We work in partnership with the Lawn Tennis Association to support clubs, venues, coaches and players across the county, helping more people enjoy the physical, social and community benefits of tennis and padel. About the Trustee Role
Trustees play a vital role in ensuring Norfolk Tennis is well governed, financially sustainable and strategically focused. Working collaboratively with fellow Trustees and the Management Committee, Trustees help ensure the organisation operates effectively as a charity while delivering meaningful impact for tennis and padel across the county.

Trustees are responsible for:

• Supporting the strategic direction of Norfolk Tennis

Working alongside the County Safeguarding Officer and fellow trustees, this role supports the Board in maintaining robust policies, procedures and governance frameworks that reflect both charity law and LTA safeguarding expectations.

What is the role?

The Community Support Volunteer - Stream for Samaritans will work closely with the Events Fundraising Manager Gaming and Streaming to help increase the reach of the team in the online creator space so Samaritans can raise more funds to help those with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it the most.

You will be a vital part of the team, using your skills and network to find new creators to engage with, carrying out research and safeguarding checks and becoming a key point of contact for those wanting to learn more about this exciting area of fundraising. You’ll also help to set the tone for our Discord community by posting regularly, moderating and being part of conversations to inspire our supporters to get more involved with fundraising for Samaritans.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Use your passion and enthusiasm for all things content creation to help Samaritans towards their vision that fewer people should die by suicide
• Use your engagement and communication skills to support Samaritans in the expansion and development of our content creator fundraising events
• Learn new skills and meet new people both virtually and in person
• Gain experience of community management and work in the charity sector as part of a busy events team at a large UK charity

Time commitment

The Ask

Are you passionate about food justice and sustainability? Join Good Food Oxfordshire to help transform how our community finds and accesses food. You will play a vital role in updating and expanding our Community Food Map—a resource used by thousands to find everything from food banks and allotments to farmers' markets and cooking classes.

What You’ll Do

As part of the European-wide FEAST research project, you will:

• Update & Expand: Research and refresh map listings to ensure the data is trusted and accurate.
• Innovate: Help test a new 'self-reporting' idea that allows community members to suggest their own map additions.
• Integrate: Work to bring local food suppliers onto the map to support the local economy.
• Collaborate: Work directly with our Project and Comms Leads in a supportive, dynamic team.

Who You Are

• A Food Advocate:You care about food access and helping the Oxfordshire community.
• Detail-Oriented:You have strong copywriting skills and enjoy data detective work.
• Tech-Curious:You are comfortable researching online and (ideally) have some interest in web platforms like WordPress.

Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C is a pioneering Podcast/YouTube Channel and healing membership organisation dedicated to providing a platform for survivors and whistleblowers to share lived experiences, expose systemic failures, and promote healing through culturally trauma-informed care.

Job Purpose

The Volunteer Email Marketing & Retention Manager will play a key role in helping the organisation strengthen audience engagement, community retention, and long-term supporter relationships through strategic email communication and retention-focused campaigns.

You will be responsible for developing and managing email marketing strategies that nurture members, supporters, podcast listeners, and community participants while encouraging deeper engagement with the organisation’s mission and activities.

This role requires creativity, organisation, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and a passion for meaningful community-building and advocacy.

About the Role

The Volunteer Email Marketing & Retention Manager will:

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns

• Create engaging newsletters, updates, and community communications

• Build retention strategies that strengthen audience connection and participation

• Support onboarding journeys for new members and subscribers

• Help nurture long-term relationships with supporters and community members

• Segment email audiences for targeted communication

• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with content, outreach, SEO, and production teams

• Support launches, campaigns, events, and membership engagement initiatives

This role requires someone who can combine storytelling, communication, and strategy to build meaningful relationships with audiences while supporting the organisation’s growth and mission.

What we need from you

• Face-to-face fundraising – organising or helping at fundraising events, running supermarket collections and fundraising stands, and monitoring collection tins
• Online fundraising – setting up online appeals and writing engaging cat case studies to maximise donations
• Marketing and promotion – spreading the word about fundraising activities via social media and local press
• Administration – processing donations, sorting and recording donated goods, and completing Gift Aid paperwork

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dedicate Website Master to help us maintain and update our club’s website. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic web skills who wants to support grassroots sport and gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Update website content (fixtures, results, news, team info) as needed

- Make basic edits and improvements to layout or design

- Ensure information is accurate, timely, and accessible
