About the Role

The Partnerships Manager will play a key role in driving income growth through philanthropy and strategic partnerships. Reporting to the CEO, this role will contribute to the delivery of an ambitious growth strategy. The post-holder will build and steward relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organisations to ensure alignment with organisational objectives, and will lead the development of high-quality fundraising and outreach that deepen engagement, grow income and strengthen relationships.

This is a senior, hands-on role involving the management of a portfolio, proposal development/writing and leading conversations with donors.

This role will line manage WasteAid’s Communications Officer (0.6 FTE).

Fundraising & Income Growth

The initial focus of this role will be to grow income from trusts and foundations and selected corporate partnerships, with priorities agreed annually.

• Implement and deliver WasteAid’s Trusts and Foundations income stream with support and collaboration from CEO and Director of Programmes.

• In collaboration with the SMT develop and implement a strategic plan to grow income from major donors, and corporate partnerships.

• Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to shape funding priorities and develop compelling cases for support.

• Set and deliver ambitious income targets, ensuring a diverse and sustainable funding portfolio.

• Stay informed on sector trends and emerging opportunities to drive innovation in fundraising approaches.

• Ensure WasteAid’s communications outputs support our fundraising goals.

Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain strong relationships with our existing funder base - philanthropists, and corporate partners and develop new relationships positioning WasteAid as a leading cause in the sector.

• Undertake targeted outreach to develop new funding relationships and lead internally on incoming leads and enquiries.

• Develop and deliver tailored donor engagement and stewardship strategies and events that enhance retention and long-term investment.

• Represent WasteAid externally, leveraging networking and partnership opportunities to expand the supporter base.

• Collaborate with programme teams to articulate impact and develop compelling donor communications.

Leadership & Team Development

• Champion excellence and fundraising good practice within the wider WasteAid team ensuring a culture of collaboration and excellence.

As Legacy and In-Memory Manager you will be responsible for leading your team to drive transformational change, through the delivery of our legacy and in-memory growth strategy. 

You will set objectives and oversee team activity to deliver the entire legacy journey with the aim of achieving significant long-term growth in revenue income to support our ambitious plans to bring Maggie’s cancer care to everyone who needs us. 

You will be responsible for working collaboratively with teams from across Maggie’s to engage them in the importance of legacy and in-memory giving.

Working on our Health Charity Partnership (HCP) with counterparts at the British Heart Foundation, and Cancer Research UK, this award winning, UK-wide partnership aims to improve the health of the nation using the retailer’s reach and influence.

You will be responsible for leading and delivering income generation, project managing strategic activities, and delivering against shared and charity specific goals. You will also contribute to the development and success of the Account Management Team, and support cross team-projects and take on additional tasks as required.

Role description:

This role works very closely with colleagues across multiple internal teams including our Clinical Team (working with a Health Lead), our Marketing team (including Social Media Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and Brand and Creative colleagues) and our Policy Team. The ideal candidate will have account management experience with a track record of delivering six and seven-figure strategic partnerships either within a charity or corporate setting. Good time management and organisational skills are required to manage a busy and diverse workload. You’ll need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Using your excellent communication skills, you will be able to convey ideas succinctly and persuasively to create impactful proposals and other communications.

You’ll have good understanding of commercial principles, understand what drives businesses, and how to lead and deliver multi-stream income generation that are mutually beneficial through partnership.  You’ll have a passion for identifying new financial and non-financial opportunities and be proactive in your approach to seeking these out. As our Engagement and Stewardship Officer, you will be responsible for the central coordination and delivery of all team communications requirements. This includes employee and volunteer engagement, content requirements for events and strategic projects, donor reporting and building a bank of case studies.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality content and communications across the Partnerships team to support fundraising, stewardship, and partner engagement
• Create and deliver an annual calendar of employee engagement and partnership communications
• Own the production, update, and continuous improvement of standard partnership fundraising and stewardship materials

About the Role

About the role

As Fundraising Manager, you will support income generation for Woman’s Trust, led by the Head of Fundraising (HOF). You will focus on securing five figure grants, corporate donations and community/public donations, and support the increase of or ganisational income from £1.2m to £3m in the next 3 years.

You will effectively communicate our services and campaign aims and develop funder partnerships and relationships aligned to our strategic priorities. About the Role

The Corporate Partnerships Manager sits within an ambitious and forward-thinking Fundraising & Communications team at an exciting point of growth, as we develop. This is a pivotal role for someone who is motivated not only by stewarding and deepening existing partnerships, but by actively driving new business and unlocking fresh opportunities for impact.

Based in Westminster, at the heart of power and industry, we are uniquely positioned to connect with businesses and organisations whose employees encounter the reality of homelessness every day—on their commute, on their lunch break, and on the streets around them. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic relationship-builder who can both nurture a strong portfolio of current corporate supporters and proactively identify, secure, and grow new partnerships aligned with our mission. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and expanding our Corporate Partnerships function, with significant scope to influence direction, test new ideas, and deliver meaningful income growth.

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Patrons Manager to play a leading role in the management and development of the Museum's Patrons Programme. Reporting to the Senior Patrons Manager, you will drive income growth, ensure high retention, and act as the primary contact and face for the majority of Patrons groups.

Working closely with the Senior Patrons Manager, Patrons Coordinator, and colleagues across the department of Development, Events and Supporter Engagement, you will contribute to the success of the Patrons Programme and ensure continuity and leadership across all Patrons activities in the absence of the Senior Patrons Manager.

This is a key role for a confident fundraiser who thrives on building long-term relationships and delivering ambitious targets to make a real impact on one of the Museum's most important supporter groups.

About you

• Proven experience in fundraising, membership, or patron management, with a track record of achieving ambitious income targets.
• Ideally, you will understand fundraising structures within large organisations like the British Museum with experience of relationship-building with high-net-worth individuals.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Resourceful, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to problem-solve and implement solutions.
• IT literate, with experience using Raiser's Edge or similar CRM systems.
• Available to work evenings and occasional weekends.

Key areas of responsibility

Patrons Programme leadership

• Tale ownership of the majority of the Patrons Programme, leading on income, retention, and engagement.
• Act as the main contact and face for most Patrons groups, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional experience.

Income growth and stewardship

• Work with the Senior Patrons Manager and Research Team to identify, cultivate, and recruit new Patrons, particularly at £5,000 and £4,500 tiers.
• Work with the Philanthropy and Supporter Engagement teams to identify giving opportunities and steward existing donors effectively, while also providing insight and feedback to support the retention and renewal of existing Patrons.

Programme administration

• Oversee day-to-day Patron enquiries, liaising with the Patrons Coordinator and escalating issues where necessary.
• Ensure all processes, including renewals, acknowledgements, and data management, are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard.
