Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EEDI) are at the heart of our work. We work with people with lived experience of MS, volunteers, and professionals to guide and direct our approach to EEDI.
The EEDI Reference Group is a group of people affected by MS who helped develop our previous EEDI strategy and now support the EEDI work in our more recent organisational strategy. They bring lived experience of marginalisation for example people from minoritised ethnic groups, the LGBTQ+ community, carers and disabled people.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EEDI) work. By attending monthly meetings you’ll use your lived and/or professional experience to provide advice, feedback, guidance and personal opinion on our EEDI work.
This is a home-based role, which will require attending online meetings of up to an hour, with up to 30 minutes of pre-reading and follow-up work before each one.
What you’ll be doing:
· Attending online meetings
· Reading documents and preparing feedback
· Using your lived and/or professional experience to provide constructive and honest feedback on our ways of working, processes and future initiatives
· Representing the MS community and people from marginalised group(s) with lived experience
· Having confidence to speak and input into meetings
· Feeling passion for the MS Society and for EEDI in our work
· Showing awareness of EEDI in a broader context, to provide challenge outside of your lived experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Email Marketing Officer to support the planning and delivery of email campaigns that engage and inspire our audience. You will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and optimising emails to strengthen communication with students, parents, and supporters. Key tasks
Design, build, and schedule email campaigns using email marketing tools.
Manage audience segmentation and ensure email lists are accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to deliver engaging, on-brand email content.
Conduct A/B tests to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance.

Our trustees play a vital role in making sure that Camberwell Afterschool Project
(CASP) achieves its core purpose. They oversee the overall management and
administration of the charity. They also ensure that CASP has a clear strategy and

Board members have a collective responsibility. This means that trustees always act
as a group and not as individuals. The role of Company Secretary is a key and
important Trustee position on the Board.
Main Duties:
● Ensure that the charity is operating within the legal framework required by a
UK registered charity and company limited by guarantee. This includes
ensuring that Company Law, Charity Law and regulatory requirements of
reporting and public accountability are compiled with.
● Contribute to the setting and shaping of CASP's strategic direction
● Contribute to good governance, including compliance with both the Charity
Commission and Companies House requirements
● To ensure new Trustees complete the necessary checks, including the
undertaking of the Disclosure and Barring check (DBS) and registeration with
Companies House
● Provide guidance to the other trustees in relation to their legal and ethical
duties and responsibilities
● Work with the chair of the board to ensure effective governance structures are
in place and are regularly reviewed, updated and followed
● Champion our work by supporting our programme activities, attending our
events and being an ambassador for the charity through your networks
● Work with the CEO along with other trustees to identify and manage risk
● To fulfil any other duties as may be required from time to time by the Board of
Trustees
Knowledge of charity law and Companies House legislations.
Reference and DBS check will be required.
Informal interview will be held.
