We are looking for an Advice and Wellbeing Administrator to provide high quality administrative support to the Advice & Wellbeing team. We have an exciting opportunity for a Research and Production Officer to join our team based in Central London. After several years of research and development, we launched Testimony 360 in June 2024, a digital programme for UK secondary schools that uses interactive survivor testimony and virtual reality to innovatively teach about the Holocaust. Through the programme, students can interact with a recorded testimony of a Holocaust survivor, before seeing some of the sites they experienced using virtual reality headsets, all without leaving their classroom.
The successful candidate will serve as a member of the Trust’s Programmes Team, responsible for the research, post-production, testing and maintenance of interactive recorded testimony to ensure fluency and usability in the classroom. They will also be responsible for the ethical representation and engagement with the testimonies. We are looking for an individual with experience in research, with an understanding of the sensitive use of testimony, as well as experience of data management systems and platforms used for interactive testimony. They will have the ability to quickly learn how to use new technologies and programmes. As Community Fundraising Officer you will play a vital role in generating income to support the work of this inspiring Hospice. With a specific focus on the Barking & Dagenham area, you will be responsible for developing relationships with individuals, community groups, schools, faith groups and volunteers to inspire and maximise fundraising opportunities within the community.
This is a hybrid role based on the Essex border with East London.

Deliver and grow community fundraising activity

Purpose of the role:
The Kinship Navigator provides intensive, time-limited support to kinship carers through the Kinship Connected programme, a structured six-month intervention designed to help kinship families stabilise placements and access the support they need.
Working directly with kinship carers in West Dunbartonshire, you will build trusting relationships while completing structured assessments, goal setting and reviews to help families strengthen their support networks and navigate services such as children’s social care, education, health and community support.
This is a community-facing role, working from Y Sort It’s offices and directly in kinship carers’ homes and community spaces. You will work alongside Y Sort It’s Intandem mentors to ensure that both carers and the children they care for receive coordinated, complementary support.
Accurate recording of your work is essential to enable Kinship and Inspiring Scotland to understand what is working, demonstrate impact and learn from this pioneering pilot.
Direct support
You will provide intensive one-to-one support to kinship carers for up to six months, working within the delivery approach set out in the Kinship Connected Service Manual. You will also establish and facilitate a monthly support group for kinship carers in West Dunbartonshire.

The Volunteer Coordinator (Nag’s Head Farm) will lead the recruitment, administration and support of volunteers for Camp Jojo’s Cumbria camps. As the main point of contact throughout the volunteer journey, they will manage applications, maintain databases, coordinate communications and ensure volunteers are successfully placed at camp.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and supported by the experienced team at Ivy Farm, Essex, the role also includes providing administrative support and attending volunteer-related meetings.
