We are a brand-new, youth-powered movement launching in East London, and we’re looking for a Youth Participation & Co-Production Manager to make sure the youth voice isn't just heard, but is actually in charge.

This is the role for the connector, the hype-person, and the advocate. If you believe that young Londoners should be the architects of their own future, we need you to help us build the blueprint.

CHAMPION THE SQUAD, DRIVE THE CHANGE

This isn't a "sit-back-and-watch" role. This is about action, influence, and empowerment. You will be the bridge between the street-level energy and the boardroom table.

• Build the Leadership: You’ll facilitate our Youth Committee and Young Leadership Programme, turning raw potential into the next generation of London’s power players.

• Lead the Ambassadors: You’ll recruit and nurture a squad of Youth Ambassadors—the face and heart of REMIX—ensuring they represent the real needs of young Londoners at events and meetings.

• Co-Production King/Queen: You’ll make sure young people are involved in everything—from sitting on recruitment panels and delivering training to shaping how the charity actually runs.

• The "Feels": Nothing beats the buzz of watching a young person find their voice and realize they have the power to change the city. You’ll be the one who gave them the platform.
