About the role:
Porchlight’s Housing Management Team provide a property management service for supported accommodation across Kent, housing people at risk of homelessness. The project Manager will be leading and developing a team of Housing Management Assistants, to ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered.
The role will include but is not limited to ensuring all Porchlight’s owned and managed accommodation is compliant with Legislation and relevant standards, voids are kept to a minimum, risk is managed appropriately, new builds are ready for occupation, tenancy related issues are resolved.
Housing Management is a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. The candidate will need to ensure that working practice meets policy and procedural requirements especially in regard to, safeguarding, health and safety and equality and diversity.
The role requires:
- Experience in effectively managing and leading a team.

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Housing Sector or Property Management.

About the Role

About You
You will bring proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Coordinator, with strong capability in supporting senior leaders and committees. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, and a high level of attention to detail with strong written skills.
You will be confident working both independently and collaboratively, with experience drafting formal correspondence and minutes. An understanding of GDPR, confidentiality and EDI principles is essential, along with strong MS Office skills across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Experience within a membership body or medical education environment is desirable, and you will be educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience.

The role
The Events Assistant will support our Engagement Officers in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the events and outreach, such as our Fellas’ Forums and Fellas’ Fairs. Little Hearts Matter (LHM) is a national charity with over 7000 members. About the role

The role at a glance
- Hours: 15 hours per week, split as:
- Finance Assistant – 7.5 hours/week (flexible across the week, ideally Tuesday and/or Wednesday; not the reception day)
- Receptionist – 7.5 hours/week (one day, ideally Friday)

What you’ll be doing
Finance (7.5 hrs/week)
- Enter invoices and payments accurately in Xero, analyse by department and fund
- Keep records spotless: scan and upload documents, reconcile petty cash monthly
- Prepare cash allowances for a small number of service users
- Process staff/trustee expenses and occasional card payments
- Record and bank cash/cheques, file everything properly, draft fee invoices
Reception (1 day/week, ideally Friday)
- Be the first warm welcome: phones, door, inbox - logging enquiries and passing to the right person
- Keep the reception and shared spaces tidy and friendly
- Sort and distribute post (and take mail to the Post Office, including special deliveries)
- Support small admin tasks, make external calls, and help keep the office running (incl. lights/CCTV on/off)
- Top up staff refreshments (small things, big impact!)

About Your Role
This role is central to how the organisation functions day-to-day.
The Operations & Executive Support Lead will provide trusted executive support to the CEO and diary management support for directors while also holding the operational backbone of the organisation. This includes managing administrative flow, designing and strengthening systems, and ensuring that work lands reliably and on time.
This is a highly varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building order, spotting risks early, and creating processes that allow others to do their best work.

The Frontline AIDS Technical Assistance (TA) unit is responsible for managing the delivery of Frontline AIDS’ portfolio of Technical Assistance assignments to a wide range of stakeholders. We have proven expertise in working with government bodies, national health programmes and civil society organisations to build skills in organisational development, financial management, grant management, programming in human rights and gender, and in strengthening community systems. We achieve this by deploying highly qualified, Southern-based, community consultants to work with recipients to deliver the support that is needed.
