Programme Coordinator
The Race Equality Foundation has been awarded a transformative multi-year grant from The National Lottery Community Fund (TNLCF) as part of its Health Inequities: Structural Racism and Discrimination Partnership. The programme will establish three Anti-Racism Collaboratives (ARCs), each bringing together voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations, people with lived experience, health and care organisations, local authorities and other partners to tackle the structural causes of ethnic health inequities through co-production, evidence and collective action.

As a Support Worker at Ace of Clubs drop-in day centre supporting people who are homeless and facing adversity, you will play a key role in supporting individuals who may be navigating chaotic lifestyles, trauma, and multiple disadvantages. You will provide practical and emotional support, help people access essential services, and work to empower them to move towards independence.
Your role will involve working directly with service users, managing case records, liaising with partner agencies, and contributing to the smooth running of our busy centre. Ultimately, you will support people to overcome barriers, develop essential skills, and build confidence in navigating life challenges and providing advocacy where needed. The Role
This is a management position, known internally as Head of Therapeutic Services, with both strategic and clinical responsibility. We are now seeking an Interim Adult Counselling Clinical Lead to join our Adult Counselling Team at this pivotal time. This opportunity is available as either a fixed-term appointment or a secondment opportunity within the Alliance (9 months).
As a specialist charity supporting survivors of sexual violence across twelve South London boroughs, we provide counselling, group therapy, advocacy, prevention education, and professional training. With an annual income of approximately £4 million, we are growing and strengthening our infrastructure to better serve survivors and communities.
About the Role
This is a key leadership role providing clinical, operational, and strategic oversight of our Adult Counselling service.
You will play a central role in ensuring safe, effective and high‑quality support for survivors, while driving continuous improvement and contributing to organisational strategy.

We are looking for a Centre Coordinator to join our team in our South London Centre on a 12-month fixed-term basis. In this role, you will provide a warm and welcoming reception for young people, staff, and visitors over the phone and in person, so if you are approachable, passionate, and non-judgemental, this could be your role.
You will indirectly support young people by ensuring that our Centre operates safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing delivery space, facilities compliance and controlling office equipment and supplies. Having previous administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.
To be successful in this role, you must have a good understanding of the challenges young people within our target groups face, to assist them when they arrive in our Centre. In this role no two days are the same, you get to be involved with many different functions of the Trust and interact with everyone who works in the Centre, this is why planning and organisation skills are a must.
