Summary
We are seeking a hardworking, ambitious, and dynamic Executive Assistant to the Executive Principal, who will also act as the HR Lead, to join Harris Academy Clapham at an exciting stage in our development.
This pivotal role will be based across Harris Academy Clapham Secondary and Harris Clapham Sixth Form, providing high-level administrative, organisational, and professional support to the Executive Principal. In addition, the postholder will lead on HR administration and coordination, acting as the main point of contact for staff HR matters and supporting the effective implementation of people processes across both sites.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of executive leadership and HR functions, whilst also benefiting from excellent opportunities to engage with wider Harris Federation academy improvement initiatives and to participate in ongoing professional development, supporting both personal growth and career progression.

The RSPB estate is varied and you will be required to advise stakeholders on the safe management of buildings and structures. Teams working on our nature reserves are often involved with significant habitat management, restoration and creation work whether delivering it themselves or utilising contractors. You will be required to advise our workforce on the safe management of contractors and CDM regulations as well as the safe use of machinery and equipment.
You will support a dispersed workforce who may be based at home, one of our properties, a location within the community or in the remote countryside where personal safety and emergency procedures need to be considered.
Alongside your work in North Scotland you will provide remote support to UK wide departments and teams, which may include supporting projects, events and collaborating with your HSE colleagues.
Your workload will include delivering site inspections to check compliance against internal and legal standards, deliver information and training, review incident data, complete investigations and compile and present reports to management teams. You will support the development and review of health & safety procedures and work with teams to support their implementation. You will promote wellbeing initiatives and lead by example and play a key role in implementing the RSPB's environmental management system.
In addition to broad health, safety and environmental knowledge, good interpersonal skills will be key to this role. You will be able to form excellent working relationships and be able to use influence to ensure health, safety and sustainability are taken into account at all stages of work. About SARSAS
SARSAS exists to relieve the trauma and distress, and help rebuild the lives, of survivors who live in Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and BANES, who have experienced any form of sexual violence, at any point in their lives.
SARSAS also campaigns and raises awareness about rape and sexual violence to change the narrative about sexual violence and enable survivor’s voices to be heard. Partnership work with a range of agencies locally and nationally is a priority to enable social change.

South West Community Chaplaincy (SWCC) aims to provide effective care and community support for people going through the Criminal Justice System, including prison. This includes work such as advocacy, mentoring and holistic support to assist the integration of people with convictions into their communities, through a team of volunteers, within the counties of Cornwall , Devon and West Somerset.
We are looking for a committed and motivated individual who will be responsible for the recruitment, training, support and retention of the volunteers: someone who has the ability to think outside the box in the approach to this task, and to attract volunteers to be part of something incredible - the changing of clients’ lives.
Volunteers provide a cornerstone of the work that SWCC achieves. They allow the organisation to have a substantially more positive impact due to the greater number of clients they are able to support. To this end, it is imperative that we recruit the right people as volunteers and that they feel fully supported and valued for all they bring to the organisation.
SWCC aims to provide a professional focus and resource for faith communities in the area to establish new and innovative ways of helping participants address their offending behaviour. About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Income and Engagement, you will drive sustainable income growth through regular giving, appeals and lottery programmes generating £6–£7 million annually. You will lead multi‑channel campaigns, oversee supporter care, insight and marketing, and develop high‑performing teams to strengthen supporter relationships and enhance the LNAA brand. This permanent, full‑time role is based at our HQ and Airbase in Lincolnshire and plays a vital role in supporting our life‑saving service.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in a senior management role, in-depth knowledge of running regular giving, lottery and appeals fundraising programmes, significant experience in running multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive income growth, understanding of CRM Systems and experience of building supporter or customer journeys informed by data and insight.
This role is based at our Headquarters in Lincoln, with the option of hybrid working after a probationary period, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

About the role
This is an important interim role for a well-regarded charity supporting care-experienced young people across the North West. Following dedicated leadership from the founder CEO, who will be leaving the organisation in July, Pure Insight is looking for an interim leader who can provide stability, support a strong handover and help the charity maintain momentum while the permanent CEO recruitment process progresses.
The interim CEO will join at a critical point for the organisation. Ideally starting in early to mid-June, you will work closely with the founder CEO ahead of her departure, helping to capture knowledge, strengthen continuity and ensure the organisation is well placed for the months ahead.
Reporting to the Chair and working closely with the Board, the Interim CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership across the charity for an initial period expected to run until at least the end of September.
