We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator & Bookkeeper to join our small, collaborative team. This is a varied role at the heart of the organisation, providing pragmatic administrative support across membership services, communications, finance, governance and events.
You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records and using a range of digital systems. From supporting our members and maintaining our CRM to producing communications, updating website content and assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping, you'll play an important role in helping ADCH deliver an efficient and professional service.

The Refugee Employment Network (REN) is the UK's national network dedicated exclusively to refugee employment. We bring together employers, charities, local authorities, government and refugee-led organisations to improve employment outcomes and create a more inclusive labour market.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Lead to lead the implementation, rollout and continuous improvement of the Refugee Employment Marketplace and wider digital systems across the Refugee Employment Network.
The Refugee Employment Marketplace is a digital platform connecting displaced people in the UK with jobs, employers and employment support.
Working closely with developers, partners and users, you will help ensure the Marketplace is successfully implemented, accessible, adopted and scaled across Wales and the wider REN network. As our Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Corporate & Commercial team to grow income from new and existing corporate partners, commercial collaborations and wider business development opportunities.
You will provide administrative and operational support across the team, helping to build and maintain successful partnerships, coordinate commercial activities, identify opportunities to maximise income, and ensure an excellent experience for partners and supporters at every stage of their journey with Child Bereavement UK.
The role is essential in ensuring excellent supporter stewardship, accurate record keeping, and the smooth delivery of fundraising campaigns, events, and partnership and commercial activities.

Main Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate and Commercial Fundraising team
· Confidently manage a small portfolio of corporate supporters while providing proactive support to the Corporate Partnerships Managers in the stewardship and growth of their portfolios. Support the delivery of the corporate supporter activities, contributing to a team target.

As a fundraising generalist, you will be well organised, provide strong administrative support, give excellent supporter care, write strong copy and be able to coordinate content creation.

Primary duties:
You will be responsible for continuing to grow our legacy programme, implementing the strategy developed by the Head of Development. You will support our community fundraising strategy.
