Finance Coordinator is a new role to support our expanding services.
This newly created role will form part of our Finance Team. As a member of a small but dynamic team, you will work closely with the Senior Finance Officer and Head of Finance. Your role will be critical to our success, with your principal responsibilities including:
- processing purchase ledger invoices
- inputting bank and all financial transactions onto the Xero accounting system
- recording donations to Xero accounting system
- reconciling donations, stewardship and CAF transactions with Xero
- reconciling cheques, standing orders and Stripe transactions with Xero
- processing the weekly payment runs ensuring that all payments are paid on time
- processing staff and volunteer expenses
You will have the support of our excellent and established Finance Team, which is central to the smooth and effective running of our operations. You will be responsible for liaising with colleagues at all levels across the organisation, as well as our Trustees, partners and suppliers.

Over the past four years, we have supported more than 3,000 refugees with devices, connectivity, and training. Personal Profile
This is a leadership role at a pivotal moment in Screen Share’s journey. The role is funded to deliver our current Digital Skills programme, with a strong focus on quality, impact and evaluation. At the same time, we are awaiting the outcome of several significant funding applications. If successful, these will enable us to expand the programme quickly, positioning the postholder as the Head of a national digital skills programme with a larger team and greater leadership remit.

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Communications and Campaigns Lead to deliver high-impact public communications and campaigns that strengthen Z2K’s profile, influence change and support our fundraising goals.

About You
You have considerable experience of housing law and debt advice, along with an understanding of issues affecting homelessness and women with multiple and complex needs. You have a successful track record of delivering services for women and advocating for clients to agencies and authorities. You can adapt complex information into practical plans and proactively manage your caseload.
Motivating and encouraging your clients will be a key part of the role, as well the ability to build rapport, trust and actively listen to their needs. As you will be working closely with clients, a sound understanding of professional boundaries is crucial. If you have experience of working in a criminal justice setting that would be an advantage but is not essential.

Meet your Manager
You will be managed by Jamil De Dominicis. Jamil joined ClientEarth in 2019 and is based in London. As Global Head of Grants, he leads the Grants Management team and oversees ClientEarth’s grants income from trusts, foundations and other statutory and institutional funders. Prior to joining ClientEarth, Jamil worked in various policy, research and grant management roles at the international affairs think tank Chatham House and the National Foundation for Youth Music.
Main Duties
- Manage a portfolio of grants from key Trusts, Foundations and statutory funders. Ensure that funders are aware of project performance, and that ClientEarth’s implementation is always in compliance with grant agreements.
- Develop and produce well researched and comprehensive proposals and reports to existing donors that meet funding priorities and requirements, within the submission deadline and oversee the coordination of Programme, Development and Finance teams as required for effective grant management.
- Work closely with the Global Head of Grants, Grants Management Lead and wider Development Leadership on budget forecasts and donor pipeline to ensure effective, joined-up cultivation of prospects and income generation.
- Oversee, review and, as appropriate, sign–off on the work of line managed staff (including reports, proposal, and other written material for internal and external purposes).

We are seeking a confident and empathetic Customer Services Advisor to be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service with an organisation making a real difference in women’s lives.
Position: Customer Services Advisor
Salary: £28,357 per year
Location: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in Hammersmith
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
As Customer Services Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive a responsive, professional and supportive service. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, handling calls, emails and requests with empathy, accuracy and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls and emails with professionalism and patience
- Handling tenancy and responsive repair queries
- Raising accurate works orders and liaising with contractors
- Recording and updating resident information
- Supporting rent payments and signposting financial concerns
- Assisting with lettings and void processes
- Responding to complaints and feedback to improve services
About You
We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and has a passion for excellent service.
You will bring:
- Experience in a customer-focused environment with call-handling responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload and stay highly organised
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A positive, empathetic and solution-focused approach
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Knowledge of social housing or property maintenance is an advantage but not essential.
