About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You’ll lead on all content across the organisation, including two blogs (our Career Advice blog for candidates and our Recruiter Insights blog for recruiters), our email and e-newsletter copy, sales collateral, product messaging, PR campaigns and anything else needing an expert editorial eye.
Annual leave: 25 days (+ bank holidays)
Reporting line: you’ll report to the Marketing Director and be part of the Marketing team.
Hours: 9am-5.30pm (with reduced hours of 9am – 5pm in December and August). Flexibility will be considered.

Writing guides and other long-form content, and briefing designers to deliver a finished product.
Managing content produced for and with CharityJob’s partner organisations.
Copyediting and proofreading copy and documents across the organisation.

What you’ll do
As International Partnerships Lead for the Middle East, Africa and Europe, your role is to provide world class customer service and support to over 250 international schools from around the world. You will build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools, supporting them to make the most of the Unifrog platform. Solutions and customer service focused, you will make sure that all interactions with Unifrog are prompt, positive and successful.
You will cover the Middle East and Africa, with possible opportunities for international travel for school visits or conferences once a year.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for our international partner schools in the region.
Working with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement across the region and making sure schools are making the most of the platform.
Monitoring, auditing and analysing usage across partner schools, identifying schools that need additional support to use the platform effectively.
Provide resources and strategies to partner schools to maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.
Delivering targeted training sessions for partner schools via workshops and webinars. This could be a video meeting with a counselor, a webinar with lots of teachers attending from around the world; or an in-person visit to one of our partner schools subject to travel restrictions.
Onboarding new schools that join us. You will make sure that they are properly set up on our platform and have a strong plan in place so that they and their students can get the most out of Unifrog.
Responding to queries and troubleshooting issues and providing on-the-spot support via phone, email and video calls.
Proactively working to foster a sense of community amongst our Unifrog partners.

Director of Finance
Salary: £80,000–£85,000

Our client is seeking an exceptional Director of Finance to safeguard financial integrity and resilience, and to provide the strategic insight needed to maximise impact in a complex and evolving healthcare environment.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Board of Trustees as a senior member of the SMT, you will lead financial strategy, planning and governance, ensuring the highest standards of stewardship, transparency and accountability.
You will oversee all aspects of financial leadership, support the administration and management of investment and property portfolios, and partner across the organisation to support innovation, fundraising and programme delivery through rigorous appraisal, modelling and decision support.
This is a hands-on, high-trust role at the heart of the organisation’s leadership, strengthening controls and insight, enabling disciplined resource allocation and supporting sustainable growth.
We are looking for a senior finance leader who brings:
• A professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Senior post-qualification experience at Head/Director level within the charity sector
• Experience of investment and property management, and managing restricted and unrestricted funds
• Confidence operating at Board/committee level, with strong stakeholder skills and the ability to challenge constructively

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of the organisation.
This is a varied role at the heart of a small charity, spanning governance, HR, finance and operations. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations & Strategy and support colleagues across the organisation to ensure systems, processes and compliance run effectively.

Job summary
The Senior Policy and Research Manager will play a central role in building MNMUK’s advocacy arguments both globally and within the UK. The postholder will lead MNMUK’s flagship research projects, developing and commissioning new research, managing consultants, writing compelling reports and supporting the team with widespread dissemination across donor markets and media.
We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of developing, commissioning and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data/research, and who has had experience of working in a team to translate evidence and policy into advocacy arguments and media outputs. We are looking for a confident communicator (especially in written form) with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
Research and evidence management
· Lead the development, commissioning and project management of quality research, data and insight projects to build advocacy arguments and drive news media coverage
· Lead on generating evidence, insights and research, including analysis of existing data (evidence reviews/secondary analysis) and primary quantitative/qualitative research
· Drive sustainable, well accepted processes to ensure the organisation uses up to date and accurate statistics and messaging
· Monitor updates in malaria science and research, keeping MNMUK aware of key developments
· Develop subject expertise on malaria, global health research and development and new financing (World Bank IDA, philanthropy, blended finance)
Campaign and media support
· Write compelling reports, briefings and inquiry submissions for politicians and policymakers, and work with colleagues to provide support on similar documents.
· Work closely with the media team to develop the content needed to deliver supportive news coverage (both in the UK and globally)
· Support the development of policy and campaign propositions across our MNMUK’ work (including innovation/science of malaria tools and financing opportunities for global health)
· Present policy arguments and findings for internal and external audiences in a clear and compelling way
Partner relationship management
· Develop and manage relationships with key partners in the fields of scientific research e.g. LSHTM and global health bodies e.g. Gavi, the vaccine alliance
· Occasional travel may be required to Africa and/ or Europe, sometimes at short notice.
