initiatives are prioritised, sequenced and delivered effectively so that benefits are realised and change is successfully embedded into business as usual. You will establish the PMO as a trusted centre of excellence, supporting confident decision making, disciplined delivery and transparency across RSWT and The Wildlife Trusts.
As Head of the Project Management Office, you will have a proven track record of leading portfolio, programme and delivery management functions in a complex organisation. Ideally, you will have experience of designing and scaling a PMO or delivery function from the ground up – you will be comfortable setting up lean, agile project governance structures which respect our charity’s culture while driving operational maturity. You will be confident using portfolio and delivery management tools and reporting approaches and are skilled at turning insight into action ready information for leaders.

We’re looking for an experienced trade union organiser to lead campaigns, grow our membership, support activists and deliver outstanding representation.
The role
Our 1,200 staff work across 12 UK regions and our national centre in London. Regional offices support the work of local branches, helping to represent, recruit, organise and retain members, as well as making key contributions in areas such as campaigning, strategies for negotiation and bargaining, and actions against discrimination.
As a Regional Organiser, you’ll be playing a hands on, day to day leadership role, as well as acting as an advocate of the union. Guiding, supporting and developing local branches and activists to ensure the strongest possible workplace organisation, you’ll identify activist training and development needs, provide coaching and mentoring to stewards and branch officers, and manage a small team of area/local organisers. This is a field based role and you will need to be able to travel in and around the South West region, including to our regional offices in Bristol, Exeter, Taunton and Poole, as required and occasionally to London for training, meetings or other purposes. The South West region covers a large area from Wiltshire to Cornwall. However, for the foreseeable future we expect this post to be based in the Bristol office and will be supporting our branches in the north of the region (Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire).

As an Independent Victim Advocate you will be ensuring the provision of individual structured, tailored support plans, based on a holistic assessment of impact and risk, within the framework of VS's Service Model. About the Role

We are looking for someone who will help us accompany, equip and develop confident and missional leaders for a changing Church. Our new Leadership Development Officer will play a key role in enabling our clergy and lay ministers to be the best they can be and raising up the next generation of leaders.
This role, part of the Mission and Ministry Team (MMT), sits within a wider transformation of how the diocese forms, supports and develops leaders for mission, ensuring that clergy and lay leaders are equipped to serve a changing Church with confidence, depth and resilience.
The postholder will take particular responsibility for:
• Developing sustainable leadership development pathways, processes and systems that support the Diocese’s long-term vision for raising up new leaders and equipping ministers for mission.
• Designing and helping deliver the taught programme of IME2 (curate) and IME3 (first post) training.
• Supporting the development of a coherent and high-quality training menu and bespoke formation and learning plans for clergy and key lay leaders, including
overhauling our approach to ministerial development reviews (MDRs).
• Contributing to the design of a new Worcester School of Leadership, including working on proposals for a Young Leaders Programme and Ministry Experience Scheme (MES).

About the role
This role is based from home with a requirement for occasional travel to venues across the region to attend Team Days and other meetings as required. You will be working Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer, you will be:
Previous experience in a similar role would be helpful but is not essential as you will receive robust training prior to working directly with clients. You will also receive ongoing support to ensure that you can provide victims with quick responses to meet their needs and help them cope and recover.

You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) with substantial experience providing strategic financial leadership at executive level within a complex organisation. Experience within the humanitarian, international development, healthcare or wider charity sectors is essential, with knowledge of institutional donor funding and grant compliance highly desirable.
