Job Profile
Based in CAFOD’s Education Section and working closely with staff across the organisation, you will be responsible for the creation and development of high-quality resource materials for Catholic Schools and Youth Programmes.
The resources you create will enhance pupils’ knowledge and understanding of global justice issues, assist schools with CAFOD’s fundraising and campaigning activities, support the Catholic Life and mission of schools and inspire young people to put Catholic Social Teaching into action by working for social justice.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Secondary school practitioner currently working in a Catholic school with secure knowledge of how to engage young people in important issues of faith and social justice.
You will have experience of developing interactive resources and creating and editing video content, with a strong digital mindset and confidence working across a range of digital platforms.
This is a key role which demands creativity, and strong organisational skills.

About the role
CTI is part of a housing-led response to ending homelessness. CTI is an evidence-based model, designed for times of transition for people who require support to navigate often fragmented systems. It uses a time limited case management approach to support people through a period of transition which works towards preventing and ending homelessness.
The model is strictly time limited and prescriptive in its application and Crisis’ CTI pilot will run close to the CTI principles. The timing of movement through the phases is defined by the Programme model.
CTI consists of four main phases:
The post holder will be working within the framework of CTI, supporting prison leavers from prison into accommodation, thus preventing homelessness on release from custody.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have experience of delivering person centred support with statutory and non-statutory services within the criminal justice system, offering coaching and mentoring, learning support and/or personal development training, ideally working to matrix standards. You will also have an appreciation of delivering this within a time limited framework.
You will demonstrate knowledge of issues affecting homeless or vulnerably housed individuals which could include mental illness, addiction, the benefit system and housing. Being committed to empowering homeless and vulnerably housed individuals is essential to this role.

About the role
We are seeking an effective and successful Philanthropy professional with a passion for international development, to take a pivotal role in enabling Christian Aid to fight global poverty, inequality and injustice in the year ahead, by supporting us to deliver against our ambitious income targets.
The post holder will be responsible for providing excellent stewardship to existing donors, and they will also be expected to proactively engage new prospects to grow Christian Aid's reach and impact, with a particular focus on securing 5 and 6-figure gifts. The portfolio is predominantly based in Scotland but there are also a handful of supporters beyond this geographic focus.
The position will work closely with Scotland team colleagues, and will be part of the Philanthropy team which manages relationships with donors around the UK. The role will report into the Senior Philanthropy Advisor who is based in North England.
About you
With a solid track record of successful fundraising from Major Donors or in a related area of fundraising, you will have excellent relationship buildings skills and be a highly-effective communicator, with the ability to inspire and engage supporters. You will be able to produce high-quality proposals and reports. You will be well-practised in managing relationships based on trust and integrity and will be highly motivated, proactive and confident in engaging new prospects. Knowledge of international development and church structures would also be very helpful.

The Purpose of the Role
The Client Voice Officer will support RAI UK’s client engagement and participation agenda, ensuring that refugees and people seeking asylum meaningfully influence programme design, delivery, advocacy, and strategy.
The role will implement client voice related projects and strengthen RAI UK’s client voice systems, including structured feedback mechanisms and the Client Advisory Board (CAB).
The role will support the development of client-led research and evidence generation initiatives to inform programmes and policy positions. The role will also build relationships with migrant-led and grassroots organisations to ensure lived experience meaningfully shapes services, advocacy priorities, and external engagement. This role centres direct lived experience of forced displacement as a form of expertise.
Key Working Relationships:
The postholder will report to the Integration Lead Advisor and work in close collaboration with the Head of Programmes, RAI Director, Programme Managers, Senior Programme Development Advisor, Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer, Senior Programme and Awards Officer, Advocacy and Policy Managers, Communication team and other IRC UK teams.

Coordination of project delivery staff on the Pinterest project (without formal line management responsibility).
Key Accountabilities
Project Coordination
· Work in collaboration with the Senior Community Engagement and Volunteer Officer to coordinate a new psychosocial education and photography programme for refugee young people (aged 16–19).
· Support the delivery and facilitation of this programme as required.
· Develop the participant outreach plan and support the day-to-day communication with the participants of the project in coordination with the session facilitators.
· Work in collaboration with the Integration Lead Advisor, Technical Advisor for Women and Child Protection and other relevant programme colleagues to ensure that the project curriculum is adapted and delivered to be contextually appropriate, developmentally suitable, and aligned with RAI UK technical standards, with an emphasis on ensuring client voice is strengthened through a person-centred and strengths-based approach.
· Work with the Safeguarding Advisor to ensure full compliance with safeguarding, consent, data protection, and ethical storytelling requirements throughout project delivery.
· Work in collaboration with the Senior Community Engagement and Volunteer Officer and clients to co-create and coordinate two dissemination events showcasing youth photography and lived experience outputs.
· Ensure robust monitoring of outcomes and timely, high-quality donor reporting in line with IRC and funder requirements.
Community Engagement
· Strengthen and coordinate the Community Advisory Board (CAB).
· Provide support and training to CAB members, including organising external trainings as needed.
· Undertake associated administrative and coordination responsibilities related to client, community and CAB work, including meeting organisation, coordination and record-keeping of travel and expenses logistics, documentation including sensitive data management cross-departmentally including facilitation of DBS checks, client communication, and tracking actions to ensure accountability and follow-through.
· Proactively engage migrant-led and grassroots organisations to share best practices.
· Collaborate with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning team to track quantitative outputs and qualitative outcomes of engagement with community, clients and CAB.

What you will do:
Help us make and manage investments through research and analysis, including:
Undertaking research and detailed analysis to help us understand social issues and market gaps where social impact investment can help support a solution, within our market systems (social property, social lending, impact venture and social outcomes); synthesize and present these; and monitor relevant market data and update the team on relevant developments in the market systems, for example related to the issues, asset classes and policy areas.
Undertaking supplementary analysis of performance, benchmarks and other research that helps enhance our understanding of performance of the portfolio.
Support prospective investments through our investment process across our market systems, including:
Undertaking detailed investment analysis, including of the market, the prospective investee, and the financial, social impact and systems change cases;
Assisting in preparing and presenting investment recommendations to our Investment Committee;
Project management such as ensuring the consistent application of our investment process and the tracking of new investment opportunities in the pipeline; and,
Helping deal leads and legal team negotiate legal documents and close transactions.
This will likely involve specialising in one market system for a period of time.
Support management of our existing portfolio investments, including:
Supporting and co-ordinating fund manager reporting of that helps BSC to assess the contribution of the investments to our systems change, impact and financial goals across our portfolio and in the relevant market system
Undertaking data gathering, aggregation and detailed analysis to evaluate impact and financial performance across portfolios of investments in our market systems, including working with fund managers on individual investments
Systems change agent
Supporting delivery of key strategic projects in BSC’s market systems, including through project management
Supporting our engagement work with investors and with charities and social enterprises to deliver on our market system goals, for example helping to co-ordinate networks and events in partnership with Investment Networks and Engagement teams .
Team and approach
Helping to build a world class social impact investment team and approach at Better Society Capital, such as acting as a champion for part our investment management approach or being part of a working group to deliver a strategic priority
Contributing to organisation-wide initiatives that help us deliver our mission such as working groups to improve the way we work or how we engage with certain stakeholders.

Location: We are a UK-based business with an office in the Old Street area of London, accessible via a number of public transport links. Are you passionate about turning supporter generosity into sustained income that helps people with a learning disability live their lives to the full? Do you have experience running multi-channel fundraising campaigns and using data to improve performance? If so, we have a role for you to impact our growing Individual Giving programme.
We are looking for a Senior Individual Giving Officer to join our Public Fundraising team at Mencap. You will lead the planning and delivery of acquisition and retention campaigns across cash, lottery, regular giving, value exchange, raffle and payroll giving channels, working across face to face, direct mail, email, digital and telephone. You will work closely with colleagues in Legacy, Wills and Trusts, Community Fundraising and Challenge Events to deliver joined up supporter journeys that increase lifetime value and broaden our audience reach. Reporting to the Senior Individual Giving Manager, you will play a key part in delivering our Mencap 2030 strategy.
This is a permanent, full‑time position. We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements, with a requirement to attend our London office for a minimum of two days per week. Occasional travel within the UK may also be required.
What you will do
· Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of direct marketing campaigns, including campaign schedules, briefs, copywriting, data checks, print and postage processing, finance processing and stakeholder management.
· Manage campaign budgets, monitor KPIs and report on performance, delivering activity on time and to a high standard.
· Build and manage complex data selections and automated email journeys, supporting the roll out of our new CRM and using insight to improve targeting and results.
· Keep the supporter at the heart of the journey by creating authentic, compelling stories and personalised donor journeys that drive repeat giving, upsell and cross sell.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure campaigns are aligned and executed effectively.
· Analyse campaign performance, adopt a test and learn approach and make data driven recommendations for improvement.
· Ensure all fundraising activity complies with GDPR, the Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice and Gambling Commission regulations. Support invoice processing, monthly management accounting, quarterly reforecasting and annual budget setting processes.
· Champion equality, diversity and inclusion in campaigns and across the organisation.
What you will bring
· Proven experience of planning and delivering multi-channel individual giving campaigns.
· Strong data and CRM skills, with experience of building selections and automated journeys.
· Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
· Strong copywriting and supporter communications skills, with a focus on storytelling and supporter care.
· Experience of monitoring and analysing campaign performance and using insight to improve results.
· Knowledge of fundraising compliance and best practice. A collaborative approach and commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
