Responsibilities of our Senior Mid Value Officer:
This role will manage the development of the Cats Protection Mid Value Programme and associated mid value product. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of stewardship strategies for the conversion, retention and growth of mid value donors and build a pipeline for major giving to increase sustainable net income for Cats Protection.
The team manages a significant portfolio and has ambitious growth targets, and this role will play a key part in growing the number and overall value of supporters.

What we’re looking for in our Senior Mid Value Officer
Significant experience in related fundraising role(s), such as mid value, major donor, individual giving or direct marketing. Where primary experience is in one area, hands on experience and good understanding in the other is required.
Demonstrable experience of developing strong long-term relationships with supporters & stakeholders
Experience of implementing supporter segmentation processes for database marketing purposes
Proven track record of achieving income against agreed financial targets as well as other KPIs
Experience of developing and managing donor engagement and cultivation plans and strategies
Extensive proven experience of producing high quality and compelling appeals, proposals, reports and correspondence to inspire generous support

The School Library Association is preparing for a landmark 90th anniversary campaign in 2027, celebrating the vital role of school libraries in education. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Campaign Coordinator to help deliver this national campaign across research, advocacy, fundraising, events and communications. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in a high-profile campaign that will raise awareness, strengthen the evidence base for school libraries, influence policy, and directly support schools through resources and funding.
As Campaign Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth coordination and delivery of the campaign’s key milestones throughout the year. You will manage timelines, coordinate campaign activity, and liaise with and report to stakeholders as needed. Integrating into the team at pace, you will take the lead on key milestones, working closely with internal and external partners to deliver the campaign on time, on budget and to a high standard. A creative thinker, you will contribute to all aspects of campaign development, coordination and delivery, helping to build and maintain a strong narrative throughout.
The salary for this position is £28,378.38 per year for 30 hours per week, working remotely with some travel across the UK (NB this role requires candidates to be based in the UK due to the location of event activity and in person event support). International Nepal Fellowship (INF) is a Christian health and development charity. Since 1952 they have had a huge impact serving the most disadvantaged people and communities in Nepal.
As Nepal’s longest serving international NGO they continue to have ambitious plans. It is an exciting time to join INF as they enter a bold new strategic phase for 2026 to 2031.
The most disadvantaged communities in Nepal face a lack of access to healthcare, often walking for days to their nearest health post, or being unable to afford even basic treatment.
Kopila, who was diagnosed with leprosy several years ago, is a patient at INF’s Green Pastures Hospital in Pokhara, Nepal.

We are looking for a Supporter Engagement Officer to join INF’s small, passionate UK team. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with INF’s committed UK supporters who resource and pray for the work of Nepali organisations which support people to overcome the barriers they face due to issues such as disability, poverty, gender or caste.
