About the Role 
We are looking for a creative and compassionate individual to join our team as a Dementia Creative Arts Project Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to support people living with dementia through engaging, person-centred creative sessions delivered in their own homes. 

You will work with a cohort of volunteer artists, musicians, and performers to design and deliver tailored, one-off creative sessions that enhance wellbeing, communication, and social interaction. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the arts and committed to improving the lives of people living with dementia. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage a caseload of clients living with dementia or cognitive impairment 

• Carry out person-centred assessments to understand clients’ interests, abilities, and needs 

• Plan and coordinate creative sessions including visual arts, music, and performance-based activities 

• Recruit, train, and support volunteer artists and facilitators 

• Match volunteers and artists with clients to ensure meaningful engagement 

• Conduct home visits, process referrals, and carry out risk assessments 

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on project outcomes and impact 

• Build partnerships with artists and external organisations 

• Provide information and guidance to carers, professionals, and stakeholders 

• Support project evaluation and reporting requirements for funders 

About You 
We are looking for someone who: 

• Has experience working with people living with dementia or vulnerable adults 

• Has a strong interest or background in creative arts, community arts, or wellbeing activities 

• Is skilled in person-centred approaches and building meaningful relationships 

• Can work independently and manage a small caseload effectively 

• Has experience working with or coordinating volunteers 

• Is organised, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement 

• Has strong communication and partnership-working skills

What the job involves

Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a wide range of activities, events and challenge events. As Community Fundraising Executive, you’ll be a key member of our sector-leading team, raising over £5 million each year from individuals organising their own fundraising events and local-level corporate partnerships.

You’ll build strong, meaningful relationships with mid and high-value supporters, providing tailored stewardship that motivates, inspires and maximises their long-term fundraising impact. Working closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and wider team, you’ll identify emerging opportunities, spot potential high-value fundraisers and help shape the growth of our community fundraising programme. About the role

The Role

As an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate you will ensure that male survivors’ safety & housing needs are met.  You will provide specialist support at the moment of crisis, providing advocacy & support to access safe accommodation ensuring the safety, security & dignity of service users & their children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that male survivors’ safety and housing needs are met by supporting survivors to access safe accommodation
• Provide a pro-active, high quality, frontline service to victims of domestic abuse through on-going risk assessment, individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
• Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse
• Promote the service and raising awareness of issues arising, minimising barriers and improving access to support

About You

Ideally, you will have knowledge about legal remedies for domestic abuse victims and have experience working with drug, alcohol, and mental health issues. An understanding benefits, housing, and homelessness would also be beneficial.

You will need:

• Experience of providing support those affected by domestic abuse 
• An understanding of the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic abuse and their children
• Knowledge of safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues.
• A good understanding of Housing Law to be able to provide up to date advice and information on housing related needs
• Strong communication, negotiation and advisory skills, both written and verbal when interacting with a range of agencies and individuals.
• An understanding of commitment to equal opportunities and diversity issues in policy and practice.
• Strong crisis management skills and the ability to deal with stressful and difficult situations.

The team supports our women to create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment to create a space where they can call home. They provide person-centred care and support to help them overcome personal challenges and rebuild their lives for brighter futures.

In this role, you will support in leading the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will support in driving service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma and psychologically informed environment. You will ensure the service runs smoothly in collaboration with the team, wider teams, and external partners. We're looking for someone who is solution focused, has experience within a similar service environment, and can create a safe space for individuals to learn, and grow.

What the job involves

We’re seeking an Email Marketing Officer to join our Integrated Marketing and Media team. In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day running of our email and SMS platform, making sure every message is engaging, accessible, and delivers real impact for our supporters. You'll make sure we're targeting the right supporters, with the right comms, at the right time.

You’ll work closely with teams across Prostate Cancer UK to help shape their messages for email, offering best practice advice, guidance and training where needed. Day to day, you’ll review content to identify opportunities for improvement, and write or edit copy that is clear, engaging and aligned with our tone of voice. You'll work closely with the team to help build compelling email campaigns and use analytics tools to monitor performance and suggest ways we can improve engagement, loyalty and drive actions and income.

As part of the Digital Marketing and Channels team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across web, social media and strategic communications to ensure our owned channels work seamlessly together. What we want from you

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in digital marketing, particularly email and SMS marketing, either in-house or at an agency. You’ll be confident planning, writing and building campaigns that engage a specific audience and encourage meaningful action.

You’ll have experience using email marketing platforms (ideally Upland Adestra, though experience with tools such as MailChimp or DotDigital would also be valuable). A good understanding of campaign analytics, testing and optimisation is essential, along with the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations.

You’ll be an excellent communicator and a brilliant writer, able to create clear, punchy and engaging content — from compelling emails to concise text messages. You’ll also be confident supporting colleagues across the organisation, explaining best practice and helping others feel more confident using digital channels.

3. Willingness to work outside normal working hours including evenings

and weekends and to participate in promotional, fundraising and

income generating events, activities and any other duties as may be

reasonably required by the organisation.

OTHER: 

1. The post is subject to a DBS disclosure which will be carried out at

appointment of a candidate.

2.  This post is subject to completion of a six-month probationary period.

3.  Must be able to drive (the Pool Vehicle to visit sites) and work across

the whole contract area as required.

4. Must hold business cover insurance on their own vehicle.
