We are recruiting a Lead Digital Performance Analyst within the Digital Services Team on a 23-month FTC.

The Fund is embarking on an exciting digital journey over the coming years. This role will put you at the heart of those ambitions. You will take a lead role in helping us to translate these ambitions into operational reality through improving our current digital service. The role is crucial in helping us deliver our digital strategy. As a Lead Digital Performance Analyst, you will help drive the performance of our end to digital service offer. As part of the Digital Service team, you will:

• Lead performance analysis across the Fund’s digital services, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and digital strategy.

• Take responsibility for robust data collection and reporting processes that ensure accuracy and trust in our insights.

This is a vital role which provides high quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic abuse and their children in the community.

You will be part of a highly skilled and supportive team committed to collaborative working and continuous learning. This role offers the chance to strengthen multi-agency partnerships to enhance outreach and support for survivors, while also contributing to increasing professional understanding of the specific needs of Eastern European women and children affected by domestic abuse and violence.

You will provide capacity-building in the form of advice, advocacy, support, and briefings across three London boroughs to statutory agencies and community organizations around the needs of Eastern European domestic abuse survivors, to embed best practice across our communities.

It is essential for candidates to be proficient in one or more Eastern European languages.

We particularly encourage applications from Romanian, Lithuanian or Polish speaking candidates.

You will have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support to women as well as up-to-date knowledge of legislation relating to survivors of gender-based violence.

Purpose of the role

The Senior Legal Officer plays a key role in supporting ILPA’s legal and policy work on immigration, economic migration, asylum and nationality.

Working under the direction of the Legal Director, the post holder will lead detailed legal and policy analysis, support parliamentary and influencing activity and contribute to high-quality information and engagement for ILPA members.

Centre 33 is an ambitious and growing charity based across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We offer a range of high-quality services to young people aged up to 25, including information and support on a “drop in” basis, mental health services, counselling, housing and financial advice, sexual health support and support for young carers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our established ‘Someone to Talk to’ service in a Team Lead role.  The Team Lead will manage and oversee a team of staff and volunteers supporting young people across Centre 33’s two hubs in our North Locality – in Peterborough, Huntingdon and Wisbech. The Team Lead will work closely with the other Team Leads and Heads of Service to jointly ensure our multidisciplinary teams deliver excellent, safe, impactful and responsive services to young people.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with experience working within a Mental Health, or youth work role, and with experience of managing people.  The Team Lead will bring strong expertise and leadership to Centre 33’s mental health support offer for young people aged 13-25 years, leading the teams delivering counselling and the wider, flexible emotional wellbeing offer. They will be responsible for providing support with case allocation, case management, reflective practice, risk management and Safeguarding. They will provide day-to-day designated Safeguarding leadership, supported by the Head of Service and Director of Services.  They will develop strong relationships with local organisations and statutory services to ensure effective joint working and support for young people.  This role may deliver ad hoc case work to support young people with more complex needs but will hold only a limited ongoing, regular case load.

The hours of work for this role are predominantly within core opening hours of 10 to 6pm, with some evening/Saturday working based on a rota. Due to our service delivery, it is important that the Team Lead is available for hub-based work during our core working hours.

In this rewarding role you will work proactively and creatively alongside young people providing support, guidance, and signposting around areas such as housing, budgeting, living skills, jobs and relationship building. You will contribute to the smooth and safe running of the services by providing consistency and reliability.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Audit Data Analyst to join our Research and Quality Improvement Directorate, which promotes evidence-based practice and improves health outcomes for children. This is an exciting opportunity to work on national audit programmes that shape paediatric care across the UK.

Reporting to the Project Manager (Audits), you will manage complex healthcare datasets, lead on data analysis using R/R Studio, and produce high-quality outputs for clinicians, commissioners, and policy makers. You’ll play a key role in delivering robust, reproducible analytical pipelines and ensuring data integrity and security throughout the audit lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing secure handling and analysis of complex audit datasets, ensuring compliance with data governance and protection requirements.
• Developing reproducible analytical pipelines to underpin audit outputs and support cross-audit working.
• Analysing large datasets using R/R Studio, producing results at unit, ICB, regional and national levels, and identifying trends and outliers.
• Maintaining robust data management processes within GitHub environments for version control and collaboration.
• Producing reports and data outputs for diverse audiences, including clinicians, commissioners, regulators, and patient stakeholders.
• Acting as a point of contact for technical and data-related queries from those submitting data for analysis.
• Planning analytical processes for upcoming projects and contributing to departmental reports, including interpretation and editorial content.
• Supporting the development and enhancement of data capture software and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential skills and experience:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in social or medical science, statistics, or another numerate discipline.
• Proven experience using R/R Studio (or VS Code) for data cleaning, aggregation, recoding, merging, and advanced analysis (including regression).
• Experience producing high-quality written reports and documentation for varied audiences.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and version control, including experience with GitHub.
• Ability to manage and interrogate large, complex datasets and apply appropriate statistical methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
• High level of numeracy, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Desirable:

• Experience with Stata, SQL, or Python, and advanced Excel functions.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Quarto for data visualisation and reporting.
• Experience developing data export and dashboard reporting functions.
• Understanding of NHS organisational structures and experience preparing data for commissioners and regulators.

We are recruiting for a permanent Lead Business Analyst (data) to join the Service Design team. The Fund is embarking on an exciting digital journey over the coming years. This role will put you at the heart of those ambitions.

As Lead Business Analyst (Data) at the National Lottery Community Fund, you will be the strategic authority for data and analysis, operating across all levels of the organisation within a multidisciplinary, agile digital environment (by partnering and cross functional working with digital, technology, business intelligence and funding teams). As a recognised subject matter expert, you will provide thought leadership and authoritative guidance in all aspects of data, business, and systems analysis, ensuring the Fund’s digital and organisational ambitions are realised.

You will set a clear strategic direction for data and analysis, navigating complexity and engaging confidently with senior audiences to influence decisions at pace. This includes shaping the prioritisation of complex data requirements, enabling both long-term strategic decision-making and short-term tactical solutions, while ensuring all proposed approaches align with the Fund’s overarching strategy and digital vision.

Through a comprehensive and expert-level understanding of business processes, operational systems, and organisational data, you will act as the principal point of contact for Fund-wide business definitions, processes, scalable data products/services, and data standards. You will ensure these are secure, legal, accessible and compliant by design.

From a business perspective you will define and lead how data will impact existing/future business processes, data management responsibilities, tools, and governance processes, enabling continuous improvement in data practices and compliance with governance policies. You will also be analysing how data impacts across the Funds technical architecture landscape and systems.

As an expert in business analysis, you will also set the strategic direction for the discipline itself, mentoring and managing a small team of business analysts while cultivating a strong community of practice. You will build analytical capability across the Fund, embedding business analysis as a core enabler of digital transformation.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Set the strategic vision and direction for business analysis across the Fund’s digital services from a data perspective.
   
• Own and govern the business analysis methodology, designing and implementing robust data collection, instrumentation, and reporting processes. Safeguard the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data across the Fund.
   
• Ensure data analysis is technically robust, assess the impact across the Funds technical architecture landscape and systems and ensure recommendations strategically align with organisational goals.
   
• Analyse a wide array of data, research, insight, and metrics to inform service, product, and business process redesign.
   
• Act as the authoritative voice for data and analysis within the digital team, providing expert advice and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and business areas.

The post holder will take responsibility for the efficient day-to-day administration of the Trust’s membership schemes, using the Charity CRM database to maintain accurate contact & financial records in line with GDPR. This includes processing new, renewing and lapsed memberships, handling payments ( Direct Debits, PayPal & Gift Aid) and providing consistently high-quality communication with members through enquiries, welcome packs, renewal reminders and supporter care.

You’ll also support member growth and retention by helping deliver key supporter journey communications, thanking activity and retention projects, and by liaising with external partners such as the membership recruitment agency. Alongside this, you’ll help co-ordinate membership resources such as welcome packs, leaflets and magazine mail-outs (working with the volunteer delivery network), and contribute to continuous improvement in data quality, reporting and processes to strengthen our systems and supporter relationships.

This is a maternity cover role to cover a period of maternity leave (up to one year) working 22.5 hours per week over three days (office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm) based at Brooke House in Ashbocking.
