This is a part time role working in the region of 4 days per week over 52 weeks per annum.

The Nook, Greenwich is a peer support project aiming to provide a safe and welcoming space for young people living in the Royal Borough of Greenwich (or those who have a GP within the borough) to connect with other young adults who have experienced mental health challenges.
We are recruiting a sessional Young Person's Peer Support Worker to co-lead the development and delivery of The Nook alongside our Peer Support Coordinator and a team of volunteers.
You will work with Peer Support Volunteers to plan and co-facilitate the groups in line with service user needs. You will have experience of group development, psychoeducation, collaborative working across service teams and an excellent understanding of service user engagement particularly with young people. You will be highly organised and be proficient with case management tasks and project management administration and take an active role in creating partnerships.
Groups will be held at the University of Greenwich premises and will run every week until March 2027, with hope of an extension of contract. We particularly want to increase engagement of under-served communities in Greenwich.
Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.

About the role
As CRM Lead (Product Owner), you will own the vision, strategy and delivery roadmap for Save the Children's Salesforce CRM ecosystem, ensuring it continually evolves to meet the needs of our fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement teams. Leading a team of three CRM professionals, you will act as the voice of the business within agile delivery teams, balancing operational, technical and strategic priorities to maximise value from our CRM investment.
This is a highly collaborative role with significant stakeholder engagement across the organisation. You'll spend much of your time working with internal teams, external suppliers and delivery partners to prioritise demand, manage backlogs, facilitate agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement and ensure successful delivery of CRM enhancements. In this role, you will:
- Own and develop the Salesforce CRM vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and supporter needs.
- Lead, coach and support a team of three CRM professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Manage and prioritise the CRM backlog, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement and other agile ceremonies to ensure effective delivery.

About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Significant experience leading Salesforce CRM delivery, optimisation and support, either as a CRM Lead, Product Owner or similar role, with deep knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, and/or Nonprofit Success Pack) essential.
- Experience managing CRM roadmaps, backlogs, and agile delivery.
- Understanding of CRM data models, data governance, and reporting.
- Strong experience with integrations (e.g., finance systems like Agresso, marketing tools, payment processors).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and product management practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading teams and creating high-performing environments, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop colleagues.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of managing a high-volume workload and balancing multiple competing demands.
- Experience within the non-profit, charity or fundraising sector would be highly desirable.
Ideally, you'll also bring some or all of the following:
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst or Product Owner).
- Experience with FinDock or similar payment platforms.
- Knowledge of supporter engagement, fundraising or marketing technology ecosystems within the non-profit sector.

We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Sessional Worker to join our Young Carers team. The primary focus of this role is to provide consistent support at our weekly Young Carers After School Club, which takes place every Thursday during term time from 4:30pm – 6:00pm. The club is delivered across two age groups (5–11 and 12–16 years), and regular attendance and commitment to supporting both groups each week is an essential requirement of the role.
You will work alongside the Young Carers team to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, and provide children and young people with a fun, safe, and supportive break from their caring responsibilities. You will encourage participation, build positive relationships, support behaviour where required, and help ensure every young person feels welcomed, included, and valued.
You will also play an active role in planning and preparing for the After School Club as well as assisting with the set-up before each club and the clear-up afterwards to ensure the space is safe, organised and welcoming.
In addition to the weekly After School Club, you will support the delivery of our school holiday programme, including trips, workshops, activity days, and special events, subject to your availability. This will include contacting families, promoting upcoming activities, recruiting and booking young carers onto both the After School Club and holiday activities, supporting attendance, and helping to ensure activities are well attended by those who would benefit most.
From time to time, you may also support outreach and engagement activities, including attending community events, working with local schools and partner organisations, and helping to identify hidden Young Carers so they can access the support and opportunities available through our service.
This is a sessional role, therefore hours are not guaranteed but will be offered based on project need.

The Opportunity
This is a new and significant appointment for SWT UK. We are looking for a Director of Development to develop and lead our UK fundraising strategy – taking ownership of income generation across all streams, donor communications and supporter stewardship, and managing a team of three talented fundraising professionals.
Our individual supporter base is large globally – growing in UK – loyal and deeply engaged: many give through our elephant adoption programme, which connects them directly with named animals in our care. We are now ready to build on this engaged supporter base and develop it into a structured individual giving programme – with mid-level giving pathways, major donor cultivation, systematic stewardship and deeper philanthropic relationships. That is the central challenge and opportunity of this role.
We also have active corporate and trust relationships, a legacy programme in development, and real potential to grow income from European and international funders. The Director of Development will take ownership of all of this – hands on and strategic in equal measure.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement a new UK fundraising strategy, establishing clear priorities, income targets and programmes that will drive growth through to 2030 and beyond
- Develop and implement a UK individual giving programme – building on our adoption base to create structured giving journeys, mid-level and major donor cultivation, and meaningful stewardship
- Manage the UK fundraising budget, set and monitor income targets across all streams, and report regularly to the Executive Director on performance and ROI
- Take day-to-day ownership of corporate and trust relationships, writing reports, proposals and partner communications
- Build a major donor programme from the ground up, identifying and cultivating high-value individual prospects
- Develop legacy marketing activity, working alongside our existing legacy administrator and Freewill partnership
- Manage and inspire a team of three: Communications and Fundraising Manager, Retail Manager and Supporter Care Officer, and Fundraising Support Officer
- Oversee the donor database (Donorfy), ensuring data quality and insight-driven decision making
- Explore opportunities to grow income from European and international donors
- Contribute to the global income picture, including through improved donor stewardship and deeper supporter engagement
- Support the growth of SWT's profile and visibility in the UK through press opportunities, social media, and other channels.
About You
We are looking for a fundraiser who loves the craft – someone who is energised by building relationships, writing a compelling proposal, developing a giving programme from scratch, and ensuring every supporter feels genuinely valued. This is a hands-on role as much as a leadership one, and the right person will be comfortable doing both.
- Proven track record in fundraising, with demonstrable success securing income from individuals, trusts or corporates – including five-figure gifts and above
- Experience developing individual giving programmes, including mid-level or major donor cultivation
- A hands-on practitioner – comfortable writing proposals, reports and donor communications yourself
- Experience managing a small fundraising team with warmth, clarity and accountability
- Strong relationship management and stewardship skills
- Experience working with a donor CRM and using data to inform fundraising decisions
- Comfortable in a building role – excited by developing programmes that don't yet exist
- Experience managing fundraising budgets and producing income forecasts and performance reports.
- Genuine passion for wildlife conservation – this role is for someone who cares about the cause
- Committed to in-person working – we believe day-to-day presence and collaboration produces better outcomes for our donors and our team, and ask for a minimum of three days per week at our Billingshurst office

Your work will contribute to a major employability programme with the ambition to reach 1 million young people, helping colleagues and volunteers develop the skills and knowledge they need to make the greatest possible impact.
This fully funded role runs until 30th September 2027 and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a major employability programme supporting young people across the UK.
You will create content such as videos, animations, screen recordings, infographics, and great-looking documents, translating important concepts into easily understandable explainers. You will help at every stage of the process from scripting and filming through to editing, and your content will be used by thousands of staff and volunteers, enabling them to do their job to the best of their abilities.
This role is perfect for you if you have video-making skills, especially the use of an editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. If you have experience scripting videos and using other Adobe Apps, then all the better.

About the Role/Role and Responsibilities
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Medair UK team as we are seeking a part-time Head of Operations. The post holder will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Medair UK's finance, HR, IT and governance functions, ensuring robust systems, effective controls, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. They will support the Medair UK Director and Board of Trustees to ensure effective governance and management of the charity in accordance with best practice and ensure a sustainable operational platform is in place to support all Medair UK’s functions. About the role
