Ideally, you will have experience of dealing with people in a customer service-based role and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, sometimes under challenging circumstances, whilst embracing a non-judgemental and empathetic work ethic. You will be part of a team delivering solidarity and support to local, national and global disputes, building communications that reinforce the critical role of transport workers around the world, developing strategies to support union-led policies on everything from health and safety to sustainability, and raising the volume on the global struggle to advance the rights of transport workers everywhere.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, this role will work collaboratively to implement communications strategies for the ITF’s industrial work programmes and their priority campaigns. Job Purpose
Grandmentors Wolverhampton is a well-established and successful project that has been connecting mature volunteers with care experienced young people since 2019. As Project Coordinator, you will lead the core programme while heading up our brand new ‘Through the Gates’ pilot, which provides vital support for young people transitioning from custody back into the community. · Project Coordination: Lead the day-to-day delivery of Grandmentors in Wolverhampton, ensuring the project meets match targets for both the core service and the new pilot.

About the role
The Therapeutic Services Project Manager will lead on performance monitoring and reporting to funders ensuring robust data governance, GDPR compliance and to inform service delivery, development, survivor engagement and organisational performance. This role is critical to embedding a culture of data-driven decisionmaking, using performance monitoring to support high-quality service delivery in line with sector standards and quality assurance frameworks. The role will provide leadership on project implementation and delivery alongside the Head of Therapeutic Services.

About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality People administration service across the employee lifecycle, supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll changes, HR systems and employee records.
Key responsibilities include:
· Coordinating recruitment and onboarding administration
· Managing job adverts and recruitment systems
· Maintaining accurate HR records and people data
· Supporting payroll change processes
· Providing administrative support to managers and employees
· Assisting with HR projects, appraisals and process improvements
· Helping ensure our people processes are inclusive, efficient and compliant
About You
We are looking for someone who:
· Has experience in HR or people administration
· Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
· Is confident using Microsoft 365 and HR systems
· Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Can manage priorities independently in a remote environment
· Is passionate about inclusion, community impact and great people support
CIPD Level 3 or 5 is desirable but not essential.

Airplay is a national youth work programme delivered on behalf of the RAF Benevolent Fund (RAFBF). It provides engaging, supportive, and fun opportunities for children and young people from RAF families.
The programme includes: Airplay Youth Clubs for ages 8–18, Ben Clubs for children aged 5–7 & Airplay Connect, a digital platform supporting young people across the RAF community.

Our Youth and Play Practitioners will play a pivotal role in the Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) team, working as a core team of practitioners to ensure the smooth running of our programmes and services. About the Service
The Community Outreach Worker plays a vital role in delivering the Physical Health Checks programme for individuals with severe mental illness (SMI). This position focuses on engaging hard-to-reach individuals, facilitating health checks in healthcare settings, community settings, and supporting follow-up care to enhance physical health outcomes. The post holder will collaborate with health professionals and stakeholders to reduce health inequalities and promote recovery
About the Role
The role ensures that individuals with severe mental illness receive timely and effective physical health checks, overcoming barriers to engagement and supporting continuity of care. The post holder will provide proactive outreach to improve health outcomes, promote engagement with primary care and support individuals to access and sustain appropriate health and community-based support.
The post holder will manage their workload independently, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure high standards of service delivery. They will also contribute to monitoring and reporting to support the success and sustainability of the Physical Health Checks programme.
