Reset is a bold new incubation designed to dramatically change the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in England today for the better.
Reset exists for children who are on, or at risk of being placed on Deprivation of Liberty orders due to the high risks they face from themselves or others, their complex and intersecting needs, and due to the lack of effective support available.
The children Reset will support are likely to be aged 12 to 18 and face complex challenges that often stem from the impact of traumatic childhood experiences, such as mental ill-health, self-harming, being sexually and/or criminally exploited and getting caught in harmful risk-taking behaviours including the use of harmful substances such as drugs and alcohol.
Reset is determined to ensure that, wherever possible, children are able to thrive back within their own families and/or communities.
About the role

We are excited to begin the search for Reset’s Coordinator. We have secured initial funding and are actively securing funding for the full two-year pilot, which includes funds for these roles. We appreciate that candidates are likely to need clarity around timing, funding and transitions, and we will have open discussions with candidates about fundraising milestones during the interview process.
Salary: £35,850 (London) / £32,109 (National) per annum

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supporter Care and Donation Processing professional to join our high performing Supporter Care Team at Brooke. You will work as part of a busy Supporter Care and Fulfilment team providing high quality donation processing and fulfilment services, and the highest levels of supporter care. About the Role
The Street Engagement Team is an innovative service that works across the West End/Westminster. The team offers an outreach response to people experiencing homelessness and also leads on several other CSTM projects that cover accommodation and health inclusion service offers.

Across the UK, over 4 million children are currently living in poverty, driving increasing demand for essential items and support for families with young children. In 2024 alone, baby banks supported over 219,000 families, a 35% increase on the previous year.
And demand is outpacing supply. Many baby banks are being forced to turn families away.
Baby banks are community-led organisations that provide essential items such as clothing, nappies and equipment to families with young children experiencing poverty or crisis. They operate in diverse ways and often offer support and signposting in addition to the material goods, reflecting the needs of their local communities. Baby banks have grown rapidly over the past decade in response to rising levels of need. However, this growth has largely been organic and fragmented.
BBA exists to support, unite and advocate for baby banks: strengthening collective impact, unlocking national opportunities, and helping a fast-growing and diverse movement operate with greater voice, reach and resilience.
The Baby Bank Alliance (BBA) was co-founded by Purposeful Ventures, Save the Children UK, Little Village and the Bristol Baby Bank Network. Since its founding, BBA has built strong national partnerships, secured significant funding and goods for baby banks, and raised the profile of the sector through national media and corporate partnerships (including with organisations such as IKEA).

About the Role
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the Foundation delivers high-quality, transparent and equitable funding practices across its work.
As Funding and Compliance Lead, you will lead the end-to-end funding and compliance function, bringing together assessment, contract management, risk and grant management to ensure decisions are robust, proportionate and aligned with regulatory and sector standards.
You will play a critical role in strengthening systems and ways of working, improving consistency, quality and the experience of applicants and funded partners. Working closely across the organisation, you will ensure that funding and compliance activity is aligned with our strategy and supports effective delivery of community-led change.
You will also lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative leader with strong expertise in grant management, compliance and risk. You will bring a track record of delivering high-quality funding processes, alongside experience of improving systems and ways of working.
You will be confident navigating complexity, balancing rigour with pragmatism, and ensuring that processes are both robust and accessible. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to use data and insight to inform decisions are essential.
You will also be an effective people manager, able to support and develop others while creating a positive and inclusive team culture. A strong commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and the Foundation’s values is key.

The role
The Events Fundraising role is responsible for delivering exceptional and memorable experiences for supporters taking on fundraising challenges, ensuring they feel inspired, confident, and supported throughout their journey.
A strong emphasis on supporter engagement sits at the core of the role, with a focus on meeting and exceeding engagement and fundraising KPIs through proactive communication, tailored guidance, and personalised stewardship.
Insight plays a key part in the role, requiring the ability to interpret and analyse performance data to optimise supporter journeys, strengthen campaign effectiveness and maximise income.
Equally important are excellent relationship building skills working closely with supporters to understand their motivations, while collaborating effectively with colleagues across teams to ensure a positive, connected, and productive working environment.
The candidate
* Experience working on events fundraising programmes and delivering memorable fundraising experiences
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with supporters
* Track record of monitoring and meeting targets and KPIs
* Project management skills, including ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to use initiative to work alone ensuring work is planned, prioritised, and organised to achieve set deadlines
* Ability to interpret and analyse data and use insight to improve performance
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions, fostering a positive and productive working environment
* Commitment to using communication skills to improve supporter experience through insight-driven communications and personalised engagement strategies
