More about the role: As Senior Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for a broad range of key finance activities, from day-to-day financial operations and reporting through statutory compliance and cashflow management. Working closely with our small finance team and colleagues across the charity, you will provide the accurate, timely financial information needed to support effective planning, reporting and decision-making. This is a practical, hands-on role with real variety, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a growing charity.
About you: We are looking for someone with significant hands-on accounting experience in a similar role, ideally within an equivalently sized or larger organisation. This role will lead CAFOD’s policy and advocacy work aimed at building a fairer global financial system. About the role
As Senior Fundraising Campaign Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of Shelter’s 2026 Winter Appeal — our largest integrated fundraising campaign and a vital contributor to the organisation’s financial sustainability.

Role specifics
We’re looking for an experienced campaign leader who can confidently matrix manage a complex, cross-organisational project team and keep delivery progressing against agreed timelines, budgets and objectives.
You will oversee campaign governance, coordinate activity across multiple workstreams and ensure that marketing plans, media activity and creative content are fully aligned with the campaign’s audiences and objectives.
You will identify opportunities, anticipate challenges and ensure risks or barriers are understood, escalated and resolved at the earliest opportunity. You will also own key project documentation, including campaign plans, governance arrangements, risk registers and stakeholder reports.
As part of the role, you will line manage a Senior Project Management Executive, supporting their work across content development, creative delivery and performance reporting. Following the campaign, you will lead a full evaluation and establish clear, timebound improvement actions to strengthen future Winter Appeals.

About the Role:
As a Casework Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse to rebuild their lives. Working holistically, you’ll carry out in‑depth needs assessments and develop tailored support plans that reflect each individual’s circumstances, strengths, and goals.
You’ll provide compassionate, trauma‑informed case management, advocacy, and resettlement support for people with a wide range of complex social and housing needs. About the Role:
As a Floating Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting services where extra capacity is needed, working across different locations including B&NES, Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset and North Somerset. This is a varied and dynamic role, offering the opportunity to work across supported housing and outreach services, with no two weeks looking the same.
You’ll work directly with people who have a range of support needs, building positive, professional relationships and providing person‑centred, trauma‑informed support. We are recruiting an Investment Manager – Portfolio to take a leading role in the delivery of our existing portfolio including on special situations and exits.
You will take ownership of performance and manager relationships across a broad portfolio of social impact investments. You will build relationships with senior leaders at our fund managers and take responsibility for how these investments perform against their financial, social impact and systems change goals. You will also oversee several treasury holdings, held for financial return and sustainable outcomes, that support how we manage liquidity.
