Easy-to-use and low data, teachers in under resourced settings receive contextualised, assessed, and certified foundational materials to underpin and advance their practice. 

As a Instructional Designer, you'll be the creative force behind our Teach2030 courses, with high technical proficiency and ability to create digital videos and resources. You'll design and deliver engaging, interactive, and impactful resources and features that engage users worldwide.

Your role will include: 

• Using tools and digital platforms to create immersive and high-quality videos 
• Enhancing the look and feel of our Teach2030 courses, ensuring all resources follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, high-quality look 
• Collaborating with course writers to deliver high-quality learning experiences 
• Design and develop a range of digital, downloadable learning resources to support the courses
• Create engaging, interactive course features, including forums and assessments 

What We're Looking For

• Expertise with e-learning tools, particularly video creation and editing.
• Enthusiasm for digital content development in training and education.
• Record in designing high-quality, measurable learning solutions.
• Initiative and willingness to present and storyboard new ideas.
• Understanding of instructional design frameworks
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly and creatively.
• Passion for learning and technology
• A background in education is not essential.

Our branch team leader volunteers lead their local team by supporting and managing volunteers within their group, maintaining communications with both volunteers and employees, and helping promote a positive and professional image of Cats Protection.

From elderly moggies to energic kittens, every day across the UK cats and kittens are in need of a temporary place to stay, and lots of love and TLC! We need more fosterers like you to provide a safe, temporary haven for cats and kittens and provide them with everything they need before they get their chance to land on their four paws and make a house a home.

You can expect us to

As a charity we are able to help thousands of cats each year thanks to the generous donations we receive from members of the public. Our fundraising team leaders have the exciting and varied role of inspiring our fundraising volunteers to plan and deliver local fundraising events. Using their passion and imagination, they oversee a small team of fundraising volunteers who come together to raise the vital funds needed to cover costs such as veterinary bills and food. Our fundraising team leaders support their team of volunteers in all aspects of their roles, making sure our volunteers are happy, confident and supported.

• allocating tasks before and during fundraising events
• keeping financial records from fundraising events
• encouraging and promoting a professional image of Cats Protection 
• following policies and guidelines and ensuring licences and permits are obtained for events

Time expectation

Our fundraising team leaders usually spend three to four hours per week in this role, which is flexible and can be shared by more than one volunteer if needed.

ABOUT USER VOICE

User Voice is a charity led and delivered by people with lived experience of the criminal justice system. We bring together people impacted by the system with those who deliver its services, to co create transformative change, both in justice services and in people’s lives.

We actively welcome applications from people with convictions, recognising the insight and value that lived experience brings to our mission. We also warmly encourage retired professionals or those with established skills who want to give something back to society.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated and conscientious volunteer to support our Business Development Team with fundraising and income generation. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills, learn something new, or support meaningful social change.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Research trusts, foundations, and grant opportunities

· Support the drafting of funding bids and proposals

· Help maintain our grants pipeline and CRM data

· Assist with donor stewardship and relationship building

· Identify new partnerships or income opportunities

· Prepare briefings or summaries for the team

We’re looking for someone who is IT‑literate and ideally has some relevant skills or experience to bring, but you don’t need to have done fundraising before. Enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn are what really count.
