Working with individuals who present challenging behaviours in a learning disability service involves providing person-centred, proactive support that promotes safety, dignity, and quality of life.
The working pattern for this role consist of: Flexible working pattern, including the ability to work every other weekend when required.
What you'll do:
* Deliver person-centred care based on individual PBS plans developed in collaboration with Look Ahead's PBS service and multidisciplinary teams.
* Support our customers to achieve their personal goals, participate in meaningful activities, and engage in their community.
* Support our customers with personal care, medication and all daily living skills as needed, whilst promoting independence.
* Use proactive and reactive strategies to prevent or manage behaviours that challenge, while upholding the person's rights and safety.
* Maintain accurate and timely records, including incident reports, behaviour tracking, and daily support logs.
* Maintain records in accordance with Look Ahead's Information Management policies, procedures and guidance. Keep a clear desk at all times and assist with archiving and secure disposal of records when required.

About Working Well Trust

We are now recruiting an IPS Employment Advisor to join our Connect to Work service across Enfield. This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, following the principles of the IPS model to support people into paid employment.
This role is specific to being co-located on site with probation services within Enfield. If you were working with us, your days would be varied and people-centred. You would manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs, people experiencing homelessness, and people with offending histories, offering one-to-one support to help them secure and sustain employment that matches their preferences.
You would provide person-centred guidance using the IPS approach (training is provided), helping clients build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate challenges that may arise. You would work closely with external teams, contributing to an integrated approach to recovery through employment. This includes attending team meetings, coordinating support, and maintaining clear, client-led communication. The position includes managing pension scheme administration—covering auto-enrolment, contributions, and opt-out processes—and collaborating closely with both the People and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee data and ensure payroll costs are correctly recorded and reported.
Additionally, you will produce monthly payroll reports, assist with financial and audit requirements, and respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally. About You:

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
It would be advantageous to have experience managing complex pay calculations such as compressed hours, overtime, and varying pay structures, as well as familiarity with pensions administration and HMRC reporting. Strong organisational and time management skills, together with proficiency in IT - particularly Excel - and experience using FMP or Staffology payroll software, would also be highly desirable.

The Hounslow LIFE service is a large multi-site service that has a staff team of 32 supporting 86 clients, covering specialisms such as Homelessness, Substance Use and Mental Health.
In the role of Recovery Support Worker, you will be working withour clients on their road to recovery, aiding clients to gain the necessary skills to move on from our services and into suitable accommodation. You will assist a caseload of clients, supportingthem to maintain independence in the community, build on their skills for employment, manage their own health needs, and look towards a brighter future. You will also have some housing management responsibilities as part of ensuring we deliver safe, high quality services.
Please note, due to the needs of all our services, there is a requirement to work a shift rota, so flexibility is required. This will include some weekends and bank holidays, and the role will be service based with no home working.
