Hope for Justice is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join our team as an Independent Modern Slavery Advocate® (IMSA®) (Trainee) to join our Advocacy team and work within the IMSA® model pilot. This is an in-role trainee position which requires successful completion of the IMSA® PG Certification in order to progress to the full IMSA® role.
Since September 2025, the IMSA® Model Development Project has been pioneering a national pilot. Hope for Justice is working in partnership with 14 other organisations, together employing 28 IMSAs® and Senior IMSAs® who are working alongside adult survivors of human trafficking. Hope for Justice leads the central IMSA® Model Hub within the pilot, supporting IMSAs® and their employing organisations throughout the UK.
To achieve our collection aim of a standardised national model of accredited independent advocacy for adult survivors of modern slavery, all IMSAs® are required to successfully complete the IMSA® PG Certification with St Mary's University. This opportunity will fully fund and support you to complete the IMSA® PG Certification, whilst working as a Trainee IMSA®. Upon successful completion, you will progress into the full IMSA® role. Throughout your training we will support you in the following ways:
·Released in-work time for PG Certification attendance and study
·Reduction in caseload and/or complex cases
·Additional supervision and support for casework
IMSAs® work alongside survivors to help them understand their rights and to navigate the complex systems and support services available in the UK. By working with an independent advocate, survivors can overcome barriers and make informed decisions about their recovery.
This is a UK-based role within our UK Advocacy Team and a fixed term contract until December 2027 (in line with IMSA® Model Pilot timeframes).
This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery and the development of a national pilot working towards a shared goal of every survivor of modern slavery and human trafficking having access to an Independent Modern Slavery Advocate®.

About Pathway to Protection CIC
Pathway to Protection CIC is a newly established Community Interest Company being developed to provide a single point of contact and coordinated pathway of support for victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
Our aim is to develop referral pathways with the police, domestic abuse refuges, local authorities, social services, healthcare providers and other statutory and voluntary-sector organisations.
Following appropriate assessment and safeguarding, individuals will be supported to access relevant specialist services, including refuge and housing support, advocacy, counselling, welfare assistance and legal advice and representation.
Where legal assistance is required, we intend to establish a transparent and independent panel/referral network of suitably experienced solicitors and law firms, preserving client choice and the independence of the CIC.
The Role
This is a hands-on development role. Working closely with the Founder/Director, you will take a leading role in building the infrastructure required to launch the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
developing and implementing a clear project plan for launching the CIC;
designing referral, intake, triage and onward-referral pathways;
developing safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection and case-management policies and procedures;
building relationships and referral pathways with police, refuges, local authorities, social services, healthcare providers and other relevant organisations;
developing a transparent framework for a panel/network of independent solicitors and specialist service providers;
identifying and developing strategic partnerships;
researching suitable grants, trusts, foundations, commissioning opportunities and other funding streams;
developing a funding pipeline and preparing high-quality grant, bid and commissioning applications;
assisting with budgets, monitoring frameworks, outcomes and evidence of impact required by funders;
supporting appropriate governance and operational structures; and
establishing clear and measurable milestones towards sustainable service delivery.
About You
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
project or programme management within the charity, CIC, voluntary or public sector;
establishing or developing a charity, CIC, community service or social-impact project;
domestic abuse or Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) services;
safeguarding and multi-agency working;
grant and bid writing, fundraising or commissioning; and
partnership and stakeholder development.
Previous success in securing grant or commissioned funding would be a significant advantage.
Knowledge of domestic abuse referral pathways, IDVA services, MARAC and multi-agency safeguarding arrangements would also be highly desirable.
You should be proactive, organised and capable of taking ownership of a project from concept through to implementation, with excellent written communication, project-planning and stakeholder-management skills.
What Success Will Look Like
By the end of the initial six-month contract, we expect substantial progress towards:
an established operational and safeguarding framework;
functioning referral and case-management processes;
relationships with key referral partners;
an independent legal referral/panel framework;
a clear funding strategy and active funding pipeline;
grant and commissioning applications submitted or in development; and
a practical plan for sustainable service delivery.

We are looking for a person-centred counsellor, with a thorough understanding of issues prevalent in the gender-based violence sector, including sexual violence and CSA.
Qualified to Diploma level with experience post qualification providing one to one counselling 250 hours minimum - those with fewer hours but demonstrable experience in the VAWG sector or with trauma will be considered.
BACP accredited, or equivalent, or working towards accreditation.
Additional Information

About the Role
The Nightingale Navigator supports the loved ones of male survivors through the Nightingale Project. Recognising that sexual harm can affect partners, family members and others close to a survivor, the role provides therapeutic group and community-based support, alongside psychoeducation about trauma and its wider impact. This includes helping loved ones understand the criminal justice process and working with health, social care and other partner agencies to ensure they receive coordinated support. The Navigator also brings the experiences, needs and wishes of loved ones into the continued development of the Nightingale Project.

The National Safeguarding Panel (NSP) is seeking to appoint TWO representatives from a survivor's organisation that works with individuals affected by faith-based abuse to join its independent scrutiny and advisory body.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the safeguarding work of the Church of England by offering strategic insight, scrutiny, and challenge from the perspective of survivors. About this role
The Finance Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Head of Finance to maintain the organisation’s financial health, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of day-to-day finance operations.
The Finance Assistant will be line managed by the Head of Finance. They will also work closely with the Finance Officer, Chief Executive Officer, The Fundraising Team, notably the Database and Insight Officer, as well as the wider casework team, Fellows and consultants. They will lead on paying Fellows, consultants and other contractors, as well as suppliers.
They will support the reconciliation of Reprieve’s financial accounts and ensure that transactions recorded in Iplicit are accurately reflected in other organisational systems, investigating and resolving any discrepancies as required.
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical finance skills with a proactive and collaborative approach. You will be committed to Reprieve’s goals, highly organised and able to manage competing priorities while delivering accurate work to tight deadlines. You will be comfortable working with financial data, using systems such as Iplicit and Excel, and translating complex information into clear, practical messages for colleagues across the organisation. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to undertake routine tasks that support the effective running of the finance function. A relevant accountancy qualification would be an advantage, but we welcome applications from candidates with equivalent experience.
Terms
This is a full-time role on a 12-month fixed term contract. The salary is £32,696, per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.
This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 40% per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home. As an IDVA (Early Help) you will provide immediate support for survivors of abuse, working with Early Help, and wider Children's Social Services, including carrying out risk and needs assessments, safety planning and providing short-term support and onward referrals. In addition, you will act as an Early Help lead for Solace in Islington, providing advice and guidance to Solace staff and Islington based professionals.
You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with external agencies in your work.
About You
You’ll be highly organised, self-motivated and passionate about ending VAWG and hold a solid understanding of how domestic or sexual violence against a parent can affect a child in the home. Your “can-do‟ approach, experience of working with families and demonstrable commitment to Solace’s feminist approach to supporting women and their children to be safer will be critical to the success of this role.
The postholder will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and children, experience of providing emotional and practical support to victims of VAWG and a strong understanding of statutory systems including housing and social care.
A relevant qualification in VAWG is desirable.

The is a part-time post at 28 hours per week. The salary for this role is £21,940 - £22,901 pro-rata of £29,385 - £30,671 (Unqualified) or £21,940 - £24,967 pro-rata of £30,671 - £33,438 (Qualified). The successful candidate will be appointed at the entry point of the scale.

We are looking for an empathetic, dedicated Immigration Adviser and Community Outreach Assistant to improve respect for migrants’ human rights in Northern Ireland. In this role, you will provide immigration advice to migrants facing discrimination, harassment or other harms in Northern Ireland. You will also help RSI reach out to and learn from communities and local organisations.
RSI has an established immigration advice service for migrants in Northern Ireland who are most in need of urgent, free advice and casework.

Salary £45,048 FTE plus 15% non-contributory pension. This post is being offered at 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE) with flexible working. About the Role
At We Are Survivors, every role exists for one reason: to support male survivors of sexual harms and the people who stand alongside them. While each position has a different focus, they all contribute to providing safe, effective and trauma-informed services that help survivors and their loved ones move forward.
The Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner provides trauma-informed, low-intensity psychological support to male survivors of sexual harms. Working within a flexible and person-centred model, the PWP helps clients understand the impact of their experiences and access practical, evidence-based interventions that support their wellbeing and recovery. The role maintains high standards of clinical governance, records interventions accurately and ensures each client receives safe, responsive and effective therapeutic support.
About You
You’ll be comfortable supporting people affected by trauma and able to provide structured, evidence-based psychological interventions within a flexible and person-centred approach. You may already have experience of working with men, sexual harms, mental health or complex needs, although we also welcome candidates whose transferable experience has prepared them for this work. You’ll be able to build trusting therapeutic relationships, work safely within professional boundaries and adapt your approach to the individual in front of you.

As a Bid and Proposal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing funding that enables Catch22 to deliver life-changing services across the UK. Working within a high-performing and collaborative Business Development team, you will lead the development of major public sector and grant funding opportunities, shaping innovative solutions that respond to complex social challenges and drive sustainable organisational growth.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading complex public sector bids and grant funding proposals from assessment through to submission, securing significant income and strategic growth opportunities for Catch22.
· Managing end-to-end bid and proposal processes, delivering high-quality, compliant submissions within tight timescales and governance requirements.
· Developing compelling, high-scoring bid content and innovative, outcomes-focused solutions that respond effectively to commissioner and funder requirements.
· Bringing together operational leaders, external partners and subject matter experts to create credible, deliverable and commercially competitive service models.
· Conducting competitor analysis and bid strategy development to inform bid decisions and maximise win rates.
· Building and managing delivery partnerships that strengthen proposals, enhance service quality and deliver value for Catch22.
· Providing leadership and assurance throughout the bid lifecycle, ensuring effective governance, compliance and proactive risk management.
· Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, championing innovation and adopting new approaches and technologies that enhance bid quality and team effectiveness.
Qualifications
We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven professional who brings:
· Proven experience leading successful high-value or complex bids, proposals or projects.
· Exceptional writing, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
· A track record of securing six-figure public sector contracts and/or grant funding.
· Experience developing service solutions and funding propositions with operational teams, partners and stakeholders, including facilitating workshops.
· Strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of the business development lifecycle.
· Knowledge of one or more of Catch22's core service areas, including education, justice, employability, health, or victims and exploitation services.
· Confidence using technology, CRM systems and data to improve performance and effectiveness.
· An undergraduate degree, project management qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
· A commitment to inclusion, equity and belonging, fostering positive and respectful working relationships.
· Willingness to travel across the UK to engage with colleagues, partners, commissioners and sector stakeholders.
