Supporter Care Assistant (Temporary, 4 Months)

Pay £14.29/hour
Location: Central London
Working arrangements: In-office, 2 days/week (sometimes 3 during busy periods)
Employment type: Temporary ASAP start - 4 months, full-time

Are you ready to use your admin and customer service skills to make a real difference? We’re looking for a friendly, organised Supporter Care Assistant to join a busy Marketing & Engagement team. You’ll help manage donations, support fundraisers, and ensure our supporters feel valued, all while gaining hands-on experience in the charity sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to supporter emails and calls promptly
  • Update databases and process donations
  • Support community fundraisers
  • Manage online shop orders and postage
  • Keep inboxes and records organised
Skills & Experience
  • Previous customer service or office/admin experience
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Reliable, proactive, and a team player
  • Passionate about making a difference
  • Desirable: experience in the charity sector or fundraising
