Project facilitators are central to what we do, connecting business leaders with charity leaders, creating collaborative environments to solve challenges and build skills for everyone involved.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
We are looking for an excellent facilitator, communicator with strong people skills to
Deliver projects across all Pilotlight programmes
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including charity leaders and our business partners
Manage stakeholder engagement, communication and participation to create an inclusive and collaborative environment for all
Develop clear and effective project briefs to support successful outcomes of projects
Lead and facilitate in-person and online events managing logistics and coordinating delivery
Contribute to the development of Pilotlight’s knowledge base and best practices by sharing insights and lessons learned
This role is critical in helping us deliver our 2026 Operating Plan and accelerate our ambition to double our impact by 2030.
About You
You will be:
A confident facilitator with experience in client facing roles
Experienced in facilitating meetings and events both in-person and online
Strong relationship builder with excellent organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised and efficient
Aware of the needs and operating context of the charity sector
Confident in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
You don’t need to have worked in the charity sector, but you must be motivated by our mission and excited by the chance to play a role in strengthening the sector.

Learning and Development Facilitator

We’re looking for an engaging L&D Training Facilitator to join our team in London (This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel required to visit services/sites as needed) on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). You’ll deliver high-quality, inclusive and impactful learning across the organisation, helping colleagues build the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to support clients effectively across a range of services.
You’ll work across virtual, hybrid and face-to-face settings, playing a key role in ensuring training is accessible, consistent and aligned with operational needs.

Learning and Development Facilitator - Part Time

We’re looking for a L&D Training Facilitator to join our team in Vauxhall, (This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel required to visit services/sites as needed.), working part-time (28 hours per week). This is a hands-on facilitation role where you’ll deliver engaging, inclusive and consistent learning across the organisation—helping staff build the therapeutic knowledge and practical skills they need to support clients effectively.
Working closely with the L&D Manager, you’ll deliver training across virtual, hybrid and face-to-face formats, ensuring learning is accessible, well-timed, and aligned with operational needs. Your work will span everything from mandatory and compliance training to induction, EDI, leadership and management development, as well as specialist modules covering recovery, trauma-informed practice, justice, housing, clinical and employment services.

Are you passionate about the therapeutic power of the outdoors? Key Enterprises is looking for an energetic and adaptable Adventure Facilitator to lead our service users on new journeys. Whether it is paddle-boarding and forest school skills or maintaining our bicycle fleet and heading out on rides, you will help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other mental health needs step out of their comfort zones, improve their physical health, and tackle isolation. If you have an infectious enthusiasm for nature and the outdoors with a commitment to inclusive support, we want to help you build a program that plays to your strengths that also achieves outcomes for our service users.
This is a full-time role for 5 days a week (Monday – Friday 08:30 – 16:30) but we are open to flexible working arrangements or a part time position if you are the right person for the job.
