We’re looking for a Digital Analytics Coordinator to join the Communications Directorate at the Royal College of Radiologists. In this role, you’ll analyse performance across our website, email and social channels, turning complex data into clear insight that helps shape how we plan and evaluate content and campaigns. You’ll also help ensure we’re measuring digital activity effectively, using tools including GA4 and Google Tag Manager to implement and maintain tracking.
Working closely with colleagues across the Content and Brand teams, you’ll help us understand what’s working, how our members are engaging with our content and where we can improve. Your insight will help us make evidence-based decisions, test and learn from what we do, and improve the digital experience we provide for our members.

What the job involves
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Delivery Manager to lead our marketing delivery function during a maternity cover period. Managing a talented team and working with colleagues across Communications, you'll coordinate the delivery of campaigns and content, ensuring the right work reaches the right audiences at the right time. Through strong planning, collaboration and continuous improvement, you'll help deliver marketing that supports our mission and creates meaningful impact.

How and where we work
Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.
Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.

About you

You will be comfortable working around dogs, including beagles with different welfare and behavioural needs, and able to balance compassion with practical decision-making. Strong communication, organisation, collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is experience in supporting continuous improvement.
You will also need a UK manual driving licence and be comfortable driving our van. Experience in a kennel or animal welfare environment would be advantageous, but above all you will share Beagle Welfare’s commitment to improving the lives of beagles and supporting the people who care for them.
Working pattern and location
This role is based at the Rehoming Centre and offers employment that includes employer provided accommodation (3-bedroom cottage) as part of the compensation package.
The centre operates between 08:30 and 17:00 every day of the year, so weekend and bank holiday working will be required on a rota basis.

We bring together data, intelligence, technology and partnerships to build a deeper understanding of how exploitation operates, where risks are emerging and who is most at risk. This knowledge informs our prevention campaigns and programmes, which use targeted, evidence-led approaches to reach people with relevant information and support before exploitation occurs.
Safer Futures is one of the major pieces of work within STOP THE TRAFFIK’s prevention programme, focused on preventing child exploitation. It brings together a number of connected areas of prevention activity, including regional campaigns, national awareness activity and a youth-centred reporting channel.
Like our wider prevention projects, the work is informed by data, intelligence and evidence about the risks facing communities and the audiences we are seeking to reach. This role will lead CAFOD’s policy and advocacy work aimed at tackling the global climate crisis. The post holder will have a solid understanding of debates around climate change, in particular how it impacts climate-vulnerable countries in the Global South. You will bring knowledge of the causes of the climate crisis, and its solutions, particularly global financing needs. Working closely with CAFOD’s overseas partners, and within UK and global networks, this role will hold policy expertise on behalf of the organisation.
