We are the only UK-wide charity andfree membership organisation for everyone affected by a genetic bleeding disorder. About the role
The Finance Manager will ensure the smooth, accurate, and compliant day-to-day financial operations of THS. You will oversee transactional processing, payroll, local group accounting, management of our partner charity accounts, creating monthly management reports and year-end audit preparation.

Community Action Nepal (CAN) was established 25 years ago by the world-renowned mountaineer Doug Scott CBE, to raise the living standards of remote mountain communities in Nepal. In this time CAN, working predominantly with our implementation partner in Nepal, has built 17 schools, 19 health posts and three Porter Rescue Shelters and delivered a wide range of livelihoods, agriculture and cultural programmes, improving the lives of many thousands of people in rural Nepal. We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to provide full office administration to the charity. The position is part of a small team. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Medair UK team as we are seeking a part-time Head of Operations. The post holder will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Medair UK's finance, HR, IT and governance functions, ensuring robust systems, effective controls, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Administration Co-ordinator is a pivotal role at the heart of
Neuroendocrine Cancer UK. As part of the Operations team, you will help create the strong
organisational foundations that enable our charity to deliver meaningful support, drive
awareness and improve outcomes for people affected by neuroendocrine cancer.
Working closely with colleagues across operations, fundraising, communications and
patient support, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support that
keeps the organisation running efficiently and effectively. No two days will be the same;
from coordinating projects and maintaining accurate records to improving processes and
supporting colleagues across the charity, your work will have a direct impact on our ability
to achieve our mission.

About Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance
Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. The Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Data Management Officer to join the charity’s Data and Insights Function. You will be joining the charity at a time of significant opportunity as we continue to strengthen our approach to data, insight and supporter engagement.
The Data Management Officer will mainly be responsible for managing and developing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supporter data. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM and data professional who enjoys hands-on responsibility for systems, process improvement and data management, and enabling colleagues to deliver exceptional fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement activity. Working closely with teams across the charity, you will ensure our CRM remains effective, compliant and fit for purpose while helping us better understand and engage our supporters. Your work will directly contribute to our ability to raise funds and support our life-saving mission.
This role can be offered on a fully remote basis, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. About You
Essential
Proven experience managing CRM systems in a charity or fundraising context and being comfortable working with large datasets.
Experience with data segmentation, ETL processes, transformation and import / export processes.
Strong understanding of data protection legislation (e.g. GDPR).
Understanding of Gift Aid regulations and charity fundraising compliance.
Confident using query tools and an understanding of query-based data extraction.
Strong IT skills with competency using the MS Office suite and Excel in particular.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and support non-technical colleagues.
Ability to analyse and translate data into clear findings for campaigns and reporting, including donor value analysis.
