The role of a Therapeutic Community Caseworker at the Baobab Centre is to support unaccompanied asylum seeking and refugee adolescents and young adults to access care, basic rights and entitlements and to support their social development and rehabilitation.This role involves working closely with the clinical key worker of each young person and with our wider multidisciplinary team. As a Caseworker you will aim to empower individuals to build stable, independent lives in the UK, including by supporting them to communicate their views, needs and experiences in decision-making processes, and supporting them to make challenges when necessary. Caseworkers assist young people to make effective choices about what happens in their lives and encourage them to speak up and build agency.
Baobab aims to be a non-residential therapeutic community with a holistic and integrated perspective.As a Caseworker, you will play a key role within our multidisciplinary team. Our team work together with each other and with agencies and key individuals in young people’s lives, both within and outside of Baobab. Sheffield Cathedral is inviting applications for the role of Community Organiser, a new post within the Cathedral Resourcing Project, at an exciting moment in the Cathedral’s mission, civic life and partnership with communities across Sheffield.

This new role is for a relational, disciplined and justice-minded organiser who can listen deeply, build trust across difference, identify and develop local leaders, and help people move from shared concern to collective action. Working in the Citizens UK tradition of broad-based community organising, the Community Organiser will help embed organising across the Cathedral, its parish partnerships and its civic relationships, contributing to the co-creation of Sheffield Citizens Alliance.

As Senior Communications Manager, you will ensure McPin’s work reaches the right audiences and has the greatest possible impact. You will lead our communications strategy, support influencing and impact work, and help colleagues translate complex research into engaging and accessible content.
You will manage and develop a communications team (two people), oversee consultants for specific projects, and work closely with colleagues, partners, people in our networks and external stakeholders. CAHN is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Partnerships & Membership Officer to help grow our membership, strengthen partnerships and increase engagement with organisations that share our commitment to health equity.

York Travellers Trust (YTT) is seeking an inspiring, values-led Chief Executive to
lead our organisation through its next stage of development.
We work alongside the vibrant and resourceful Gypsy and Traveller communities of York and the surrounding area. We challenge discrimination and inequality, increase opportunities and life chances, and build bridges that promote understanding and community cohesion.
As Chief Executive, you will provide strategic leadership and hold overall responsibility for YTT’s performance, financial sustainability, governance, safeguarding and organisational development.
Working closely with our Board, staff and community members, you will:
shape and deliver YTT’s strategic direction;
strengthen our financial sustainability and develop new income opportunities;
ensure our services remain effective, safe and responsive;
build influential relationships with communities, funders, partners and
policymakers;
champion the rights, needs and aspirations of Gypsy and Traveller
communities; and
embed sociocratic and democratic ways of working so that community voices
genuinely shape our decisions.
We are looking for an experienced senior leader with a strong commitment to equality, social justice and community empowerment. You will have experience of leading in a charity, community organisation, public service or another values-led environment.
You will understand the strengths, needs and systemic barriers experienced by Gypsy and Traveller communities, gained through direct work with these communities or substantial experience alongside other marginalised groups.
You will combine strategic thinking with a collaborative, authentic and hands-on leadership style. You will also bring experience of managing people, working with a Board, overseeing finances, securing income and representing an organisation externally.

Forest House Education Centre (FHEC) is a hospital school for 13-17-year-old pupils, attached to the Forest House Adolescent Unit, a Tier 4 CAMHS inpatient facility on the Kingsley Green hospital site. The Centre provides education for the patients occupying the Adolescent Unit's sixteen beds, while additionally being the sole educator for eight 'day pupils' who are referred by Hertfordshire County Council through ESMA (the LA's tutorial service for pupils who are out of mainstream education for medical reasons).
The Service Manager at Forest House Education Centre will work closely with Trust leaders to effectively manage the day to day provision of the service.
The candidate’s key role will include liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration between ESMA, Forest House Adolescent Unit, base schools, pupils and their families and professionals involved in the care and education of our pupils; to ensure the best outcomes for all those at FHEC; attend multi-agency meetings as necessary and work in conjunction with the Trust staff to ensure that all aspects of the SLA (service level agreement) are met.
The candidate will have experience of dealing with pupils with Mental Health issues and have excellent communication skills. Interested parties must have a diplomatic, tactful and creative approach to team working.
