About the role

We’re looking for an Economics and Research Analyst to join the Work Action Area team. The mission of this team is to ensure equitable access to work and a good transition to later life. This role will play a key part in ensuring the policy influencing work of the team is supported by strong analysis and evidence.

They will join a friendly and supportive team who are achieving impact at the highest levels of Government, and across the country. They will work to understand what changes we need, and to influencing those in power to make those changes. And they will have the opportunity to develop into an expert on one of the key policy challenges of our times.

About you

You are a strong quantitative and economics researcher, with a keen interest in and understanding of policy and the labour market. You are able to absorb complex research and policy information quickly and synthesise it into clear and concise summaries for a range of audiences.  You have strong research skills including understanding of Stata or R, experience of conducting literature reviews and delivering descriptive analyses of data.

You will enjoy working independently but be confident working as part of a busy policy and research team, juggling competing priorities and working to tight deadlines. You will have a knowledge of the key policy issues related to an ageing population or a willingness to become a specialist in this area.

We’re looking for a Performance Analyst (Marketing Strategy and Planning) to analyse data to enhance campaign performance, audience engagement and return on investment across our marketing and communications activity.

What does this role do?
As a Performance Analyst (Marketing Strategy and Planning), you will:

• Design and maintain a measurement framework for marketing and communications activity, defining KPIs to measure performance against and regularly reporting on performance across these metrics,
• Identify trends, patterns, insights and performance drivers, and provide recommendations based on data analysis,
• Support the team with testing and experimentation, gathering evidence for various approaches and building an experimentation log,
• Complete econometric modelling, understanding the impact of different marketing activities on brand awareness and income generation, using statistical methods to measure and quantify impact.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of creating KPI frameworks, and a clear understanding of measuring and understanding brand health and management. You’ll need experience of building and implementing econometrics modelling, and strong experience of data handling and building automated dashboards. You’ll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for varied stakeholders. A creative, user-first mindset is key, as well as a flexible, continuous improvement focused approach.

About the role

We’re excited to be recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst – Commercial. This is a key role within our Commercial Finance team, which supports a range of functions across WWF-UK, including Fundraising, Communications, and our Operations and People & Culture teams.

We are looking for an Interim Head of Events to manage our existing events portfolio as maternity cover. You will be responsible for managing a range of well-established, high profile events including our flagship Annual Dinner which raises over £1.6M and is critical to our donor engagement, retention and income. You will ensure all our events run successfully, are organised to the highest standards and delivered with immaculate care and precision. You will manage a small team of two, providing guidance and support where needed. You will also work closely with our Marketing and Communications team to develop content and marketing for events.

You will join our Fundraising team, which is made up of 11 individuals working across a range of portfolios, including: trusts and foundations, institutional funding, major donor fundraising, individual giving and legacies, online matched funding campaigns, events, donor acquisition and engagement.   

You should have:

• Significant experience and a proven track record of event planning, coordination and delivery to an exceptionally high standard, within the non-profit sector.

• Experience working alongside Chairs, Trustees and/or Event Committees

We are looking for our new Financial Controller: someone who takes pride in running an excellent finance operation and who enjoys being closely involved in the life of a college.

This is a senior role at the heart of the College’s professional services team. Reporting to the Treasurer, the Financial Controller leads the College’s finance function and ensures the delivery of high-quality financial management, reporting and control across the organisation.

We are looking for someone with substantial experience of running a highly effective finance operation, but who is also curious and interested in the wider context of the organisation they support. College life is varied and dynamic, and the finance team plays an important role in supporting activity across academic, operational and commercial areas of the College.

You will be a key member of the Treasurer’s senior management team and the operational lead for the College’s finance function. Senior colleagues across the College look to the Financial Controller for sound financial advice as they develop plans and initiatives, and the role provides an opportunity to contribute to decision-making across a wide range of activities.

You will lead a finance and payroll team of nine staff (6 FTE) and will be responsible for the integrity of the College’s financial reporting, control environment and systems. The role also involves working closely with the Governing Body and its committees, providing clear and insightful financial information that supports effective governance and stewardship of the College’s resources.

We are looking to appoint a full-time Audio-Visual Production Engineer with good organisational skills to help facilitate production in the growing ministries at Holy Trinity Cambridge, working with and reporting to the Senior Worship Pastor. 

HT is a vibrant, evangelical, charismatic Anglican church, with a large and growing church family of all ages and stages. We are situated right at the centre of the city and perfectly placed to reach students and adults alike. We also sense that God is leading us into a new season of being a church for the city and our so heart is to further develop as a discipleship and leadership training hub, to serve and reach our city more, and, in years to come, to explore planting and partnering further afield. 

This is primarily an audio- and team-focused job, but you will be working alongside the Worship Team and other HT ministries to deliver the audio-visual production (including live stream) aspect of the HT worship ministry. In addition to our Sunday services, you’ll deliver AV production for a wide range of events, both inside and outside the church buildings, including weddings and funerals, as well as kids, youth, student, Easter, and Christmas events. Alongside audio set up and mixing bands and voices for the best quality sound possible, both in the room and online, we will draw on your skills to train up and develop volunteers to help deliver these services and events, as well as build systems on our audio equipment that ensure sound is consistent with volunteer operation of audio equipment.

About the Role

Key responsibilities of the Volunteer and Service User Involvement Coordinator are:

• Implement and report on progress for both the Volunteering & Service User Involvement strategies.
• Work in partnership across other Solace’s departments, specifically with services.
• Promote the value of both service user and volunteers’ engagement across the organisation including supporting the Shadow Board and all existing volunteers and those in the onboarding process.  
• Engage and collaborate with staff and service users to increase the range of service user involvement opportunities available.
• Engage and collaborate with staff to ensure services’ needs are reflected accurately in the recruitment of volunteers.
• Network locally and nationally to share and implement best practise and partnership initiatives.
• Train and support service users to be involved in influencing opportunities.
• Train and support volunteers to be involved in influencing opportunities and where relevant support them to gain employment within the organisation.
• Coordinating and disseminating both the annual service user and volunteering surveys.

About You

The ideal candidate will be motivated, pro-active and supportive, with a strong commitment to person-centred work, volunteering and service user involvement, you will also need to bring with you the following skills and experience:

• Effectively involving service users and improving services and/or influencing decision makers 
• Working collaboratively with staff and managers to improve their involvement and co-production practice
• Working collaboratively with services to establish need and recruit volunteers accordingly.
• Thorough understanding of and a passion for coproduction and the benefits it brings
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a range of individuals in a variety of settings

• Oversee referral processes across delivery partners to ensure they are accessible, responsive and effective.

• Work with delivery partners and commissioners to ensure outcomes are accurately recorded and evidenced.

6. External Relations & Community Asset Development

• Support the development of strong local networks and service pathways.

• Identify community assets and resources that can strengthen support for participants.

• Coordinate training, learning opportunities and shared development across delivery partners where needed.
