Reporting to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, the CEO leads a small, professional and dedicated team (currently 20 employees (17.8 FTE)) boosted with part-time casuals in the box office plus a team of volunteers at events. This exciting role has been created to develop a new campaigns function at the Mental Health Foundation, incorporating our existing media team and working closely with policy, research and lived experience colleagues across the UK, with the aim of driving support for policy change.

The Young Roots Casework Service aims to improve the life chances of young refugees and asylum seekers and to support them to reach their potential by accessing their rights and entitlements. 

This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to head up the organisation's Casework team. It will be a chance to provide advice and guidance, safeguarding oversight, line management and supervise other Caseworkers across the organisation. 

The role will support the oversight and delivery of our weekly Advice and Support Hub in both Brent and Croydon (Wednesday 5pm-8m and Thursday 4.30pm-8pm).The role will suit a dynamic, supportive, and enthusiastic manager with a deep understanding of the challenges young refugees and asylum seekers face in London.   

Hybrid working with minimum 40% in-person attendance at one of our London offices (2 days per week for full-time staff, pro rata for part-time), with occasional travel to our other offices. London National Park City is looking for an organised and adaptable Administration Manager to join our small staff team. This permanent role is essential to strengthening the infrastructure that enables our volunteer Ranger community and partner groups to make neighbourhoods across London greener, healthier and wilder.

As our Administration Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our organisation – managing our CRM and internal systems, maintaining policies and procedures, and ensuring our staff and 150+ volunteer Rangers have seamless access to the information and resources they need. You'll work across all areas of our operation, from supporting Ranger onboarding and events to assisting with Board meetings and partner communications.

London became the world's first National Park City in 2019, and we are a long-term grassroots movement connecting people and nature across the capital. Responsibilities

We’re looking for an organised, thoughtful and considerate colleague who will help us better support our Ranger community, and extend the reach and effectiveness of our staff team.

You will have the following experience:

• Experience in an equivalent administration or operations role, or demonstrable experience of transferable skills.

• Experience working with an online CRM system, such as Monday or Hubspot, as well as proficiency with Google Drive or other office applications.

• Demonstrable experience of supporting a small distributed staff team, and working with volunteers will be a distinct advantage.

• An ability to communicate and coordinate with a wide range of people at all levels of a variety of organisations.

• Excellent oral and written communication in a clear, concise, accessible and effective manner.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.

• Ability to effectively plan and prioritise workload within deadlines, and to set and meet high standards of delivery.

Salary and benefits

You will be joining and fully participating in a unique and inspirational community of changemakers and storytellers, active across London and increasingly around the world. We pay all of our staff at least the London Living Wage.

This is a permanent role and the salary range is £30,000 to £34,000 dependent on experience. This may be a part or full-time role and we are open to applications for flexible working arrangements.

About Compassion in Dying and the information line service

At Compassion in Dying, we want people to be in control of their end-of-life decisions because no one is better to make them. We support people to make informed decisions, start honest conversations about death and dying with loved ones, and record and revisit their wishes whenever they want to.

Many people tell us they want to be in charge of decisions about their care and treatment, but struggle to access clear information or encounter reluctance to have open conversations about death and dying. Our nurse-led information line exists to change that. We enable people to plan ahead and to be in control of their end-of-life decisions, including in situations where they may no longer be able to make decisions for themselves.

Demand for the service consistently exceeds capacity. We are therefore expanding our clinical team and are looking for two experienced nurses to provide verbal and written information and support that is accurate, clear and practical.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse with experience in palliative care and excellent communication skills, able to convey complex information in a straightforward and sensitive way by phone and email. This new permanent role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of an expanding information service that delivers direct support and drives improvements in practice.·

In this hands-on delivery-focused role, the Head of Philanthropy will lead and grow Nucleo’s fundraising activity, taking personal responsibility for developing relationships with donors, partners and supporters to secure sustainable income for the organisation. The role combines practical income generation with some strategic planning: cultivating and stewarding a pipeline of high-value prospects, expanding networks, and delivering successful fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will also play a key role in communicating Nucleo’s story through compelling donor engagement and impact-led content, working closely with the Founding Director to ensure alignment with the organisation’s values and messaging.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

• A proven track record of personally raising at least £0.5m annually, with strengths in major donors, corporate partnerships and individual giving
• Demonstrable experience delivering successful fundraising activity with a clear focus on hands-on income generation
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals, acting as a compelling ambassador for the organisation

About the role

Our supporters are central to everything we do. Many choose to fundraise for Prostate Scotland because they, or someone close to them, has been affected by prostate cancer or disease.
As Fundraising Officer, you will play a key role in supporting individuals and communities to raise vital funds. You will provide warm, practical and responsive support throughout their fundraising journey — from helping them set up online fundraising pages, to answering questions, sharing their stories and celebrating their achievements. You will help build meaningful relationships with supporters, ensuring they feel valued, listened to and inspired to continue supporting our work.

This role sits within our new project supporting male asylum seekers accommodated in hotels based in Ealing. The service aims to address mental health challenges exacerbated by displacement, trauma, and isolation, with a culturally sensitive approach that prioritises language accessibility, stigma reduction, and improved access to onward referrals.

This will be achieved through in-reach targeted group sessions and 1:1 tailored support sessions, addressing:

The Role

The role of the Mental Health (Asylum Seekers) Coordinator is to engage male asylum seekers who are accommodated in hotels in Ealing; arrange, coordinate and facilitate a range of culturally appropriate psychoeducation, peer-led and expressive activities which will be delivered twice a week. The role will also include 1:1 sessions; providing mental health stabilisation, advice and support to connect with wider services including multilingual engagement. This role includes autonomous and creative thinking.

• Develop and execute quarterly campaigns plans to manage and schedule relevant advocacy, policy and research work to further our strategic aims

• Co-ordinate a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team to pursue campaign goals
