The Learning and Communities Officer will help bring AmplifyChange's community of Grantee Partners together, creating opportunities for organisations and activists working on sexual and reproductive health and rights to connect, share their expertise and learn from one another.
You'll play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering AmplifyChange's learning and community offer. From building an active online community and hosting engaging digital learning sessions to supporting in-country convenings and developing accessible learning resources, you'll help create spaces where Grantee Partners can exchange ideas, build relationships and share what works.
You'll have the opportunity to connect with a diverse network of Grantee Partners, facilitators and technical experts across Africa, South Asia and the Middle East, helping people share their knowledge and learn from one another. You'll also work closely with colleagues across AmplifyChange to bring partner experience and learning into the organisation through Grantee Partner showcases, case studies, impact briefs and other engaging content.
This is a varied and creative role for someone who enjoys bringing people together and turning ideas and experience into engaging learning opportunities. You'll have the chance to experiment with different approaches to digital learning and community engagement, including the responsible use of AI-enabled tools, while helping us continually improve how we connect with and learn alongside our Grantee Partners.
AmplifyChange is a bilingual fund working in English and French, so professional-level written French and confidence speaking French are essential for this role.

This is a UK based, full time (37.5 hours/week) permanent position, reporting to the Head of Grant Making. AmplifyChange is based in Bath, and we operate on a hybrid working model where staff are expected to come into the office one day per week.

Fleet Administrator

About the role:
The Fleet Administrator will form a vital part of the Finance and Operations Team supporting the Operations Manager in the management of the Rainbow Trust fleet. Rainbow Trust operates a fleet of approximately seventy vehicles situated across our nine regional teams. It is vitally important that our Family Support Workers have a reliable vehicle for attending family visits and transporting families to hospital. In addition, the Fleet Administrator will be required to assist the Operations Manager with ad-hoc tasks/projects according to the workload.
Full training will be provided and previous experience of managing a fleet is not required, although is desirable. A good level of maths, excellent communication, planning and Microsoft Excel skills are required to be successful in this role.
This is an excellent opportunity to maintain a breadth of fleet administrator experience with increased responsibility.

Future Dreams is a pioneering UK charity providing psychological, practical, and emotional support to people diagnosed with breast cancer. We also champion early detection through breast health masterclasses and fund vital research into secondary breast cancer.
Based at Future Dreams House in King’s Cross — our welcoming breast cancer support centre — we deliver a vibrant programme of in-person and online services, community activities, and one-to-one support with specialist nurses, counsellors, and therapists. We are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing team and play a key role in strengthening our in-house finance function.
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail-driven finance professional who wants to develop their career within a purpose-led charity.
Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of our finance operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time, records are well maintained, and financial controls are consistently applied. You’ll contribute to reliable reporting, support audit and compliance activity, and help build efficient processes that enable the charity to operate effectively.
You will also work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and liaise with suppliers and external stakeholders, becoming a trusted part of a friendly, supportive team that values accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
About you
You will be an organised, accurate and conscientious finance professional who takes pride in getting the detail right and following processes through to completion.
You will have:
Experience of month-end processes, charity finance and/or working within a not-for-profit organisation would be advantageous.
AAT Level 4, or progression towards a professional accounting qualification, would also be desirable.
You will be supportive of Future Dreams’ purpose and values and committed to helping us create an inclusive workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve.
What we offer

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture professional with a strong track record of developing and implementing HR policies and strategies, managing HR projects, and supporting organisational change, as well as experience leading recruitment processes from job design through to shortlisting and interviewing. You will be a clear thinker, confident decision-maker and excellent communicator who can build strong relationships across an organisation and with external partners. How will I be working?
We operate a flexible, trust based working model that gives colleagues autonomy over how, when and where they work, while recognising the value of in person collaboration. Days of working will be agreed in advance, but some flexibility will be required to suit events and colleagues’ schedules.
