We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to the functional delivery areas of the syllabus. This post is primarily to support DofE and First Aid but may, where required, be surged to cover short term administrative responsibilities for other activity areas.

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. About the role:
For young people who have experienced care, homelessness, trauma or instability, the quality of the adults and services around them can shape what happens next. As a Team Manager in our Young People’s Services, you’ll help create the consistency, safety and skilled support young people need to build confidence, develop independence and move towards adulthood with greater choice over their future.
We have two Team Manager opportunities available: one at Cecil House in Camden and one at North Birbeck in Waltham Forest. Working closely with the Service(s), and Regional Services Manager, you’ll provide day-to-day management and practice leadership across the service, supporting and developing frontline staff while maintaining strong oversight of safeguarding, risk, support planning and the quality of practice. You’ll deputise for the Services Manager when required and help make sure young people receive support that is purposeful, individual and rooted in trauma-informed and psychologically informed approaches.

You’ll create space for staff to think critically about their work, understand the impact of trauma and relationships, learn from challenging situations and strengthen their professional judgement. Alongside this, you’ll help maintain high standards across the service, supporting Ofsted readiness, quality assurance and continuous improvement, and working closely with Children’s Services, Leaving Care teams and other partners to achieve the best possible outcomes for young people.
This is an opportunity to take on a significant management role within our Young People’s Services, develop your leadership and regulatory experience and help shape consistently strong practice across the team. Role Context
Recovery in Community is a successful partnership between Manchester Mind and Gaddum. We support people to manage and live with their mental health in their community. Staff are employed by both organisations but work together collaboratively and as a team.
Role Purpose
You will be building trusting and kind relationships with the understanding that they enable people to be listened to and heard and that this makes a difference.
You will work with people prior to discharge from mental health hospital and then support the person get the care they need so they can recover in the community. We want to enable people to feel connected within their communities – to services, friends and family.
This role will work with a small but intensive caseload (max 15 cases) to focus on:
· Get people home: when people are sent to an out of area placement (OAPs) advocate to get them back to Greater Manchester so they can recover in their community.
· Discharge: Supporting people when they’re ready to be discharged from inpatient mental health services to get back to the community and recover.
· Prevent re-admissions: Work with people, post-discharge, to ensure they continue to get the support they need to make informed choices, stay well and ultimately thrive.

Main responsibilities:
· To provide support to people that are ready to be discharged from inpatient psychiatric care to return to the community with the services and resources they need to recover.
· To work alongside people post-discharge, in their community setting to ensure they get what they need to stay well.
· To effectively and independently manage a small but intensive caseload (max 15 cases), being flexible to people’s needs and short-term changes in schedule.
· To work in a person-centred, trauma informed and culturally appropriate way that enables people to effectively engage with services and make sustainable links in with their communities.
· To use your knowledge of community care, policies, legislation and statutory services to get people the support they need to recover and stay well.
· Identify when people need referrals to secondary services and make appropriate referrals.
· Independently visit people in inpatient and community settings in Manchester and across Greater Manchester, adhering to lone working and risk management procedures.
· Occasionally visit people out of the Greater Manchester area who need to return to their community in Manchester (all travel expenses will be paid and non-commute travel time will be part of your working day).
· Build relationships with key professionals to ensure individuals achieve their goals (e.g. inpatient staff, social care, CMHTs, community services etc).
· Effectively engage in multi-disciplinary meetings, representing the views of people, and their aspirations on returning to community settings.
· Support the development of a supportive and productive referral route into and out of the service.
· Support the development of this new service, responding professionally to changes as we improve and evolve our working practice collaboratively.

Job Summary
The Service Manager - Z House will provide operational leadership for Z House, Caring in Bristol’s emergency accommodation service for young people aged 18–25 experiencing housing crisis.
The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Z House is a safe, welcoming, well-managed and psychologically informed service, where young people are treated with dignity and supported to move towards greater stability and appropriate longer-term accommodation.

The Service Manager role will combine operational management with a strong focus on relationships and practice. The Glasshouse is looking for a new Chief Executive Officer to work with the Founder and Board to bring this next phase to life. The successful candidate does not need to have been a Chief Executive Officer before, but will have held significant responsibility for the performance of a business, organisation or business unit. They will be commercially strong and purpose-driven, comfortable moving between the strategic view and the operational detail, and able to turn plans, budgets and a sales pipeline into clear priorities and action. Low ego and high standards will matter here: they will be calm, pragmatic and enabling, building trust across the Founder, Board, Growth Manager and wider team, while ensuring that commercial success creates more meaningful opportunities, greater stability and stronger futures for women with lived experience of prison.
To do this role well, the successful candidate will need sound judgement, inspiring leadership skills, commercial confidence and the ability to turn ambition into practical action.

The role:
You will work across three key age groups, 5–11, 12–16 and 16-25, delivering and supervising activities, supporting events and trips, and providing behavioural management where needed as well as being required to plan and facilitate a weekly After School club for ages 5-11 and 12-16. Alongside group activities, you will offer one-to-one support to individual Young Carers and Young Adult Carers, ensuring they feel heard, included, and supported as they navigate the challenges of their caring roles. You will also deliver awareness training sessions, run stalls, and build partnerships in the community to identify and engage Young Carers.
Skills and experience:
The successful applicant will have outstanding organisational and communication skills, be confident organising trips and activities for children and experience working with children. They will be able to manage conflicting demands with tight deadlines, be a key team player and be committed to working with Young Carers and volunteers.
They will have excellent IT skills and be able to adapt to providing services both face to face and via virtual platforms, whilst maintaining a consistent service for Carers.
