About the role
We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to help deliver key strategic projects that support our mission and improve outcomes for the people and animals we support.
In this role, you’ll support the Senior Leadership Team and report into the PMO Manager in developing, testing and implementing projects within the PDSA pipeline. You’ll lead project workstreams, build clear project plans, and ensure delivery stays on track against timelines, budgets and KPIs. You’ll manage project documentation, monitor risks and dependencies and provide clear reporting in line with PMO and governance frameworks.
You’ll also analyse operational and financial performance to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, recommending improvements where needed. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll engage with a wide range of stakeholders to coordinate activity and maintain momentum

You will sit within the Net Zero Carbon Fundraising team which leads the strategy to coordinate and support the plans being developed by our dioceses, churches, cathedrals, schools, and departments to secure the significant additional funding needed to decarbonise the Church of England.
What you'll be doing
As the National Fundraising Policy and Compliance Lead you will be the strategic lead for ensuring a strong culture of fundraising compliance and best practice within the Church of England. You will work within the Net Zero Carbon Fundraising team, which co-ordinates the biggest national fundraising programme within the Church of England, to support them to raise significant funds for the Net Zero Carbon Programme in an ethical and compliant way. You will also work with the Giving Directorate to ensure compliance across all their activities. You will create guidance, tools and resources that dioceses and local parishes can use to ensure they are compliant with key fundraising regulations, and create and deliver the training and case studies to support them. You will proactively advise the Head of Net Zero Fundraising on emerging topics of fundraising policy, such as the use of AI in fundraising and changes to key regulations.
This is a fixed-term contract role for three years, and interviews will take place week commencing 27 April.

About this role:
The Product Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation, improvement, and effective use of NFCC’s digital platforms and services. We do this through our Parkinson’s UK Excellence Network (PEN), a network of over 6,000 health and care professionals with a shared vision: to build an expert Parkinson’s workforce and improve health and care services for people with Parkinson’s.

To help us deliver our regional model, we are looking for one healthcare professional to take on the role of Regional Clinical Lead on a consultancy basis in the North East of England and Yorkshire.
About the role
In this role, you’ll:
Co-opt a multidisciplinary leadership team to support you in your role. This team should reflect the multi-professional composition of regional services, as well as the geography and should include at least one person with Parkinson's.
Drive engagement and participation with the Excellence Network at a regional level.
Inspire, challenge and collaborate with the health and social care professional community to drive significant improvements to Parkinson’s services across your region.
Act as a professional ambassador for the Excellence Network and help represent the professionals in your region.
Engage with Integrated Care Board (ICB) leaders to help influence the development of your Integrated Care System (ICS).
Work closely with the Professional Engagement team at Parkinson’s UK to organise and hold engagement opportunities in your region. This will include working with the team to hold and lead at least one in-person meeting in your region per year.
Attend the annual in-person PEN national and regional clinical Leads meeting.
Support the PEN national calendar of events through attendance or promotion. This includes Excellence Hub meetings and other activities centred around our national priorities.
Work closely with the PEN National Clinical Leadership Team (CLT) to discuss and review national and regional priorities. Attend a virtual meeting with CLT 2 times per year.
What you’ll bring:
You’ll be a UK-based clinical healthcare professional, working in Parkinson’s or with extensive interest and expertise in the condition, with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. Healthcare professionals living with Parkinson’s are also encouraged to apply.
You will have a good understanding of the landscape of health and social care delivery, education and workforce development to support the strategic aims and objectives of Parkinson’s UK.

We are based in the North West of England and London and deliver early-intervention asset-based programmes to children and young people who have mental wellbeing challenges and are disengaged from school and more widely.
