Volunteers are integral to the running of our reserves and without their help we wouldn’t be able to maintain this amazing wetland of national importance. WWT Slimbridge consists of over 325 acres of stunning habitat, providing refuge for a huge diversity of animals and plants. The reserve and its wetlands have international protection, including a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), a Ramsar site, and a Special Protection Area.

A women led grassroots charity in southern India is seeking a volunteer accountant to strengthen accounting systems, reporting, budgeting and finance team confidence.
The organisation works with women, children and marginalised communities through programmes focused on empowerment, health advocacy, childcare, education and residential care for children affected by HIV/AIDS.
Much of the organisation’s accounting remains manual and paper based, and financial reports are generally prepared only when requested by donors.
The volunteer will review current finance processes, assess use of accounting software, support budgeting and cashflow tools, introduce simple monthly management accounts, improve donor reporting and provide mentoring to the local finance team.
This would suit a supportive, hands on volunteer who enjoys working closely with smaller grassroots organisations.
Free accommodation, weekday breakfast and lunch, and airport transfers from Madurai Airport can be arranged.

Bringing creativity, energy and modern design to a fast‑moving start‑up.
WE’RE NOT JUST LOOKING FOR ANYONE
We’re especially interested in people who:
love bold, modern, clean design;
enjoy creating branding systems and visual identities;
can design across both digital and print;
bring creativity, clarity and fresh ideas;
enjoy working collaboratively with a passionate start‑up team;
care deeply about men’s mental health, wellbeing and personal growth.
If you’re someone who loves using design to tell powerful stories — this is your moment.
