As an Agile Delivery & Scrum Manager within Cadet Digital Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our digital platforms, including the Westminster MIS and its supporting applications, are delivered efficiently, collaboratively, and with a strong focus on user needs.

Working closely with the Product Owner, developers, QA engineers, and our Solutions Architect, you will lead Agile ceremonies, help maintain a healthy delivery rhythm, and support the refinement and organisation of work across multiple streams. Essential Skills/Experience

· Experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Project/Delivery Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role within a digital or technology environment.

· Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading Agile ceremonies.

· Experience translating requirements into user stories and delivery ready artefacts.

· Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (developers, testers, designers, product roles).

· Good understanding of Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and practical application in real teams.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non technical groups.

· Ability to manage competing priorities, track risks, remove impediments, and keep work moving.

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. The South East Gambling Harms Partnership is a consortium of regional Citizens Advice offices that include: Wokingham, Reading, West Berkshire and East Berkshire offices in Berkshire and Hart, Rushmore, Basingstoke and Tadley in North Hampshire. This is a high-profile initiative funded by the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) to tackle gambling harms through the collaboration of the South East Gambling Harms Partnership. 

The Role

Ace of Clubs is at an exciting stage of growth, with increasing impact across our services. To continue delivering high-quality support to people experiencing homelessness—while ensuring long-term financial sustainability—we are seeking a dedicated Funding and Finance Co-ordinator.

This is a pivotal role, supporting the co-ordination and administration of our income, fundraising activity, financial management, cost efficiency, impact data, and funding reporting. You will contribute directly to the organisation’s sustainability, growth, and financial accountability, working closely with our Volunteer Treasurer and the Director - who provides strategic oversight whilst remaining actively involved in the day-to-day operations. 

You will help co-ordinate and develop a range of income streams and funding projects, including individual giving, community fundraising, events, corporate partnerships, and trusts and foundations. The role also involves supporting new fundraising opportunities, monitoring impact and fundraising data, stewarding donors through engagement and communications, and assisting with funding applications and reporting.

Alongside this, you will play a key role in the day-to-day financial administration of the charity. This includes tracking income across multiple platforms, monitoring expenditure, and producing reports to support forecasting and strategic planning.

You will also support the administration and review of core organisational contracts, such as utilities, insurance, IT, and HR, helping to ensure value for money and operational efficiency.

Working collaboratively with colleagues and partners, you will help gather and present impact data across our services, tailoring this for both internal use and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a strategically minded and highly committed individual to lead our System Navigation Services.  This person will be responsible for developing exceptional services to help people seeking sanctuary navigate the systems they are forced to exist in and delivering these in solidarity with those seeking sanctuary.These System Navigation Services - The Sanctuary, The Drop-In, The Sheffield Project for Refugee Integration and Growth (SPRING), and our Volunteering Team - are exciting, joyful, and powerful city-wide services that are developed alongside the community of people seeking sanctuary.  They are both impressive in their current form and have so much potential for the right candidate to build and develop them further.

What is the main purpose of their role?

The Operations Manager sits within a team of six managers who are responsible for providing the strategic lead for all the activities of Suffolk Refugee Support. This is a senior operational role with responsibility for overseeing key programme areas including HR and facilities, volunteering, our ESOL provision and our International Women’s Group. The role will also oversee the development of SRS’s Client Partnership work, ensuring this is shaped through co-production with the clients we work with, supports strong external relationships, and is delivered through an effective, outcome-focused work plan. Working closely with staff, trustees, partners and clients, the postholder will contribute to the effective management and ongoing development of the organisation.

The role line manages a team of Officers and Coordinators responsible for specific programme areas, ensuring that the activities within their remit are effective, compliant and responsive, meeting both the charitable aims of SRS and the needs of the asylum seekers and refugees we support.

What will the job entail?

Among other responsibilties, you’ll be overseeing the function of the organisation and its strategic development by using knowledge of needs of clients, gaps in existing services and opportunities as they arise, working with the Management Team to agree funds required for services to be run and delivered, liaising with Trustees, developing and managing client focused activities, developing and managing operational areas of work and providing strategic and operational oversight to our Client Partnership work.

What you will need

• At least two years’ staff and project management experience in community, voluntary sector or social care settings; or other proven relevant management experience
• Experience of managing staff including delivery planning, performance monitoring, practising HR & disciplinary processes, and motivating positive work environments
• Experience of developing, managing and evaluating programmes to meet identified needs using imaginative ideas and making efficient use of restricted resources
• Experience of using/developing assessment tools to monitor service outputs and outcomes
• Knowledge of laws and policies applicable to Human Resources management
• Knowledge of safeguarding, data protection and equality good practice
• Strategic planning skills with the ability to work in conjunction with the Charity Manager and management team to agree plans of work for the whole organisation to maximise impact for clients

Suffolk Refugee Support aims to ensure that all asylum seekers and refugees in Suffolk are enabled to live integrated, fulfilled and contributing lives in their new communities. Lightbox Gallery & Museum is entering an ambitious new phase as we prepare for our 20th anniversary in 2027. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and initiative-taking fundraiser to help shape the organisation’s future by developing new income streams and leading our anniversary campaign, Lightbox20.

You will take ownership of the campaign activity across the organisation - developing strategy, building relationships with donors and partners, and delivering income to agreed targets. At the same time, you will manage the practical detail that underpins successful fundraising, including stewardship and our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in delivering regular financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting in our Commerce & Enterprise and Policy & Social Change functions.  Approximately 75% of this role partners with Commerce & Enterprise colleagues and 25% with colleagues managing Policy & Social Change.  This role will provide insight and analysis, adhering to processes, controls, and ways of working that effectively support our Finance function and support stakeholders’ needs.  It will also require some collaboration with our Transformation Leads who are leading on the implementation of a new finance system (xLedger).

We’re currently recruiting one part-time Charity Administrator. The post is office based and offers a great opportunity for a varied role in a forward-facing young people’s mental health charity. The job description in this pack provides a generic overview of the Administrator role. Administrators are based centrally with other support staff. Our Administrators are a vital and valued part of our team supporting and enabling the work of our mental health practitioners and the work of the Charity overall. Administrators report directly to the Service Administration Manager and will work collaboratively within a team of administrators covering different services as needs arise. 

Role Purpose: To be part of the administration team responsible for the administration of Off the Record’s services. The post holder will be the predominant point of contact for young people and professionals contacting the services and hence a sensitive and professional telephone manner will be of key importance. However, the post holder will NOT be acting as a mental health practitioner and will be expected to maintain clear boundaries between their role and that of the mental health practitioners.

We have a committed team of around 70 paid staff and our work is funded through a variety of sources including South West London ICB, London Boroughs of Croydon & Sutton and the Wimbledon Foundation. Some staff are based in our borough-based services but increasingly staff are being given opportunities to work in across initiatives such as our First Contact Team.

Many of our staff have worked with us for several years including a substantial number who originally began working with us as volunteers or trainees. JOB PURPOSE 

As an Employment Coach, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting people accessing our services to move towards their employment, education, training and volunteering goals. You will manage a caseload and provide tailored one-to-one support, working with service users to build their skills and confidence, and support them into employment using a strengths-based approach. The role also involves supporting group activities and workshops that help clients take positive steps towards employment. In addition, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of partner organisations that offer employment, education and training opportunities. Through meaningful engagement and guidance, you will support clients to identify opportunities that align with their goals and help them progress towards sustainable employment. 

MAIN TASKS 

• To provide a safe, inclusive and welcoming service for those who are seeking to gain employment opportunities, including exploring goals and available support. 

• To assess and support a one-to-one caseload of clients to develop and review tailored self-development plans, with clear actions that encourage personal responsibility, ambition, and progression towards employment through suitable opportunities and meaningful activities. 

• To support clients with job searches and career development through CV writing, job applications and interview preparation. 

• To encourage ambition and positivity using a strengths-based approach, while working with clients to understand their individual support needs and support progression into employment. 

• To undertake employer engagement activities and support the planning and delivery of job fairs and workshops. 

• To participate in Employment, Training and Volunteering drop-in services and events to allow varied points of access for clients to engage with support, including at the Passage Resource Centre, at Passage accommodation projects and with external partners. 

• To build and maintain a strong network of referral partners and apprenticeship pathways, ensuring the service is accessible to individuals who would benefit from it 

• To build and maintain positive relationships with employment, training and volunteering organisations and partners, including attending off-site networking events
