Job summary:
As our Philanthropy Manager, you'll lead our trusts and foundations fundraising while building meaningful relationships with major donors who share our vision. 1. Substantial hands-on experience managing multi-donor grants across the full lifecycle, from start-up to close-out with a diverse donor community (governments/multilaterals, trusts and foundations, and private donors), including restricted awards.

About the role
The Portfolio Management Analyst is a new role at the Foundation which will support effective planning, monitoring, and governance across the Foundation’s project and programme portfolio.

Catalyst Support is looking for a confident and values-led Safe Haven Team Lead to support the smooth running of our out-of-hours crisis prevention and support service across Aldershot, Guildford and Woking. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a partnership model that brings together community connections and statutory mental health providers to reduce emotional and psychological distress for people experiencing, or at risk of escalating to, a mental health crisis.
You will help lead and support Safe Haven staff, manage rotas and cover, contribute to safe and effective incident management, and work closely with colleagues and partner organisations to ensure the service is consistent, high quality and responsive.
