we are looking for an Events Fundraising Coordinator to join the Mungo’s Community and Events team. This new post will play a vital role in managing, developing and growing our events fundraising area income stream.
The Events Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for managing and developing the event fundraising portfolio for St Mungo’s on a national scale, including large scale, virtual, bespoke challenge, third party and individual events. You will also lead on innovation and new projects with the aim of increasing our profile and income, to support our aim to end rough sleeping, and continue providing support to people experiencing homelessness. Where you’ll be working
In this role you will work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in London. Travel across London and regions in the South of England is also required.
This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for hybrid working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
Due to the nature of the role, some evening and weekends will also be required to oversee relevant events. Out of hours work will be offered back in the form of time off in lieu.
While our Central Office is currently based in Tower Hill, London we plan to relocate in the summer of 2026 to a new space in Farringdon, London.

You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. You’ll work alongside our Development Manager to create compelling fundraising campaigns, content and communications, growing engagement from individuals, companies, community fundraisers and potential funders while simultaneously raising our profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing plans. What you will be doing

Our Mentor Services Coordinators are the main point of contact for volunteer mentors throughout their journey with MCR - from their initial enquiry and onboarding, to ongoing support once they are matched with a young person. The Head of Kent Services is a leadership role responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial oversight of services within Kent, currently residential services for adults with autism and/or learning disabilities, supported living services, and services for children and families across Kent.
The postholder will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care and support that promotes autonomy, dignity, inclusion, and positive outcomes for individuals and families. The Head of Kent Services will lead and develop a small team of locality managers ensuring regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and continuous service improvement across the portfolio.
The Head of Kent Services will be a member of the Inclusive Executive Leadership Team, working in collaboration with other leaders to drive the best outcomes for the People we Support and the Charity.

As Events and Communications Officer, you will take ownership of our annual events programme, including our flagship fundraising event, the Envision Cycling Challenge. From logistics and budget management through to post-event donor recognition and evaluation, you will oversee the full events lifecycle — always looking for ways to grow our offer, attract new supporters and drive income. You will work towards an annual income target as part of a collaborative and ambitious Philanthropy and Partnerships team.
On the communications side, you will create written and visual content that conveys the impact of our work across social media, e-newsletters, impact reports and donor updates. Key Responsibilities:
Design, deliver and manage the annual events workplan, working towards an annual income target

Create compelling written and visual content for external and internal communications across multiple channels
Support the development and delivery of donor communications, impact reports and supporter updates
Track and report on events performance, supporter engagement and communications metrics
Maintain accurate donor records on Salesforce and support timely donor recognition processes
