Here at Crisis, we’ve launched a new brand, marketing and fundraising strategy which centres around four growth areas we’ve named the ‘Fab Four’: regular giving, mid-value, high-value and legacy. Three of these areas sit within the Individual Giving team so it’s an exciting time to join the organisation, to be bold, make a real impact and embed this new approach and strategy.
We’re looking someone with a strategic mindset who can manage and shape our ambitious Development programme, and lead the team to create a high-performing plan to grow our community of supporters and continue building a sustainable income pipeline. About the role
As a Senior Lead in Individual Giving & Supporter Experience, you’ll manage a high-performing team and oversee a varied programme of supporter communications and journeys. We are more ambitious than ever, and this role will have income responsibility of over £15m, so you will be working across complex and large-scale budgets and communication plans. The warm Christmas appeal will be a key campaign moment in your year, and you’ll help ensure new supporters feel thanked, inspired, and motivated to stay with us for the long term.
You’ll also help build the business case for future supporter Development investment and flex to support the wider Individual Giving and Supporter Experience team as priorities shift.
You have collective responsibility with your lead peers in the expansion of year-round campaigns, Regular Giving and Legacy expressions of interest. These are our team goals, in which we all play our part.

At Epilepsy Action we are inclusive, ambitious, supportive, and committed to creating a world without limits for people with epilepsy.
As we achieve the goals in our 2024 - 2030 strategy we are excited to welcome you to our passionate, supportive and committed team.
We understand the importance of a work life balance, and that's why we have a number of ways to support our people to achieve this. By operating a flexible and supportive approach, we empower people to work in a way that suits them that also meets the need of the charity.
If you are interested in building a career you can be proud of in an inclusive and ambitious organisation we might have the role for you!
About the role
Be the first voice of support. Be the difference.
Do you love signposting people to enable them to access services and get the right support at the right time? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where every conversation has the potential to help someone on their epilepsy journey with us? If so, this could be your perfect next step.
Our Information & Support Hub is at the centre of that mission to create a world without limits for people with epilepsy. As an Initial Contact Assessor, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for anyone reaching out for help, understanding, support or reassurance.
At Epilepsy Action we recognise the power of collaboration and teamwork, so our team members with hybrid contracts can expect to work a minimum of 40% at our office in Leeds. On average this is 2 days a week, normally on Mondays and Thursdays, for full-time employees. The expectation to collaborate face-to-face is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do which may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to help us create a world without limits for people with epilepsy

You will:
This is a role where you’ll make a positive difference empowering people to access support every single day often at moments when someone needs it most.
About you?
We’re excited to meet people who bring energy, care, and curiosity to the role. You will thrive here if you are:
Experience with long‑term conditions, disabilities or vulnerable groups is a bonus, but if you don’t yet know much about epilepsy, don’t worry. We’ll train you.
Why this role matters

Your voice, your empathy, and your guidance will help them access our support services so they can live well with their epilepsy.
If you’re someone who loves making a real difference from the very first “hello”, we’d love to hear from you.

Employability Coordinator
Our team is growing and we're looking for a skilled, people-focused coordinator to join us in making a real difference for young carers across Dorset.
We are recruiting an Employability Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and deliver our Employability Programme, supporting young carers aged 14 to 25 through key transitions from school into further education, higher education, and work.
This is more than a programme delivery role. You'll be the primary point of contact for day-to-day activity, building trust with young carers, partnering with schools, colleges, and employers, and making sure every young person gets a consistent, high-quality experience.
You'll play a key role in growing the programme's reach and impact, designing workshops and events including our Employability Celebration Event and Careers Convention, facilitating our TEMPO group for 14- to 25-year-olds, and opening up 'days in the workplace' that show young carers what's possible.
We're looking for confident, organised communicators with a track record of delivering employability, careers, or transition programmes to young people. People who can engage a 14- to 25-year-old audience, build strong partnerships with schools and businesses, and manage competing priorities with ease.
If you're ready to bring your expertise and energy to a cause that truly matters and help young carers unlock their futures, we'd love to hear from you.
