About the role 

As our Senior Legacy Marketing Manager (UK and International), you’ll lead the strategic development and delivery of Compassion in World Farming’s legacy marketing programme across the UK and internationally. • Legacy strategy and coordination – Leading the development of Compassion’s UK and international legacy marketing strategy, reporting on KPIs and identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and investment.
• UK legacy marketing delivery – Overseeing and delivering legacy communications across direct mail, email, social media, website content, events, supporter engagement and promotional campaigns.

About you

To succeed as our Senior Legacy Marketing Manager (UK and International), you’ll be a confident and strategic legacy marketing professional with a strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns that inspire supporters to leave a very special gift. You’ll bring a deep understanding of legacy fundraising, ideally gained within the charity or NGO sector, and feel comfortable working across both UK and international markets. 

You’ll be highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to craft compelling messages for direct response and manage multi-channel campaigns. 

Skills and experience you’ll need to bring as part of this role: 

• Track record and knowledge of legacy marketing and legacy strategy, ideally as a practitioner.
• Strong understanding of direct marketing, digital marketing or supporter fundraising, with excellent copywriting and creative skills.
• Proven strategic planning skills, with the ability to manage budgets, suppliers, data and reporting.
• Experience of working collaboratively with international teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Ability to engage supporters with sensitivity, care and confidence, including through legacy events and enquiry handling.
• Proficiency in relevant fundraising or database systems, ideally Salesforce CRM.
• A demonstrable interest in farm animal welfare issues and Compassion’s mission.

About This Job

You will form part of a small satellite team of Safeguarding Case Support Officers (SCSOs). Overseen by a Senior Caseworker Manager, you will assess and decide on safeguarding allegations and concerns within the Army Cadets across Scotland and Northern Ireland. About the role

Your key purpose will be to lead the day to day operation of our Godalming charity shop, maximising income and delivering an excellent experience for our customers, volunteers and supporters while helping to raise vital funds for Shooting Star Children's Hospices.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop performance, including customer service, stock management, donation processing, merchandising and financial administration. You will ensure donations are processed efficiently, Gift Aid opportunities are maximised, and stock is presented to a high standard through attractive displays and effective merchandising.

Working closely with Assistant Shop Managers and volunteers, you will create a positive and inclusive environment, providing training, support and direction to ensure the shop is fully staffed and operating effectively. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and relevant legislation, and identifying opportunities to maximise income from donated goods.

You will also support fundraising initiatives, charity campaigns and special events, while ensuring the shop remains safe, welcoming, clean and well-presented at all times. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to provide support and cover across other shop locations when needed.

About you

This role requires experience of managing a retail environment, including responsibility for sales performance, customer service, cash handling and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. You will have experience of motivating and supporting staff, with the ability to build strong relationships and create a positive and inclusive team culture.

Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise competing demands and confidence in making day to day operational decisions are essential. You will be able to manage stock effectively, maintain high merchandising standards and identify opportunities to maximise income through donations, Gift Aid and retail sales.

Experience of recruiting, training and coordinating volunteers would be advantageous, as would experience of charity retail, financial reporting and stock management. Above all, you will be proactive, adaptable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while supporting the vital work of Shooting Star Children's Hospices.

About the Role

The London Library is an independently funded membership organisation. It has successfully achieved its goals to eliminate an operating deficit in recent years, which has included developing and growing its membership, the outreach and access programmes and the care of its collections and archive.

Under an ambitious Executive Team and a strong board of Trustees, led by Chair Simon Godwin, the Library is in the middle of a £7 million capital campaign to transform some of its spaces and allow for a growth in membership and partnerships, underpinning its charitable purpose.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage two important strands of the Library’s Development operation: Trusts and Foundations, and Legacies

· Oversee the Trusts and Foundations strategy and solicitation to maximise grants and income from grant giving bodies, including statutory funders

· With the support of a Senior Development Officer, manage the Library’s Legacy programme, develop and implement strategies to promote legacy giving, steward legacy pledgers and grow the number of legacy pledgers

About You

· Previous trust fundraising experience or transferrable strong persuasive writing skills

· Track record in relationship building externally (clients/donors) and internally (programme delivery staff) including customer or donor care experience

As Mass Participation Event Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the programme while driving continued growth in income, participation and supporter engagement. This is a senior, hands-on role. You will be expected to lead the development of the overall programme while remaining directly involved in the day-to-day delivery of your own events. This includes recruiting and stewarding participants, developing campaigns, managing budgets and suppliers, speaking directly with supporters and being hands-on at events.

Role Purpose

The Fundraising Manager will drive fundraising growth for YMCA Lincolnshire, a well-established charity working to improve the lives of children and young people, families, local communities and those at risk of homelessness.

Reporting to the Head of Income Generation, you will lead the delivery of YMCA Lincolnshire's Fundraising Strategy and be responsible for achieving agreed income targets across a diverse range of income streams. Main Responsibilities 

As the Data and Membership Officer for the Living Wage Foundation (LWF), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of our internal processes and supporting our network of nearly 17,000 accredited Living Wage employers. Your responsibilities will span data management, customer service, finance administration, and team support. You will contribute to effective data management by supporting system updates, maintaining high-quality records on platforms such as Salesforce and ActOn, and generating reports for use by senior management.

Additionally, you will coordinate the administration and reconciliation of credit card payments and act as a liaison between the CUK Finance and LWF teams. In the area of customer service, you will manage our Employer support email inbox, respond to queries, and escalate complex issues as needed.
