We are looking for a proactive HR professional to join our small, friendly HR team to provide a customer-led advisory service across the full range of employment matters.

About the role
This role involves working with teams across Crisis to generate data and insights that build understanding, drive decision-making, and showcase our work. This key support role will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure NASP’s data and key systems, including our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), dashboards and databases, are effective, accurate, and useful. CRM and Systems Management
Ensure colleagues across the organisation are effectively using the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics); as well as other key data systems, supporting with staff training and guidance, providing advice and support where needed to ensure the team feels positive and confident using them in their day-to-day work.

IPS – Employment support
For people who need mental health support, getting back into work is a vital step on their recovery journey. The evidence backs this up, but although 90% of people with severe mental illness want to work, only 8% of them are in paid employment.
If you would like to join our team and champion our mission and help people who need employment support to get back into work. You will be supporting clients who are under the care of Secondary Mental Health services to gain and retain paid employment and will be based within a clinical team.
This is an incredibly rewarding role. Senior Programme Manager
We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead a flagship initiative shaping how capital markets deliver better outcomes for children and future generations.
Salary: £56,000–£65,000 (dependent on experience) + 30 days’ annual leave (pro rata) and 10% employer pension
Location: Central London (hybrid – 60% office / 40% home)
Contract: 12-month fixed term - (4 or 5 days per week)

About the role
This is a senior, high-impact position leading a flagship “Investing for Future Generations” Lab, focused on transforming how capital markets understand and respond to children’s lives and outcomes.
You will shape and deliver a market-leading programme designed to embed children’s outcomes into investment decision-making, moving them from a moral concern to a recognised financial consideration. Acting as a central coordinating “backbone”, you will bring together investors, policymakers and partners to drive system-level change.
