What You’ll Do
As IT & Digital Lead, you will:
Set up and configure Office 365, including emails, SharePoint and user accounts.
Implement and maintain our cloud-based CRM and Caseload Management Systems.
Configure laptops, tablets and phones for SUNSHINE Charity use only.
Ensure all devices and data are secure, protected and compliant.
Create simple digital processes that make volunteering easier.
Provide IT/Digital support to volunteers when needed.
Lead or support induction sessions to help volunteers understand:
How our digital systems work
How to use them confidently
Why they matter for safety, connection and good practice
Work closely with the Safeguarding & Compliance Lead to ensure digital safety and GDPR alignment
