Job description

The Principle Trust Children's Charity is Yorkshire’s leading respite charity that provides free week-long breaks for children facing adversity. They believe every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of childhood, regardless of the challenges they face.

The charity was founded by Mike Davies MBE in 2011, inspired by his own childhood experience. As they celebrate their 15th anniversary, they are delighted to have supported more than 6,000 children with breaks across their eight holiday homes in Blackpool, the Lake District and Filey.

“A respite break is far more than just a holiday. It provides families with the opportunity to rest, reconnect and create positive memories together, helping improve wellbeing, strengthen family relationships and offer hope during incredibly difficult times.”

It is an exciting period, with a new holiday home at Primrose Valley in Filey they can now support more families than ever before. Along with a refocused mission to place children's mental wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

We are looking for a Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator to join their small but mighty team.
