Refugee and Migrant Justice (RMJ) is one of the UK’s largest charities providing immigration and asylum advice, dedicated to supporting refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants to access justice and rebuild their lives.
As an IAA Level 3 accredited organisation, we represent clients at every stage of the immigration and asylum process, including appeals up to the Upper Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber. Role Overview:
This is a new role. The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring efficient management of HR systems, accurate record-keeping, and smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and volunteers. The Supporter Care Assistant role is vital to the delivery of Tommy’s biggest annual fundraising event, the London Landmarks Half Marathon (LLHM).
The main responsibility of this role is to support the Corporate Stewardship Manager in recruiting, stewarding, and engaging hundreds of employees taking part in the LLHM Corporate Challenge for Tommy’s. In this role the Duty IGVA is a part of a busy team. The Duty IGVA will be the first point of contact for survivors who have been referred to the Gaia Centre by other professionals. The Duty IGVA also will be responsible for processing any self-referrals of individuals contacting the service and wishing to access support. The Duty IGVA will be responsible for responding to daily enquiries from partnership agencies, public and impacted individuals over the phone and email.
In some circumstances the Duty IGVA will be contacting survivors directly to assess their level of risk and needs to ensure eligibility. The Duty IGVA will be responsible for carrying out and implementing safety plans and needs assessments. The Duty IGVA will ensure an effective handover of the case to the relevant team for ongoing support.
The Duty IGVA will empower survivors by providing them with emotional, practical and personal welfare support. The Duty IGVA will ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment, enabling them to access their rights, make decisions and increase their life options. The job involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors.

The role of Youth Engagement Officer will be to engage with young people across the UK, to ensure that they have the opportunities and support to shape and influence Allergy UK’s programmes and activities for young people living with allergy.
The Youth & Community Engagement Officer will engage with children and young people across the UK to ensure they are meaningfully involved and supported to influence Allergy UK’s services, campaigns and resources. This includes creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people and parents and carers feel listened to and empowered to share their experiences.
The successful individual will develop youth opportunities that build confidence, skills and life chances, while supporting children and young people living with allergy to overcome the social, emotional and practical barriers they may face. A key part of the role will be working collaboratively with parents and carers to ensure their voice inform decision making and design.
As a Youth & Community Engagement Officer, you will have experience of working positively with children, young people and families, and have a proactive, organised and confident approach.
Strong organisation skills and initiative are essential as you will be the lead Allergy UK’s youth provision.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Team operations and administration
Provide essential admin support including booking travel, purchasing equipment, managing the post, and supporting printing
