In October 2025, St Ann’s Hospice became Moya Cole. Their two hospices in Heald Green and Little Hulton provide person centred care and support to adults affected by life-limiting illnesses. They serve thousands of people every year across Greater Manchester.

The Trusts and Foundations team forms part of High Value Partnerships within Shelter’s Income Generation Directorate.
The team currently consists of eight fundraisers and one Grants Manager, working together to secure funding and develop lasting relationships with trusts and foundations.
Income Generation raises around £40 million each year to support Shelter’s work. You will work closely with colleagues across Trusts and Foundations, Corporate Partnerships, Major Donors, Special Events and Legacies, as well as colleagues in Shelter’s services, campaigns and finance teams.

Role description
· Partner with the Board, to develop and deliver JustMoney Movement’s strategy and objectives, rooted in our movement-building theory of change, and our Christian identity, culture and values. This may include identifying and implementing change, as needed.
· Lead on the creation and delivery of our fundraising strategy to ensure JustMoney Movement’s financial viability for the long-term. This will build on our current mix of grant funding, alongside our small but long-standing and loyal donor base of individuals and organisational supporters.
