Strong stakeholder management will be essential, as you build effective relationships across RBL and with external agencies, while constructively challenging activity to ensure it delivers against wider fundraising objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience of developing mass fundraising or marketing strategies at scale, strong analytical and commercial skills, and a proven track record of managing teams in complex organisations. You will be confident working with substantial budgets, using data to inform decisions and translating organisational strategy into clear plans and objectives for your team.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of RBL’s mass fundraising, helping to attract and engage more supporters and generate the sustainable income needed to support the Armed Forces community.
