Your role 

You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. You’ll work alongside our Development Manager to create compelling fundraising campaigns, content and communications, growing engagement from individuals, companies, community fundraisers and potential funders while simultaneously raising our profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing plans. This work includes:   

• Work alongside our Development Manager to create and deliver impactful and innovative fundraising strategies including our public appeals, challenge events and local fundraising campaigns.

• Developing and implementing communications strategies to promote CWNN’s work, managing our social media platforms and external comms to ensure they reflect our strategic goals and values. 

• Producing our supporter e-newsletter, with support from the Development team, to ensure CWNN’s key work, impact, news and campaigns are effectively promoted to our supporter base.

• Create engaging digital content for our website and social media including written copy, video and graphics, to drive engagement, increase awareness and generate income.

• Capturing and analysing key campaign engagement KPIs to inform future strategies and approaches to best engage existing and new audiences.

•  Produce quarterly comms impact overview for senior management and trustee reports.

• Create marketing materials for external use, eg. corporate pitch documents, fundraising packs, gig programmes, flyers and posters using Canva.

• Co-creating case studies, supporting members to share their stories, their way, amplifying their voices and demonstrating the impact of our choirs to stakeholders.

• Co-lead our co-produced ‘Digital Storytellers’ programme with our Community Participation Manager, supporting members to manage their own local social media accounts, sharing their stories and raising awareness of their choirs to new audiences.

• Maintain, organise and populate CWNN’s media library and YouTube channel.

• Write and distribute press releases to both regional and national press and media, fielding media enquiries and building our media contacts.

• Oversight of the day to day content management and maintenance of the website

• Co-ordinate our internal communications programme and internal newsletter, working with senior leadership team.

• Carry out any other tasks that arise that are within the scope and purpose of the post as requested by your line manager

About you 

Essential:

• You’ll have a proven track record in delivering successful, innovative and impactful charity communications content and strategies.
• You’ll have a good understanding of how fundraising and engagement campaigns can convert individuals into donors and advocates.
• You’ll have a creative eye and strong writing skills, with experience of bringing compelling stories to life across various platforms and media, to connect with a diverse range of supporters, funders and stakeholders.
• You’ll be able to multitask effectively, be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• You’ll be proactive, self-motivated and can identify and act on opportunities as they arise.
• You’ll be reliable with an ability to work independently and have fantastic planning skills. 
• You’ll have a deep understanding of how successful social media content and campaigns work, and always have an eye emerging digital trends and tech.

Job Title: Senior Philanthropy Officer

We’re looking for a confident, capable fundraiser to play a key role in major-gift fundraising – helping to secure transformational support from high-net-worth individuals.

You’ll manage your own portfolio of prospects and donors, contributing across the full fundraising cycle: prospecting, cultivation, making direct asks, closing and stewardship. Alongside this, you’ll support the development of relationships with wealth advisers to generate referral leads, while also prospecting independently for major gifts.

The ideal candidate will be excited to build networks of wealth managers, private-client teams and other advisers to HNWIs, and to convert adviser introductions into committed support. You’ll complement this with proactive outreach to identify and engage new major donors beyond existing referral channels.

To succeed, you’ll develop strong fluency across three distinct fundraising pitches: a business case for advisers; an impact case to persuade donors to support our portfolio charities; and a systems-change case to win backing for GRP’s operating costs (salaries, office costs, etc) to keep the charity running fee-free.

You’ll be comfortable making direct asks for funding, ideally with experience of securing significant gifts or multi-year commitments. You’ll be hands-on in day-to-day fundraising activity and able to manage multiple relationships and priorities effectively.

Prospectus are delighted to be helping our client, the charity that provides advanced trauma care across the capital in their search for a Senior Face to Face Fundraising Officer. They operate a helicopter and rapid response vehicle service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, carrying out critical care procedures at the scene. A global leader of rapid response and critical care, they bring the hospital to the roadside to ensure that seriously injured people receive urgent treatment immediately.

The successful candidate will support the development, management, and optimisation of lottery and regular giving programs which has phenomenal success via face-to-face fundraising. JOB PURPOSE

UK for UNHCR is looking for an ambitious and proactive fundraiser to work in a Senior Philanthropy Officer role for up to one year’s maternity cover. This role will manage its own portfolio of low to mid-level trusts and foundations and will play a key role in supporting the Senior Trusts & Foundations Manager on the engagement and stewardship of our high-level partnerships, as well as supporting on the delivery of a high-quality supporter experience.

Role Responsibilities  

• Work as part of the Private Partnerships and Philanthropy Team (PPH) to develop new opportunities with trusts and foundations in line with UK for UNHCR’s fundraising strategy. This will include supporting and leading initiatives to approach potential supporters.
• Support the development and management of a robust trusts & foundations pipeline and a calendar of opportunities for grant submissions to trusts and foundations.

Harris Hill has an exciting opportunity for a Fundraising and Marketing Officer, to join an international charity from 9th March for 2-3 months, to cover a leaver and interim recruitment period.

The Legacy & In Memory (LIM) Marketing Team is responsible for increasing awareness and consideration for gifts in wills and/or an in memory gift. The team develop and deliver cross- funnel and multi-channel legacy consideration campaigns, supporter journeys and engage staff in the cross promotion of gifts in wills and in memory giving.

Our legacy income is growing, and the activities the LIM Marketing Team delivers is leading to long-term income growth to ensure that future generations around the world can change their lives with clean water.

About the role

As our Legacy & In Memory Senior Marketing Officer you will deliver a range of compelling communications to increase consideration for legacy giving and implement personalised stewardship journeys for our legacy and in memory supporters, as well as delivering engaging thank you events, and work closely with the Legacy & In Memory Marketing Manager to drive sustainable change.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, manage and execute print, email and digital campaigns across the marketing funnel to raise consideration for legacy giving
• Deliver exceptional stewardship, through personal communication journeys, for our Legacy and In Memory supporters
• Manage a legacy and high value supporter event programme
• Operate a rigorous test to learn methodology, regularly monitoring, evaluating and analysing campaigns

To be successful, you will need:

• Proven experience in a direct marketing or supporter engagement role
• Proven experience in delivering and/or supporting on events
